随着会计制度的日臻完善，社会对会计人员的高度重视和严格要求，我们作为未来社会的会计专业人员，为了顺应社会的要求，加强社会竞争力，也应该严于自身的素质，培养较强的会计工作的实际操作能力，在学校组织的实习，经过在模拟的华美股份有限公司的实习，我结合自己所学的知识对专业业务有了更深层次的认识，使自己更加充分地了解了理论与实际的关系。这次实习中我的职位是出纳，内容主要包括会计业务，从原始凭证到会计报表的流程，以及公司的资产运营等等。 一、实习概况 三个多月的实习，让我对出纳工作实务有了一个全面的了解。之前，我以为出纳只是跑一下银行，算一下现金，认为只不过是些简单而琐碎的工作。在实习过程中的探索和工作后，我终于知道出纳工作并不是我想象中的简单。出纳工作是财会工作的一个重要组成部分，从总的方面来讲，其职能可概括为收付、反映、监督、管理四个方面: 1、收付职能。出纳的最基本职能是收付职能。企业经营活动少不了货物价款的收付、往来款项的收付，也少不了各种有价证券以及金融业务往来的办理，这些业务往来的现金、票据和金融证券的收取和办理，以及银行存款收付业务的办理，都必须经过出纳人员之手。 2、反映职能。出纳的第二个主要职能就是反映职能。出纳要利用统一的货币计量单位，通过其特有的现金与银行存款日记账、有价证券的各种明细分类账，对本单位的货币资金和有价证券进行详细地记录与核算，以便为经济管理和投资决策提供所需的完整、系统的经济信息。 虽然出纳的职能对企业十分重要，但我的工作流程也不算很复杂。我的工作主要有: 1.办理银行存款转账和现金的保管。 2.负责支票、发票、收据的管理。 3.登记银行日记账和现金日记账，并及时与银行对账。 出纳工作细则包括:工作事项及审核等程序，失误防范及纠正程序和现金收付: 1.现金收付的，要当面点清金额。 2.现金多付或少付金额，由责任人负责。 3.每日做好日常的现金日记账及盘存工作，做到账实相符，防止现金盈亏，下班后现金与等价物交还总经理处。 4.一般不办理大面额现金的支付业务，支付用转账手续，特殊情况需审批。 5.员工外出借款无论金额多少，都须总经理签字，批准并用借支单借款,若无批准借款，引起纠纷，由责任人自负。 日记账处理分为: 1.登记日记账时要先分清账户，避免张冠李戴。 2.每日结出各账户存款余额，以便总经理及财务会计了解公司资金运作情况，以调度资金。 3.保管好各种空白支票，不得随意乱放。 由于在学校里的学习与我的实习内容有很大的不同，因此我学起来比较辛苦，别人缺乏的是理论或是经验，而我既缺乏理论也缺乏实践，现在，一切都要从头开始，而考证也给了我很大的压力，一切都要自学，感觉好难，但我仍一直坚持着，我相信先苦后甜，有付出总会有收获，这一切都会过去的，我一直在努力，也一直在进步，我想，我努力过了，对得起自己。 在公司的一个月，让我收获颇丰，也让我知道了会计这个是一个需要把理论和实际相结合的学科，而且我发现会计是一个需要与时俱进的学科。在从前的脑子里会计就是一个账房先生，学过会计发现电算化已经在行业普及，走进企业发现，很多的手续已经一键解决。一张传真，一份电子对账单就已经可以解决过去繁琐的手续，甚至是税务也可以在网上一键搞定。这些常识都是我以后宝贵的资源和财富。 由于公司的规模比较小，出纳的工作范围就比较宽泛，除了一般的出纳工作，还包括人事，保险，劳资，办公室等方面。因此我的工作也就分为这几个部分。 其实我一开始的时候对会计有了很大的期望，总觉得自己能跟在学校学的一样，什么都看到。走到岗位才发现，事情不是我想象的那么简单。 会计是一个单位的核心，财务章，公章的使用都是需要备案的，甚至说一个章盖下去就是要承担责任的。所以，会计的账也是高度的保密。因此能在这个单位算票据的总和，能去银行取对账单已经很不错了。我也就理解了单位的做法。 现在的对账单，跟在课本上学的已经大不一样了，很多手续都已经简化了。不需要再调账了，我们只需要核对就可以了。 分类黏贴票据应该说是这个是出纳的基本功了，因为这些原始凭证是登记记账凭证的基础，也是会计原始档案，是要留底封存的。因此就要求票据粘贴之后要平整便于保存，同时还要方便核算。一开始的时候我是算出纳整理好的凭证，通过实际的核算我发现，如果票据黏贴的不合理，挡住了金额就很难做到严谨正确的核算。 