Rayxin Medical Products company locates in Xiantao City of Hubei Province, which owns the name of “China Nonwoven Products Base”. Floor area of the factory is 13,200 square meters while manufacturing area is 12,570 square meters. Totally Rayxin factory has 600 workers and 56 staff for administration including quality and technique control. There are 9 production lines for non woven and plastic products. It also have 2 caster stretch film machines and 4 blow stretch film machines. More than 10 years’experience in manufacturing these products enables it strong capabilities both in producing per customer's specifications and developing new products for the market. Rayxin Medical Products factory has a range of non woven products which are widely used in our daily life, such as cap, mask, apparel, glove and the shoe covers. And the business of Rayxin Medical Products company is mainly focused on export trade. Rayxin Medical Products factory has obtained series of certificates such as ISO9001, ISO13485, CE and registered in FDA. So it is confident in our capabilities of improving products quality to meet customers’ requirements, and it is also its responsibility. Rayxin company uses the linear function system as its organization structure for better, which is the earliest and easiest organization structure. Company at all levels of administrative unit from the top to the bottom of the vertical leadership. It means that the manager of each workshop takes full responsibility of it and is able to communicate with the boss directly, which could avoid the news distortion. Part two: describe the contents of internship From the beginning of May 2011 to the end of Jane, I am in Rayxin Medical Products company. In order to combine theory with practice before going out into the world, we have to take every opportunity to accumulate more experience and lessons. Because my working experience is very shallow and being not familiar with the operational mode of the corporation, I take two days to skim through the materials to get a general understanding first. Before the company hired me as a marketing staff in the sales department, I was interviewed by the manager of the sales department. Unfortunately, I made some mistakes which should not be made for being too nervous. Therefore, I appreciated it so much that they had gave me an opportunity to me anyway and I was very honored to be one of them. On July 25th, I started my internship as a marketing staff in Rayxin company formally. After the morning meeting, the company assigned our working tasks during the internship according to our internship programs. The manager assistant brought many documents on the company and products for me to read detailedly. Unlike the stuff I searched on the internet, these informations had a lot of specifics especially on the operation principle and products of professional term. At first, I could not understand some words because it is written in German. As I already knew, it is a expert company. Luckily, I finally made it with the help of those warm-hearted colleagues. After three days of observation and learning activities, I started learning the business of the company's accounting. That is for the company's business. The finance department of accounting of public business is divided into three main steps, accounting, review and cashier. The company does not have many strict demands for our interns, which left a lot of space for us to learn stuff. Under the guidance of older workers, we started to learn about how to make effective market development. At first, we tried hard to conquer the fear od developing new customers. As a result of our poor oral English, we were unable to do some effective communication through telephone. So we did nothing but apply the good example mechanically. Although I did not spend very long time in the company, I found it has some potential problems and some aspects to work on. The company lacks of its own characteristics seriously. Years ago when non-woven products were seriously needed, some people made a big profit on it. Thus, more and more of these companies which produced non-woven stuff were founded. Until now, the street was full of these companies. They are making the same products. So, if you want the customer to buy more of yours, you have to stand out from the crowd like better services, quality, logistics and effective after-sale services. In addition, it depends too much on the purchase order. It is a small company, purchase order from clients does not came all the time,even sometimes there erre no at all for several weeks. The workers come in the early morning but have nothing to do, or there are little things which they can finish by just half day or several hours. So how they will spent the rest of the time is probably entertaining. It reduces the staff's sense of belonging and is a great waste of labor. The marketing goal of export company is going abroad and deal with international market businessman, which is to meet the customer needs and desires of the international market as its core. As a result, if foreign trade company does not change the current business model, it is difficult for it to survive in an increasingly competitive international market. Part three: internship experience Thus, I come to the conclusion that understanding and analysis of the business practice, seeking truth from facts, always be eager to learn, the effect of hard working has direct influence. And in the real marketing practice, I got countless refused and satire that made me cried into sleep at many nights, sometimes I even wanted to quit. But the other day, I would wade into new work early for I always believed that "Life is to insist, I can accept failure, but I refused to give up! " Like this, one week ,two weeks pasted, I went through it. And I always stayed positive at work, be good at finding problems and solving them, which was praised by the manager for many times. Ar first, I was just tried not to get fired, but after I put my hearts into marketing, I really started to enjoy the joy it brought me. Strictly, this was actually the first I took a job and do social practice, starting a whole new different life.I have to commute at the set time, finish the working tasks carefully and be on time without any paltering. Our shoulder were carrying great responsibilities and have to be cautious all the time at work, because we may take the serious consequences at any time for a tiny mistake which could no longer be solved by a sorry or a apology paper as in school. In the change from school to social environment, people you touched around had completely changed, from teacher to boss, from classmate to colleague and you needed a new way to get along with them. In the great change, we may feel anxious and confused and can adjust to the new environment in a quick time. Also, we may not get affirmation by the boss because you are not reused or you are just doing some insignificant chore. When we cannot do a result, we will feel all aspects of pressure, like the boss's eyes and the taunt from your colleagues. But in school, where there is the concern and support from teachers and students, it is quite easy to attend some classes everyday. There is an old saying: one or two years' work is superior to ten years' study. Although the internship is not that long, but I really learned a lot of knowledge, about how to be a person, how to do things and how to study. "What we learned at school is not knowledge, but the ability to study on our own", I was able to understand this sentence deeply after I actually worked. Aside from the rudimentary knowledge, there really is not lots of things left for us to learn. You don't understand something, try to solve by yourself. If you really cannot slove the problem, then you can consult others modestly, and a person without self-learning ability sooner or later will be out by enterprises and the society. And if you repeat monotone work day by day, fatigued feelings will soon come to you by doing the job for a long time. "The paper come says, must know that this practice is essential." During my practice in Rayxin, I had been strict with myself all the time. In the whole month, i had never been late or leave early. I have gor through a plenary and satisfactory summer vocation. As a college student, i have experienced the stress and mission of an ordinary stuff. Here,i want to express my sincere thanks to the leaders, seniors and my training teacher, for their patient cultivation and explanation for me. Under their help, i have finished my mission successfully. They taught me how to communicate with customers. During the month i spent with them, my scope of knowledge has been widely enlarged. What is more, i also learned the method to deal with affairs, that is, everything does not follow the same pattern, and apply mechanically from books all the time just can lead you into the eliminated today, therefore, the level of talents the society need is becoming higher all the time. That acquire us that we not only need to be specialized in our major, but also need to get a well known of some basic knowledge in other fields. That may let us be more competitive in the fierce job hunting fair. So, for an English major student, the working experience in an English institution is also useful and practical. This experience of practice for me is both a beginning and a vital process to understand the society, which lays a firm foundation for my future work. What i have learned was mostly form leaders' and seniors' guidance. They used their practical presentation to know me the principle in the relationship with others. It is one of the most precious treasures in mu whole life. How to communicate and stay with others is a basic ability in our present society. For a college student who will get into the working field in the immediate future, there are quite a lot of things for me to study. Thanks to Rayxin medical product and all of its personnel. Thanks them to give me this opportunity. I believe this period of practice will help me a lot in my work in the future. In undergraduate education, the practice is an important practical teaching. Through practice,you can familiarize ourselves with the specific operational procedures of foreign trade practices, enhanced perceptual knowledge, and from which further information, consolidated and deepen the already learned the theory and methods to improve identify problems, analyze issues and solve problems.
