英语辩论(中国学生该不该精学英语) 中国学生不精学英该该该该该该该 Government:Chinese people should attach more importance to learning English. Opposition:Chinese people should not attach so much importance to learning English. Prime Minister of the Government(正方一):该 Firstly, if you can speak English, you can do business with foreigners and earn more money. Secondly, you can make more friends if you can speak English. That will bring you more happiness. Thirdly, you can get high scores in your English exams if you learn English well, which will please your parents and English teacher. Fourth, if you learn English well, you can go to study abroad. Then you’ll be able to gain more knowledge and learn about Western cultures and customs, and absorb the best of both Western and Chinese education, which will be of benefit to you in the future. Finally, if you learn English well, you can get a better job and a higher salary. That means you can enjoy a better quality of life. From the above points, you can see the importance of learning English. Therefore, work hard at learning English. Leader of the Opposition (反方一):该 First of all, I declare that I am not opposed to learning English。We are only objected to the English compulsory education. English compulsory education for all students take up too much valuable time. From the junior high school to university, English are one of the most important criterias to measure student achievement.No matter in your test or college entrance examination or a degree or looking for work, English seems to be the only criterion for measuring talent.As a result,everyone has to work hard to learn English. You can go to a university to see what are these God's favored doing. No matter what is your profession,even if you are major in Chinese,in order to pass English Test 4 and English Test 6,we devote so many time to English that our profession are abandoned.I want to ask our opposite friend,what can they do when then fact with their work.Our college students has devote so many time to English that they have not enough time to learn their profession. If you are a mother,would you deprive of your children’light to eat enough if your child have not learn how to use the western knife and fork. Leader of the Opposition (反方一):该 Thank you for your suggestion,well,I declare that we are not not opposed to learning English.We are object that our country put so much attention to learning English.Yes,English is very helpful for our professional subjects.But we should only master a small amount of words,no need to have to reach the level of 4 or 6; Member of the Opposition (反方二):该 I do not agree with the view of leader of the opposition: If you study English very well,you will get a well paid job.The means you can enjoy the high quality of life.English is too important to me, I am sorry for my professional subject.Because of my time and energy is limited, as long as the specialized test to pass on the line.If you couldn’t pass your professional subject’s examination in the first time ,you can pass it through make-up examination.Graduation paper and graduation project can only go a mere formality. The college students are trained to understand more than a few English words by the cradle of Chinese talent - the higher education.These students cultivated from high college can only know mere English verbs.While the English verbs can be found from the dictionary. That is very funny and sad. Because the college students in the university has not learned the real knowledge, but they can’t be suit for the job. Now, most student s get to college at their own expense.If your are parents,what do you feel if you spend so many money to learn only some English verb. Member of the Opposition (反方二辨): At present,even if your professional ablity is strong or you have got much work achievement, if you want to get promotion,your English must be very well.English has become a huge rest of a malignant tumor! The country is engulfed in enormous wealth, and it will continue to expand. Therefore, we believe that Chinese people should not attach so much importance to learning English.
