活跃的课堂气氛能有效地提高教学效率，达到教学相长的目的。教师在课堂教学中，要以学生为主体，充分发挥学生的主体作用，激发他们的学习兴趣，调动学习积极性，真正做到教师只是课堂教学的组织者、引导者，学生才是学习的主人。如何营造宽松、和谐的课堂气氛呢,从课堂教学过程来看，可以从以下几方面着手: 一、课堂教学开始时 上课开始，教师可以带领学生唱唱歌，背背诗，这样，不仅让学生从课间的活动中进入学习状态，活跃课堂气氛，而且能集中学生的注意力，为新课的学习作好铺垫。如果是借班上课，可以和学生课前谈话，如问学生“你贵姓”“老师想和你做朋友”“你吃过饭了吗,”等一些轻松活泼的话题，这样便能在极短时间内拉近师生之间的距离，为新授课作情感铺垫。 二、动手操作调动课堂气氛 前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过:“儿童的智慧在他的手指尖上。”这句话的意思是说，儿童多动手操作会促进智力的发展。从脑的结构看，人的大脑皮层的各种感觉和运动部位中，管手的部位所占面积很大，所以手的运动能使大脑的很大区域得到训练。动手操作的过程，调动了学生的感官参与，手脑结合。学生的思维离不开动作，动手操作是智力的源泉，发展的起点，激发了学生对操作活动的兴趣。动手操作建立学生的表象思维，是学生的直观学习，把书本内容生动化，让语文学习更加形象，课堂学习气氛不再是讲和听的形式。比如，学生在课外进行剪报活动，把用到的知识、语句剪下来，增加了记忆，将学习变成了一种布满情趣的活动课。 在营造良好的课堂气氛中，充满微笑地去授课，这是一种简单易行，而又行之有效的方法。当然，这种微笑是发自内心的，是对学生的一种关爱，是一种与学生心理上的交流，而非一种矫揉造作、虚假的表情。学生在洋溢着微笑的课堂中，会感到教师的可亲可敬。现在有些教师在授课时，总是板着面孔，处处想着在学生中树立威严感，这就在无形中就扼杀学生对你的亲切感。那样的话，试问，学生还愿意和你交流问题吗,其实，教师的威严不是建立在严厉的表情基础上的，而是来自于你的学问和修养。微笑着面对学生，其实是一种自信，一种认为自己的魅力可以征服学生的自信。而板起面孔去说教，往往是因为觉得自己没有能力征服学生，而运用一种外来的压力去迫使学生去做，我想，这有时似乎会起到一定的效果，但往往不能持久。因此，语文教师要想使学生在一种欢悦、畅快的课堂气氛中去追求知识，那就要首先自己充满这种情绪，用自己欢悦的情绪去感染学生。 四、用多媒体来辅助教学，激发学生的情趣和学习的兴趣 多媒体教学已成为教学活动中必不可少的一个重要环节和要素。在课堂教学活动中，教师利用多媒体技术，使教学形式和教学方式变得灵活多样，彻底改变了过去单凋死板的课堂教学方式;让多媒体技术与语文课堂教学环节有机结合，生动有趣的教学形式激发了学生的学习兴趣，从而提高了课堂教学效果。例如，教学《观潮》一课时，为了让学生真实地感受潮来时的美景。教师可以寻找一些图片，再配上适合的背影音乐，制作成幻灯片，从而让学生真实、生动地感受大潮的美。通过多媒体技术不仅可以感染学生，更重要的是可以使课堂教学活动生动有趣，调动学生对语文学习的兴趣和爱好，让学生喜欢语文学习，爱上语文，这样就激发了学生的学生情趣和学习兴趣。 2、让学生说说那个生字记起来有困难，如“鼎”字，笔画复杂，字不常见，我用字理来讲，“鼎”是古代煮东西的锅，上部装东西的部分演变成“目”，下部的三根支架演变成下部分，如果不用字理来讲的话学生很难理解。 3、让学生通过开火车读、赛读、男女生读等多种形式进行巩固生字词。这样，多种形式的读，既充分激发学生学习的主观能动性，又在学习中培养学生的自信心。 (三)初读课文，理清脉络。 种形式指导朗读，这样层层深入，保证了读的时间，保证了读的形式，保持了读的兴趣。这样的读为深入理解课文打下基础。 (四)品读重点段，深入感知。 ,、指名朗读课文第二自然段，说一说这一自然段讲的是什么, 让学生找出文中表示时间、地点、人物的词语。 2、引导学生结合第一幅插图理解“人山人海”的意思，并说说“人山人海”说明了什么, 3、再读:体会江面的特点和人们此时的心情。 (五)感情升华，拓展训练。 想想假如你在场会是什么心情, 这样一来，既培养了学生的想象能力，又培养了学生的口头语言表达能力。 (六)指导书写。 中年级的教学目标主要是:1、独立识写课文生字，能掌握大部分生字;2、通过老师指导，能够掌握难写、易错的字。所以，在这一课我就重点指导“蒙、薄、昂”这三个字，“蒙”中间的短横不能丢，“薄”不能写成左右结构，“昂”下半部分的左边不能加点。 《观潮》教学反思 故献小学 王云茹 整堂课中，几乎没有对课文的思想内容提出什么问题，主要通过学生的读来读懂、理解课文，感悟语言文字的美和大潮的雄伟壮观。如在读、议、品的环节里，我始终以学生自主学习为主线，学生喜欢哪句我便导哪句，打破传统的教师教，学生听的模式，而改为学生学，老师导，充分体现学生主体性，教师主导性。教师的指导主要体现在组织学生进行语言训练，在训练过程中给予适当的指导。在教学中教师的教学民主意识也比较强，经常转换角色，作为学生中的一员共同参与学习，使课堂气氛更加和谐，学生在愉快轻松的气氛中学习得更加主动，更加投入，学习的效率也随之得到提高。如在学生读得有滋味时，老师也参与他们的朗读。学生读之后自己再读，把自己当作了学生参与到学生朗读中，学生再反过来评老师的朗读，从学生的评议中，我巧妙地指导了学生的朗读。这样教师转变角色，作为学生的一员共同参与学习，这种改变一种形式进行朗读示范，使学生感到亲切，融洽了师生感情。加上我适时地对 以读为本，熟读成诵，是中国传统语文教学的宝贵经验。在课堂教学中我尽量抓住机会，用多种形式引导学生多读，如齐读、男女赛读、表演读、配乐读等，让学生读懂，读通，读熟，读得有情有趣，读得津津有味。通过读，让学生自己来理解课文内容，如让学生谈谈“你为什么喜欢这句,”，培养学生的语感，落实五好目标中的“朗读好”。在“句子比较”这一环节里，通过不同语气的朗读，感受课文语言的直观性和形象性，并且能很好地帮助学生积累课文中好的语言材料。熟读自然就能成诵，好的语句读熟了，有意识地让学生背背，强化一下记忆，并有针对性地设计一道填空文段让学生口头回答，同时也落实学生的“口才好”，更可以有效地促进语言的积累
