redforthewaterqualityanalysisinstrumentshallnotexceedmin()outputsignal:instrumentanalogoutputshouldbe~maDCsignal,loadcapacitynotlessthanΩ()theprotectionleveloftheinstrumentshouldmeettherequirementsoftheenvironment,andgenerallyshouldnotbelowerthanIP,andthetestinginstrumentforthepharmaceuticalinvestmentsystemshouldbeabletoresistcorrosion()thefourwireinstrumentpowersupplyisVACandHz,andthetwowireinstrumentpowersupplyisVDC()fieldmonitoringinstrumentshouldbeusedwithdigitaldisplay()theworkingpoweroftheinstrumentshouldbeindependent,andshouldnotbeSharedwiththecomputertoensurethatthepowersupplyisnotinterferedwitheachotherduringfailureandmaintenance,sothateachcanoperatereliablyandreliably()tomakethecomputercandetectvoltagetransformerandcurrenttransformeroftheabnormalsignalsandalarm,designselectionoftheinputsignalvoltageandcurrenttransducershouldbelargerthanthecurrentandvoltagetransformer,whichrespectively~aand~v()weshouldselectinstrumentmanufacturerswhocanprovidereliableservicesandhaverichexperienceWaterlevelmeasurementThefollowingfactorsshouldbeconsideredinselectingtheliquidlevelmeter:()measurementobjects,suchasthephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofthetestedmedia,aswellastheworkingpressureandtemperature,installationconditionsandtherateofliquidlevelchange()themeasurementandcontrolrequirements,suchasmeasuringrange,precisionmeasuring(orcontrol),displaymode,theinstruction,remoteindication,andthecomputerinterface,security,anticorrosion,reliabilityandconvenienceofconstructionThemainpointsofliquidlevelandselectioninwatersupplyengineeringareasfollows:AFloatingballlevelgaugePutahollowfloatintheliquid,andwhentheliquidlevelchanges,thefloatwillproducethesamedisplacementastheliquidlevelAmechanicalorelectricalmethodisusedtomeasurethedisplacementofthefloatingball,anditsaccuracyisplusorminus(~),whichisnotsuitableforhighviscosityliquid,anditsoutputhasswitchcontrolandcontinuousoutputInthedesignofthewaterpurificationplant,theliquidlevelisusedtomeasuretheliquidlevelofthewelltocontroltheautomaticstopofthepumpBStaticpressure(ordifferentialpressure)typelevelgaugeBecausethestaticpressureoftheliquidcolumnisproportionaltotheliquidlevel,Therefore,theliquidlevelcanbemeasuredbyusingthepressuregaugetomeasurethestaticpressureoftheliquidcolumnonthebasesurfaceAccordingtothedensityofthemeasuredmediumandthemeasuringrangeoftheliquid,pressureordifferentialpressurerangeiscalculated,andthepressuregaugeordifferentialpressuregauge,whichissuitablefortherangeandaccuracyofthemeasurement,ischosenTheaccuracyofthislevelgaugeisplusorminus(~)
