1、进入大学，就是一个新的环境，接触新的人，你的所有过去对于他们来说是一张白纸，这是你最好的重新塑造自己形象的时候，改掉以前的缺点，每进入一个新的环境，都应该以全新的形象出现。 2、“我是谁,”这是一个角色定位和角色认同问题。对“大学生”这一角色，如果模糊不清，就会出现角色错乱，大一、大二就会变成高四、高五;而如果认同不自信，“,,,,,,,,,,”则成为“由你玩四年”，大学人生有可能成为“大混人生”。 3、“我来做什么”、“该怎么做”，这是个主题定位和态度问题。大学的主题是什么,是单纯求学，两耳不闻窗外事，还是修身求学，一心 追求真善美,是做单一型人才还是当复合型人才,是被动求学还是主动奋斗,选择不同，最后文凭的含金量决然不同。 4、“我到哪里去”,这是个定向问题。进入大学，前途选择并没有结束。将来是赶快毕业直接工作，还是考研究生继续深造,将来是进入蓝领、白领还是金领职业层次,不管怎样选择，改变命运的钥匙掌握在自己手里，成功的机遇总是偏爱有准备头脑的人。 5、经常给家里打个电话，始终记住:儿行千里母担忧。 6、很多事情别人通知你了，要说谢谢，没有通知你，不要责怪，因为那些事你其实应该自己弄清楚。 7、不论男人还是女人，如果在大学里还把容貌当作重要的东西而过分重视的话，可能不会吃亏，但是早晚会吃亏。可能，很可能，也可以说是一定有可能。 8、千万别迷恋网络游戏。千万～记住我这里用的是千万～～ 9、每个星期一定要抽时间出来锻炼身体。根据自己的特长进行有效地选择吧～就像我一样，从大学开始踢足球，现在30多了依然坚持。(本人准备50挂靴嘿嘿～作者:三峡在线注)好处多多。 10、你可以有喝醉的时候，我们可以接受，但是你要明白和真正的 朋友一醉才能让伤心事方休，否则，你只会是别人的谈资和笑柄。 11、面对不公平的东西，不要抱怨，你的不公平可能恰恰是别人的公平。所以，你不如去努力的奋斗，争取你自己最合适的公平。 12、如果你四年内很少去图书馆的话，你就等于自己浪费了一大笔一大笔财富。所以，经常去那里，随意翻翻，都有收获。 13、男人，你长的可以不帅，但你这个人可以帅，而且，那才是真正得帅。(当然，女人也是同样得道理)所以，不必在穿着打扮上花太多心思。 14、大学可能有真实的爱情，但是记住只是可能。很多时候他们是因为别人都谈恋爱而羡慕或者别的原因而在一起。所以，不必为任何分手而受太大的伤，记住，这里我所说的是太大的伤，真爱，还是值得追求的。 15、很多事情当你再回忆时会发现其实没什么。所以，不管你当时多么生气愤怒或者别的，都告诉自己不必这样，你会发现其实真的不必。 16、尊严是最重要的，但是在大学里，要懂得利用这个空间锻炼自己，要让自己的尊严有足够大的承受力，要知道，社会是一个最喜欢打碎人的尊严的地方，除了你自己，没人会为你保留它。 17、如果你的个性让很多人对你敬而远之，那么你的个性是失败的，个性的成功在于能吸引，而不是能排斥。 71、养成良好的生活习惯。以后就没有父母唠叨你了，比如常洗澡，晚上睡觉不要老是吹电扇什么的，自己就不要放纵自己了，要不然肯定生病。这样的教训谁都要来几次，要不然是长大不了的。 72、千万不要把贵重物品随手放在桌子上和床头。大学宿舍里不是你家，防人之心不可无。 73、要勇于学自己不会的东西。比如电脑，可能在一开始你是很厉害的，一些来自偏远地区的孩子，可能一开始什么都不知道，但是一 2006年9月5日，就在我国第22个教师节即将来临的前几天，我以“三峡在线”的笔名在我自己的网站与新浪博客中发表了一篇《一位大学老师写给大学新生的100条肺腑之言》。收集整理了整整100条，得到了大学生的好评，不仅仅是新生，就是高年级的大学生与已经毕业的大学生都给予了很高的评价。因此，在百度的大学贴吧中，几乎所有的大学贴吧都对其进行了转载并置顶进行了推荐。当然也包括很多大型的媒体与论坛，还有个人博客、贴吧。在此，我特别感谢大家的关注。 前几天(今天是2006年10月18日)，我们学校(三峡大学作者:三峡在线注)一位大四的同学问我:“老师，你写了一篇给大学新生的肺腑之言，为何不给我们这些快要毕业的大学生给点忠告呢,”经他这么一提醒，我还觉得真的有些必要了。