I graduated from XXX Uniersity in June, 2010, and majored in Environment Engineering. In the past five years I worked in Bureau of XXX as a geological report writer. The reports I wrote were about the geological hazard assessment and the geological environment treatment of mines. I applied my knowledge to the real work and learned a lot from my job. However, I think further study is still urgent for me to achieve self-value. Life is precious. It is time to do something for my self-development. That is the first reason I have taken part in the entrance examination of master degree. The second one is I am long for doing research in Marine Geology throughout my life. I have been interested in exploring mineral resources of the ocean all the time, especially in (xxx专业). Because I think it is a good way to solve the problem of shortage of energy resources in our country. I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision. Thirdly, I have been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere when I came here last year. In my opinion, as one of the most famous university in our country, it enjoys years of reputation and it provides people with enough space to 1 get further enrichment . In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here. And now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Sun Yat sen University. Besides what I have introduced myself above, I also have many interests in my spare time. I like geological tourism and hill-climbing which can give me a strong body for my further study. I also like English very much and had passed College English Test Band 6, but I do think it’s still a long way to study it. Furthermore, I am fond of learning Japanese and I had passed the level N2 of Japanese language proficiency test in 2014. In my point, to learn a foreign language well is helpful to academic research. Therefore, I wouldn’t give up my English and Japanese studying, and improve my oral and listening skill. The deadline of the contract was near. The project usually takes a month to be completed , but we have only 7 days, so our department formed a team of 7 people of emergency. We worked together in the hotel. We lived in the hotel , We ate in the hotel ,we stopped our work until 2 or 3 o 'clock in the every day morning, and started to work on time at 6 o 'clock the next day . In this way, we had finish the work on time in 7 days . I got some inspiration from the project. Nothing is impossible, as long as everyone to be unity and work hard.
