1.3中外旅游节事活动发展状况 1.3.1国外旅游节事活动发展概况及特点 国外影响较大的节事活动主要有西方一些国家的复活节，巴西、墨西哥的狂欢节，西班牙的斗牛节，法国的葡萄节，德国的慕尼黑啤酒节等等，这些节事活动多有悠久的举办历史，逐渐发展壮大，是一种参与性很强的文化活动。以巴西狂欢节为例，巴西狂欢节最早开始于1641年，当时的殖民统治者为了庆祝葡萄牙国王的寿辰，下令民众游行、舞蹈、畅饮娱乐。经过300多年的发展，巴西狂欢节已成为民间最重要的节日，灿烂的阳光、缤纷的华服、火辣的桑巴舞构成一副具有浓郁拉丁民俗风情的节日景观，故巴西狂欢节又有桑巴嘉年华之称。 我国的旅游节事活动基本上都是为了发展旅游业而专门设立的，因而最早的也不过是从20世纪80年代开始的，有些包括少数民族在内的传统节日虽然历史较悠久，但其被开发成旅游项目推向市场，也差不多是从那个时候开始的。目前全国影响较大的节事活动有:哈尔滨国际冰雪节、大连国际服装节、青岛国际啤酒节、潍坊国际风筝节、曲阜国际孔子文化节、上海国际艺术节、吴桥国际杂技节等以及一些少数民族的传统节日如蒙古族的那达慕盛会、藏族的雪顿节、傣族的泼水节、彝族的火把节等。另外，据有关部门统计，各种形形色色的大小节事活动在全国每年有五千多个。 尽管我国的节事活动发展已经取得一定的成效和市场影响力，但与国际大节相比，国内节事活动无论是规模还是影响都存在着很大差距。国内节事活动目前主要存在以下问题: (1)从理念上看，“文化搭台，经济唱戏”是众多国内节事活动的基本论调。这种观念其实是“以物为本”而并非“以人为本”，这种本末倒置的做法导致了很多的节事活动单纯地追求经济效益，而忽视了人的情感需求和精神文化追求，因此吸引不了人们的参与兴趣，从长远来讲，这种节事活动注定是短命的。 此外，国内节事活动虽然数量众多，但缺乏品牌化经营。国内举办的节庆活动数不胜数，但真正搞出品牌的节庆活动却并不多。其实，节事活动最大的价值在于它的品牌，这个品牌是需要用很长时间来树立和维护的，不仅需要不断的投入和创新，甚至还需要冒险。要知道节庆经济所带动的不是单方面的经济发展，更重要的是整体经济的提高和长远效益的回报。所以，我们需要用很长时间来创立一个强大的节事品牌，这在一个成功的节事活动中是很重要的因素。