大学快要毕业了，因为工作、因为前途，对于这些马上就要面对的现实，有很多大学感到茫然无措。做为你们的长兄，回想我大学毕业参加工作的十年，我觉得有责任鼓励与勉励大家，以面对未来走进社会参加工作的日子。在此，利用几个夜晚的时间收集、整理(本文中部分说法与提法来源于网络，所以在此说是收集、整理作者:三峡在线注)并加上自己的思考，写下以下文字，并命名为《一位大学老师写给即将毕业的大学生的100条忠告》，作为《一位大学老师写给大学新生的100条肺腑之言》的姊妹篇来与那些即将毕业的大学生们共勉吧: 1、越是临近毕业了，就业的压力就越大，但无论你怎么去想，地球还是一样的转，太阳还是每天从东方升起，这是无法改变的事实。 2、车到山前自有路，船到桥头自然直。将来所面对的事情是很随机的，你无法预知你的人生际遇。 3、你必须相信你自己，大千世界，总有属于你的角落。 4、把更多的注意力用在提高自己，这样你会就慢慢的享受着你努力所带来的喜悦了～ 5、分别之前，一定要对你喜欢的女生(男生)，很认真地告诉她(他)，我爱过你～ 6、离别之际，一定要向自己一直没有勇气道歉的朋友说声“对不起”～ 7、拜访一次你最尊敬的老师，在毕业时，认真地记住他曾经给你人生的经验与忠告。 8、班级体的最后几次集体一定不要借故溜走(如果还有的话)，因为大家在一起的日子不多了。 9、不管你曾经多么内向，一定要在全班同学面前，认认真真地讲一次话，或唱一支歌。 10、在一个太阳还没升起的早晨，去操场跑一次步。 11、特地穿一次西装，看看自己和4年前，变化的地方在什么方面, 12、记得留下每一个你觉得是朋友的联系方式，然后留下你的电话。 13、为宿舍的同学打扫一下卫生，提一次水。(不管你曾经是或做过) 14、花一些时间整理你的东西，把书带走。把球衣送给学弟，CD送给学妹，但把自己最最喜欢的东西还是带走。 15、论文答辩可能是你最后一次课堂作业了，请认真书写每一个字。 16、尽可能地送每一个你能送的同学，他是你几年的同学，他们中的人，可能是你最后一次能见到的人。 17、再认真地逛一次你的校园，特别是要去去图书馆(我对图书馆是有着深厚的感情的作者:三峡在线注)。 18、与全班同学，还有你很好的朋友合一张影，这是你一生永恒的回忆，可能你现在并不觉得。 23、找工作的时候最好与同学或者朋友保持信息互享，这样机会就多一些，也是减轻压力的另一个方式。 24、给自己一个远大的前程和目标。记得常常仰望天空。记住仰望天空的时候也看看脚下。 25、从某种意义上说，你们并不是真正离开学校。因为学校不仅仅只是一座建筑物，而是走过大学校园路径的一代又一代人，从过去到现在，同样地从现在伸展到未来。 26、从此以后你要记住，你已不是学生，无论遇到什么问题，都要开始学会自己面对，不能逃避不能抱怨，不能以自己是刚毕业的学生心存侥幸，或者以自己刚毕业来安慰自己。 27、不要再向家里要钱，可能你的家里很有钱，做为一个成人，你必须养起自己，如果养不起自己就想办法养起自己，无论多苦多累都不能轻易告诉家人。毕竟你已长大了。 28、生活压力和环境的变化在一个人身上产生什么影响完全取决于其个人的态度。 29、压力可以转化为动力，并让动力实践于自己的运动中，对事情怀着乐观进取的态度,面对困难与压力，不要轻言放弃。 30、要勇敢地去做，不要害怕出错，没什么大不了的。坦白地说，有许多人希望你会被自己的错误所击败。 31、毕业了就预示着自己开始独立生活，自己要有自己明确的职业生涯规划，不要象无头苍蝇到处乱撞，随便到哪个公司混经验，要知道你的第一份工作有可能就决定你将来一辈子要走的路。 32、你可以不拥有任何东西，除了对生活的激情。 33、毛遂自荐，好处多多。让别人看到你，知道你的存在，知道你的能力。 34、留一点空间给你的主管，当主管也需要安全感。勿当众辱骂你的主管，那会让你无路可走。 35、事越烦，越要耐烦，天底下没有不烦的事。 36、向不同的行业的人吸收新知识，记住要用请教的态度。 37、每个人都有潜在的能量，只是很容易:被习惯所掩盖，被时间所迷离,被惰性所消磨。
