关于北京顺义水上公园投资发展中心企业员工培训情况的调查报告 关于北京顺义水上公园投资发展中心 企业员工培训情况的调查报告 姓名:段旺 学号:087170371 关于北京顺义水上公园投资发展中心 企业员工培训现状的调查报告 一、调查背景概述 北京顺义水上公园投资发展中心位于顺义区北小营镇白马路19号，是2008年北京奥运会赛艇、皮划艇比赛场地。占地162.59公顷，现员工人数100余人，注册资金1亿元人民币，经营范围包括:投资管理;房地产开发;物业管理;信息咨询(中介服务除外);体育项目经营、承办展览展示、组织文化艺术交流活动(演出、棋牌室除外)、会议服务;设计、制作、代理、发布广告。现场馆主要是对外开放和承接一些企事业单位举办各种活动，属于对外服务型单位。 二、调查目的及作用 水上公园于2012年被国家旅游局降级，单位发展面临严峻考验。员工素质与能力承载着企业的兴衰，也是单位发展的重要组成部分。做好员工培训工作，有利于单位的持续发展，从而在市场竞争中立于不败之地。水上公园要生存和发展,必须重视员工培训.因此要从观念、内容、方式以及授课者的选择等方面对职工进行培训工作.因此研究和探讨企业职工培训工作意义深远重大。 员工的培训也是一种管理手段，只有提高自身技能和能力，才能调动起员工的干劲和热情，才呢提高其工作效率和单位收益。 三、调查时间、地点及方式 为了充分了解水上公园员工思想现状，了解员工培训要求和规划，建立统一化、结构化的企业内部培训体系。本人于2012年9月10日至10月15日对北京顺义水上公园投资发展中心采用访谈式进行了一次培训需求调研，并简要对调研结果加以统计与 分析 定性数据统计分析pdf销售业绩分析模板建筑结构震害分析销售进度分析表京东商城竞争战略分析 。 四、调查基本情况 (一)水上公园人才管理与个人能力发展 1.在人才使用上，中高层管理者基本上做到了用人所长 部门中层是水上公园的中坚力量，从走访情况发现，在工作任务分工安排方面，75,左右的职工认为，中高层管理人员做到了用人所长，但仍有25,人员认为存在不公平现象，导致员工工作没有热情，缺乏动力。 2.部门内部缺乏沟通 多数职工反映，部门负责人对其的工作支持力度较强，并 1 进行沟通，但从调查结果显示，部门内沟通并不好;很多时候只是职工自己沟通和联系，而部门负责人沟通比例也仅占60,。 3.管理人员急需提升的方面 根据调查报告数据显示，多数职工认为，在以后的工作中，中级管理人员需在以下几个方面提升个人素质，依次为:责任心、上下级沟通、团队文化、公平性、业务能力、职工激励。 (二)团队精神状况和素质 1.除少数职工外，团队士气良好 在实际调研中，大多数职工都能融入到团队中，认为我们团队的工作面貌、精神都非常高，是一个充满关爱、互助、团结一致的集体，但还有一部分职工没有团队意识，不能与整个团队融合起来，表现平平。 2.个人利益与个人绩效没有紧密结合 团队是由一个个职工构成的，个人的工作效率是团队工作效率的基础，只有实现个人利益与个人绩效，才能调动职工的积极性和责任感，适当进行奖优惩劣于是关了有效办法。 3.团队的素质能满足工作要求，总体提升缓慢 据统计资料显示，部分职工认为我们的团队素质已达到企业要求，能够满足工作要求。但大多数职工认为与团队合作没有信心，团队的素质急需提升。 (三)职工个人专业知识与技能的发挥 在调查中发现，部分职工在工作中认为自己的专业知识能够达到要求，但大多数职工认为自己的专业知识和技能需要提高，认为职工的潜能和能力有待于进一步开发。 五、目前水上公园培训存在的问题 (一)缺乏正确的观念和指导思想 由于本单位对员工进行培训不能够为其带来正面的经济效益，因此，管理者对于在对待培训问题上比较随意，不能管理角度来看待培训，使培训缺乏长期、系统的进行，这样，往往使企业的培训过于形式，不能够尽可能的发挥其作用。 (二)培训方法简单，不够连续 能力提高是一个逐渐积累的过程，仅通过一次乃至几次的培训很难获得，因而，能力的培训一方面可通过知识技能的培训不断积累，由此转化为能力素质的提高，另一方面，更应着眼于日常的、不断的自我培训。所以企业组织的培训内容，主要以业务知识、岗位技能培训和基本素质提升培训两类为主。 (三)缺乏系统的规划 进行员工培训时，前期的培训目标不够明确，不能和水上公园需求和人员需求相衔接，对培训缺乏系统的、战略上的判断，是培训工作和发展未来的需求不相符。 (四)员工对培训的价值认识不清 nits,plural form may attach any additional tags.