因此在我粘贴票据的时候，我特意按照类别分类，餐饮费，出租费，火车票，过路费等分门别类的粘贴，并且按照发生时间，金额排序，做到方便核算。在核算总数的时候，我总是会每个票据算两遍确保工作分文不差，给同事方便。刚开始核算总数的时候特紧张，总怕错。结果一个总数，我算了四遍出了三个数字，我急得一脑门的汗，后来自己发现出纳他们都是用电脑excel核算，方便快捷，而且准确率大大提高。我把同事的核算做了一个改进，分门别类之后，把相同金额的放在一起，按照"数量*单价=总和"，最后总和求和的方法核算，就 在办公室做这些事情，最常见的感觉就是:看别人做容易，自己做就难了。经历这些学习，我现在已经可以熟练的盖章包括齐缝章，合同章，工程章等。 在帮助采购的时候，我也从中找出不足，下次采购的时候要方便打印，而且最好大小，形状一致，通过这个事情我也体会到团队合作是多么重要。 这些事情虽然是小事情，但是做过就了解了程序，但是为以后走上工作岗位奠定了基础。 在这里面给我印象最深的是送合同，催款。催款的方式有催款函和现场找领导说明。这些事情其实不大好办，我一开始的时候也不是做的很好，但是慢慢的我就发现这个是在锻炼我和人打交道的本领。因为官职大的领导，好说话，可是由于事务繁忙无法记得那么清楚。官职小的职员态度不好，说话不算。所以我在面对不同的人的时候就要找一个平衡点:这个事情怎么可以达到最佳的效果，既不给领导添麻烦，又可以完成自己的任务。 二、实习感悟 所以这个一个月可以说是人生最有收获的一个月，我第一次走上工作岗位，虽然是一个小小的实习生，但是学到了很多的东西。我非常珍惜这个机会，因为这次很多的事情是别人带着我做，看也是一种学习，以后走上工作岗位很少有这个机会。 这次可以说还是比较成功的一次实践。从中我找出了自己的不足，也为下次实习敲响了警钟，比如，做事情别着急，问清楚再去办。尽量选择最简单的操作方法去做等。 在工作实习中，我养成了写工作日志的习惯，我感觉这个是非常好的一个习惯，在这个日志上我不仅写的是今天做了什么时期，还有一些tips，这些就是我宝贵的经验财富，有什么事情做的不够完善，不够好的，在上面及时做一些改进意见，还有办事情的一些地点都写在后面方便以后工作。现在当实习结束的时候，翻翻笔记，留下的不仅是珍贵的回忆，还有满满的财富。 工作是一个跟学习一样，需要动脑子的事情。相同的东西说一遍就要记住，相同的错误犯一次就要长记性。做什么事情不能光方便自己，还要方便下一步工作。 所以短短的一个月实习，我要感谢北京分公司的领导，给了我实习的机会，也要感谢刘会计一直帮助我学习相关的业务，还有我的同事，因为你们的存在，使得我的工作能够顺利的完成。 ，于是在实习时我便多跟同学们打交道，而自己也尽量虚心向他们求教。要搞好人际关系并不仅仅限于本部门，还要跟别的部门的同事相处好，那样工作起来的效率才会更高，步入社会了，良好的人际交往能力是必不可少的。 在学校里的时候，我常常抱怨为什么还不毕业，我想，如果毕业了，有了自己的工作，就可以买自己喜欢的东西，去自己想去的地方，吃最最喜欢的零食。那个时候，是大二的开始， 我为了一条连衣裙去做了一星期的兼职，一天工作两个小时，三十元一天，一个周刚好够买，当我那者那二百一十元钱跑到服装店时，你不知道我有多高兴，但却怎么也找不到那条裙子了，心痛……我多么渴望有一分工作，不管是喜欢还是不喜欢，眼泪就这么委屈的流下来…… 大学，终究还是要走完了，出来实习的时候是多么的欣喜，而进入了社会，我才知道，曾经，我是多么的幸福，我可以睡到自然醒，可以斗地主到深夜，可以约上三五个人去唱歌，知道唱不出声，可以和同学们肆无忌惮的闹着，笑着，甚至可以放肆的哭，可以……可以……这一切都成了曾经，那些走得最快的时光给我流下的却是无法抹去的记忆。我开始怀念之前我一直想离开的大学，但是，我不得不离开了。我想，我还年轻，我有足够的资本，我应该努力工作了，不要让自己以后的回忆只有遗憾，无论生活在哪里，生活都要继续，为什么不让它快乐一点，积极一点, 在这次实习中，我不再那么粗心大意、马虎了事、心浮气躁。我会利用这次机会努力工作，严格要求自己，虚心向财务人员请教，认真学习会计理论，学习会计法律法规等知识，利用空余时间认真学习一些课本内容以外的相关知识，掌握了一些基本的技能，从而意识到我以后还应该多学些什么，加剧了紧迫感，为今后的工作打下了基础。