Detailed rules of the Luoyang Municipality on the implementation of the regulations on minimum living security for urban residents
(adopted at the twelfth executive meeting of the Luoyang Municipal People's Government in June 12, 2003)
Article 1 in order to improve the minimum living guarantee for city residents (hereinafter referred to as the city residents) system, and effectively protect the basic life of city residents, according to the State Council to implement the "city residents Protection Ordinance" and the "Henan" city residents Protection Ordinance "means" (hereinafter referred to as the "provincial implementation measures"), with the actual city, these rules are formulated.
