High temperature expansion 我们的课堂教学效果仍有较大差距。 正是基于以上背景和现状，我们提出进行《农村初中数学新课程课堂教学有效性研究》这一课题研究，以期进一步改进课堂教学，提高教学质量，提升学校声誉,让学生学会学习。 二、课题的界定 所谓课堂教学的有效性，主要从教与学两个方面来界定，一方面教师应通过不断审视和反思，从而不断改进自己的课堂教学操作和教学行为，不断促进自己提高课堂教学水平和教学技艺。另一方面，是指学生通过课堂教学所获得的进步与发展，不仅是知识的获取与积累，同时关注学生各方面素质和能力的全面提高与发展。 课堂教学的有效性不仅是一种理念，更是一整套的操作技艺和策略。这就要求教师在实施课堂教学的实践过程中，必需时刻关注以下几个方面:(1)关注师生。师生应是课堂教学的两个主体性存在，师生关系应是民主和平等的，这是实施有效课堂教学的前提条件。(2)关注过程。有效的课堂教学是师生双方共同参与，积极互动的过程，课堂教学过程，不仅是学生获取知识，增长技能的过程，更是学生激发兴趣、学会学习、学会合作与分享、学会探索、增强意志的过程，是学生各方面综合素质发展，各种优良品质形成的过程。课堂教学过程，也就是教师不断成长、提升的过程。(3)关注发展。有效的课堂教学把教师和学生的发展作为根本的目标追求，是一种师生共同、和谐、持续、健康的发展。 三、课题研究的理论依据 《初中数学新课程标准》指出:义务教育阶段的数学课程，其基本出发点是促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展。它不仅要考虑数学自身的特点，更应遵循学生学习数学的心理规律，强调从学生已有的生活经验出发，让学生亲身经历将实际问题抽象成数学模型并进行解释与应用的过程，进而使学生获得对数学理解的同时，在思维能力、情感态度与价值观等多方面得到进步和发展。 《初中数学新课程标准》的基本理念告诉我们:有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆，动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。由于学生所处的文化环境、家庭背景和自身思维方式的不同，学生的数学学习活动应当是一个生动活泼的、主动的和富有个性的过程。 新课标要求:教师应激发学生的学习积极性，向学生提供充分从事数学活动的机会，帮助他们在自主探索和合作交流的过程中真正理解和掌握基本的数学知识与技能、数学思想和方法，获得广泛的数学活动经验。对数学学习的评价要关注学生学习的结果，更要关注他们学习的过程;要关注学生数学学习的水平，更要关注他们在数学活动中所development of freezing plans and emergency precautions. 3, night-time setting the full-time attendant to ensure someone on duty and on duty day and night recording, while setting the Weatherman, responsible listens to and published on the weather conditions. 4, should complete the construction of the winter rainy season Shi ... High temperature expansion 6月 中 数 学 交 流 所有成 新 课 程 员 课 堂 教 学 有 效 性 经 验 交 流 九、课题研究的条件保证 1、负责人的研究水平、组织能力和时间保证 本课题负责人罗子雄为学校校长，中学高级教师，大学学历，多年从事农村初中数学教学，曾长时间担任学校教导主任和乡镇教研员，具有丰富的初中数学教学经验，科研水平高，组织能力强，且一直热心教学研究，曾有多篇论文发表和获奖。担任我校校长近6年来，学校科研蔚然成风，成绩位居全县前列。 2、参加者的研究水平和时间保证 课题组所有成员都从事教学多年，大都积累了较丰富的教学经验，形成了各自的教学风格，业务能力强，科研水平较高。夏显平校长多年以前就是数学骨干教师，教学效果显著，成绩一直名列前茅。副校长吴金品近6年来一直研究数学课堂教学，每期参与数学听课评课活动不下12节，2008年12月，论文《略谈课堂教学中的教材处理》获市级二等奖，2009年10月，论文《利用多媒体，课堂交给学生》获国家级二等奖。周红雨、王荷艳、方龙祥、刘瑜多年担任数学教研组长，一直致力于课堂教学有效性研究，充分实施多媒体教学，教学教研成绩突出。刘瑜老师《巧用定比分点解决代数问题》、《乡镇普通中学数学作业存在的问题与解决对策》两篇论文分别在《中学数学研究》2009年第12期、《中学生语数外(教研版)》2009年第12期上发表;2009年10月，周红雨老师执教《一元一次方程》参加全县优质课竞赛荣获二等奖。其他成员也都年富力强，研究兴趣浓厚。《农村初中数学新课程课堂教学有效性研究》课题自申报和立项以来，全体课题组成员即围绕这一课题开展研究，调查学生，主讲研究课，撰写论文和案例共9篇，就“如何结合农村学生实际，实施分层教学”“把数学教学与生活结合起来”“如何营造和谐的数学课堂教学氛围”“如何设计课堂练习”“课堂教学模式”“如何上好一堂数学课”等问题进行了实质性研究。 3、资料设备，科研手段 学校在多年来的课题研究中积累了较丰富的数学课堂教学研究资料，尤其是原始数据和相关论文，为本课题的研究打下扎实的基础。学校现有微机室1个，电子备课室1个，多媒体教室2个，电脑共计40台，development of freezing plans and emergency precautions. 3, night-time setting the full-time attendant to ensure someone on duty and on duty day and night recording, while setting the Weatherman, responsible listens to and published on the weather conditions. 4, should complete the construction of the winter rainy season Shi ...
