长沙创业青年李恩民：在别人轻视的眼光中创新创业

(长沙创业青年李恩民。) (湖南同盛电子科技有限自主研发的传感器。) 湖南大学研究生二年级的时候，李恩民就成立了湖南同盛电子科技有限，“就凭你们几个大学生能干好事,”在频频的质疑声中，屡屡研发新产品不断取得项目突破，深受满意。 在当前就业形势不容乐观的情况下，鼓励大学生创业。李恩民敏锐的抓住机会，并且结合自己的工作经验和研究生方向，毅然决定创办自己的。 2009年6月，在老师和同学的帮助下，他在长沙市开福区进行工商登记成立了湖南同盛电子科技有限，并提出了研发基于传感器网络的高智能工程监测系统这一项目。 “以前好多项目都是人工监测，拿着手持设备比划，这样既不方便，同时效率和准确性都不高，我就想研发一种智能的监测系统软件。”李恩民说。 设计智能监测系统软件，研发传感器是关键，刚毕业的李恩民没有市场经验和成功研发新产品成功的先例，于是他先买来国外先进的传感器，通过反复分析其性能，从兼容性、接口识别、芯片选型、机械加工、防水设计、防雷处理等多方面分析考虑，并请国防科大的专家指导传经，经过一年多的攻关和技术研发，最终突破项目核心技术难点，最终设计出20多套传感器的处理模式，基本满足桥梁、隧道、地铁、边坡、矿山等项目的监测，该项目经教育部查新工作站检索查新，国内属于填补空白，技术居国内领先水平。 李恩民的第一个项目就让起初怀疑他们能力的大跌眼镜。当时，湖南交通勘测设计院正在做一个桥梁监测，由于某个部件利润率不高，需要用到一个国内国外都不想做的产品测震动，由于产品的特殊性，设计院跟他们交流，看能不能研发这个产品，填补市场的短缺。“这么高科技的东西，我不相信你们几个大学生能搞出来。”设计院仍有不少人怀疑。 对于这个测震动的部件，李恩民起初都没有听说过，于是他们买来原器件拆分后认真分析做二次开发，反复试验后最终集成到系统匹配，对方相当的满意。“虽然这个单只有6万元，但是给我们相当大的信心和动力。” 经过四年的发展，通过研发的努力，先后开发出了智能位移计、土压力盒、渗压计、孔隙水压计、柔性位移计、分层沉降计、静力水准仪等20多种传感器系列产品，以及相配套的数据采集软硬件设备，目前，已 申请 关于撤销行政处分的申请关于工程延期监理费的申请报告关于减免管理费的申请关于减租申请书的范文关于解除警告处分的申请 一项发明专利、五项实用新型专利以及三项软件著作权。不少项还得到了科技部创新基金的立项支持。 也许是看中他们的创新和活力，企业技术先后在山东招金河东金矿尾矿库、山东中矿玲南金矿尾矿库、新疆阿勒泰富蕴铁矿尾矿库、甘肃合作市早子沟金矿、长沙北辰三角州深基坑项目、兰州刘家峡大桥、福建尤溪双里水库、广东惠莞轻轨项目、广东佛山隧道、广东韶关边坡等多个工程项目中得到应用，取得了良好的应用效果，并获得用户的一致好评。 2013年基于传感器网络的高智能工程监测系统被广州销售额过亿的知名工程检测单位——广州市吉华岩土检测有限看中，双方共同出资成立了广州吉华同盛智能科技有限，在吉华的带领下，注重人才培养与新技术的研发，目前已申请专利及软件著作权十多项，销售额成倍增长，为以后更好的拓展市场奠定了扎实的基础。 (原标 题 快递公司问题件快递公司问题件货款处理关于圆的周长面积重点题型关于解方程组的题及答案关于南海问题 :【长沙创业青年】李恩民:在别人轻视的眼光中创新创业) he "governing for the people", "No matter the interests of the masses" concept understanding is not in place.