也许，毕业后，我不一定继续做这份工作，但我相信经过这次实习，我有能力也会以更好的姿态融入社会。祝自己一切都好～ 当前国内的诸多制造企业正在转型，有的由成本导向逐渐的转向营销导向或者技术导向，有的由家族化经营逐渐的转向职业团队的经营，有的由粗放式的管理逐渐转向精细化的管理，经营分析会正是规模制造企业转型的监控和决策平台，是企业PDCA循环的指挥窗，这也正是决战经营分析会的原因所在。 发现问题 中升(化名)公司是珠三角某地的知名制造企业，在行业中处于前五名地位，但最近几年来，增长陷入了停滞。该企业老板于是找到了咨询机构，当时的情况:企业每年旺季都会有资金的缺口，新建生产基地需要大批投资使得资金更是处于紧张的状态;经营上客户经常投诉公司货物不及时，而销售部门常反映是工厂生产跟不上，工厂常反映自己的问题是采购跟不上，采购常反映自己的问题是财务的资金保障跟不上，财务常反映自己的问题是销售部门的回款跟不上。 咨询公司进场诊断时发现，该企业的财务很不规范，财务负责人、采购负责人均由老板 娘负责，老板娘没有受过系统的教育，也没有规范化操作的经验，结果企业的财务一团糟。一方面，企业的ERP系统存有问题，花10多万的ERP系统仅有数据查询的功能，但查一个数据要等上10多分钟;另一方面，企业财务部门每个月仅提供损益表，告诉老板赚了多少钱，并没有对经营数据进行分析。咨询机构建议:企业要先引入专业的ERP软件系统和职业化的财务总监与成本经理;然后人员和软件系统到位后，再引入经营分析会，用经营分析会来指导带动企业的管理。 其实，对于国内的规划制造企业来讲，在注重经营的同时，更要注重经营分析，唯有做好经营分析，企业的管理活动才能服务好企业的经营。 中升公司在引入职业化的财务总监以及具有专业水平的成本经理后，经过选型，花了100多万元，引入了国内某知名软件公司的ERP系统。ERP系统上线稳定后，立即进行了第一次经营分析会。 第一次经营分析会，中升公司财务总监演示了月度经营分析结果，发现: (3)公司对客户的管理比较薄弱，客户总数有几千个，但几十个大客户却占了80,以上的销售份额，而这个几十个大客户，在每一家的份额并不高，都还有较大的提升空间，针对此种情况，公司以前并没有在销售政策上对大客户做出倾斜; (4)公司在供应链的管理上较不规范，月度的采购计划比较随意，和月度的销售计划不匹配;大宗原材料的采购上并没有进行战略采购，经常由于材料市场的波动而吃亏; 供应商的管理上比较薄弱，供货份额的分配没有标准，甚至某些经常发生退货的供应商仍占有不低的份额现象; (5)公司制造工厂的部分车间能耗处于较不正常的水平，部分车间的人均效益低于正常水平，部分车间的质量损失超过了规定标准等，但制造厂长在月度总结中并没有做出合理解释; (6)公司的产品结构不合理，某主要产品由于材料价格变动影响出现了亏损(边际收益低于边际成本)，但销售部门仍在大力倾销此产品;中升公司的主要产品销售毛利率低于行业领头羊，高销售毛利率的产品却并没有受到销售部门的重视，部分高毛利产品更是有退货发生，但研发研究院一直没有拿出合理的解决方案。 第一次经营分析会，由于财务部门做了大量的准备，中升公司存在的主要问题都得到了暴露。但在这次经营分析会上，由于其他相关部门都是第一次参加经营分析会，所以并没有针对问题的质询有深入的答复。会后管理顾问建议，继续完善经营分析会的形式和内涵。 明确计划 在管理顾问的建议下，第二次经营分析会前，财务部同相关业务部门进行了问题的沟通，业务部门自身进行了问题的深入调查和分析，并在会议上向公司老板进行解释和答复。根据解释和答复，企业老板明确了下个月的计划。 以下是中升公司第二次会议后的决议: (1)营销部门要在一个月内出台《客户管理办法》，深入解决客户分类管理问题; (2)财务部门会同销售部门，尽快处理滞期应收款问题，要求在会后五天内拿出具体的行动计划，在三个月内完成清理; (3)企业的产品结构问题，会后另选时间召开专题会议，讨论解决; (4)供应链管理部要在两周内修订《采购管理办法》，并重点解决采购计划的管理问题;供应链管理部统筹、会同财务部、制造工厂，要在一个月内出台《供应商管理办法》，重点解决供应商评审、战略采购等问题; 5)仓库、财务部，需检讨滞期库存问题，并要求会同计划管理部、销售部、制造工 ( 厂、采购部在一周内拿出解决办法; (6)研发研究院会同制造工厂，尽快完善某产品的工艺问题，要求在两个月内完成整改; (7)制造工厂针对某设备的能耗问题，建议考虑更换设备，要求工厂厂长尽快拿出设备的更换方案; (8)企业的资金紧张问题，考虑到国内的收缩银根，决定向香港某银行贷款，由财务负责人尽快接洽和处理。 