第一个柱图描述6个行业在2000年以及2010年的收入变化,其中police, finance, communication及两外两个行业收入都是增加的,唯独tourism收入下降。所以总体可以分两段比较,每段里面还要注意各行业收入的比较, finance, communication收入最高,tourism最低,其他行业差不多。,finance收入几乎是
其他行业收入的两倍。
表格很简单,总收入在上升。
总体来看,本次小作文难度一般。

有关政府投资类---政府资助艺术家或者投资艺术的经典老题。 审题过程中,不难发现绝对化的词any,所以本题在考虑是否应该投资艺术方面要分发达国家和发展中国家来讨论。
发达国家资助艺术家/投资艺术的理由,
1.艺术=文化 benefit a country’s cultural identity
2.艺术丰富人们精神生活,提高生活质量enrich people’s spiritual life and upgrade living
quality
3.投资艺术会产生潜在的经济利益potentially profitable----attract tourists,produce tourism revenue ,boost the local economy
发展中国家在投资艺术之前应先投资其他公共设施和服务,直接快速有效的提高公众生活质量,符合公众利益。若满足不了温饱,则投资艺术就不合理。