经营分析会使得企业能够及时识别企业的经营风险，并做出决策避免风险的发生。企业经营者能够客观的评判职业经理人的工作，形成以结果说话的习惯和导向。同时经营分析会也是企业的一次微型的环境扫描，便于企业应对外部激烈变化的环境。对于规模企业来讲，除了做出未来三或五年的战略规划、年度的经营企划外，最需要做的就是月度的经营分析。月度经营分析会议的水平，往往决定了企业战略执行的水平。 成功经验 中升公司能够顺利的实施经营分析会，主要有以下经验: (1)企业老板的决心，敢于用专业的人做规范的事。经营分析，要求企业的财务总监承担起监督企业经营活动的作用，没有专业的知识和技能是办不到的; (2)用能承担起企业规模运作的信息处理系统。先进的信息处理系统是企业搞精细化管理的硬件; (3)成本管理人才的引进。国内制造企业成本管理人才缺乏，企业唯有把成本管理人才视为关键人才，并进行薪酬待遇上的倾斜，方能够吸引到人才并保留人才; (4)企业严谨的数据统计工作。企业采用ERP系统，要求统计人员和数据录入人员必须遵守实事求是的态度按照企业的规范运作要求进行数据的处理; (5)业务部门的配合和支持。经营分析，反映的是各业务部门的工作情况，财务部门没有时间也没有能力作深入的调研，需要业务部门自身进行深入的自查，找出问题和解决建议; (6)建立经营分析的价值。经营分析，可以起到企业进行自我诊断的作用，方便企业领导者把握全局，也利于企业业务部门的提高。但唯有采取务实的态度，以结果为导向，才不会流于形式; (7)循序渐进的实行。企业搞经营分析，需要数据的积累，需要相关人员的适应，需要逐步到位。建议企业可以规定三个月的试行期，某些管理基础薄弱的部门可以后上; (8)与企业的其他管理活动连接一体。企业通过经营分析会，下达了决策，需要将决策付诸实施，需要企业的重点工作计划管理、会议管理、奖惩制度等相关管理办法的支持。 把握重点 资金管理 多数规模制造企业对销售的回款都比较重视，但不少企业对采购的付款问题、存货的周转问题以及投资资金的使用问题不够重视。企业采购的付款，可以争取到一定的账期，其实也相当于银行贷款。企业的投资，如果不注意投资节奏，占用大量的资金，会带来极大的资金风险。企业的存货周转问题，多数企业会计算周转率，部分会作标杆比较，但对内部管理问题的深入分析比较缺乏，跟进解决问题也往往缺乏。 库存管理 对于制造型企业的经营者来说，企业的仓库往往是企业经营问题的结果反映。原材料滞期库存，往往是企业的采购、计划管理等环节存在了问题;成品滞期库存，往往是销售环节、计划管理等环节存在问题。这两项滞期库存长期存在，企业的仓库管理也一定会有问题。企业定期盘点仓库，对库存问题进行分析解决，是提升企业价值链运作效率的重点工作。 采购管理 对于制造企业来讲，企业的材料成本往往是产品的主要成本。企业供应链管理部门，由 于地位重要，工作敏感往往由企业经营者的亲信人员管理。人员上的非职业化，往往带来具体工作上的不科学，不规范。因此采购环节也是企业经营分析会的关键重点。企业主要的采购决策可以通过采购、销售协调会，采购、生产协调会，战略采购专题会议等下达，供应商的管理可以通过建立《供应商管理办法》以制度管理的形式进行，而采购管理在经营分析会上的审视就是对这些工作的检查和改善。 营销管理 销售收入、销售毛利、销售费用、市场分析、客户回款等营销管理问题，是企业经营结果的显示。营销管理环节的经营分析，必须深入到客户、深入到市场、深入到产品才能够揭示整体价值链上存在的问题。 费用管理 制造费用、管理费用、财务费用等费用的分析，和企业的预算管理相结合，往往比单一的分析能起到更好的效果。企业的各项费用支付归根到底是服务于企业的经营，费用实际支出的多少和预算上的倾斜与否都取决于经营的需要。
