First, enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation work, play a leading role in technology innovation innovation development as "five concept" first, we will further deal 学校管理首先要放权于学生,让学生参与管理,老师监督 10 学校应提供更多创新型活动、参与渠道 22 其 他活动宣传不够 18 需 求 激励机制不够,强制性的规定太多 14 合计 139 三、成果分析 参与型教育管理模式以理念的方式于2008年提出,经历3年多的实践探索与不到1年的系统性模式整合。期间就参与途径亦有所变化,曾经提出的四大途径调整优化为六大途径。从实践的客观历史长度与系统建设的时间来看审视,模式的建议是颇有成效的。 (一)对模式具体内容认知度高 模式中各途径所囊括的具体内容涉及面广,而学生群体的认知了解度则相当高。说明在途径具体内容的建设上卓有成效。虽然部分内容因时间、容纳限制及个人兴趣等原因,参与度低于认知度,但更反映出了:参与者本身对非参与者有事后宣传效应、学校教育引导者的广泛宣传、活动本身的辐射力吸引力等。 (二)各参与途径参与度高 正如上述提及,各参与途径的具体内容项目在时间次数上、容纳度上是客观有限的,模式主要利用的是第二课堂环节。因此,课题组就各途径的参与度深入思考后,认为参与度已经达到了较高水平。且各途径相对均衡,反映了在途径搭建中的平衡与分类引导理念。而参与实践历练与创业创新的数值特别高则是学校紧跟社会导向,重视相关工作的狠抓落实。 (三)对模式本身兴趣程度高 这主要体现两个方面。一是在对参与型学生教育管理模式的兴趣程度调查中,绝大多数人对参与型学生教育管理反映出有兴趣。二是在模式建设上被调查者踊跃献计献策。 四、问题与建议 在模式建设的现阶段,主要问题,一是学生对模式的外延表现了解但不知道所凝练的内部体系机制,处于行动参与但缺少主体意识并在建议中不能提出更有深度的对策;二是学生对自身能力评价主观很高对比现实中的主动参与度低,表现在更习惯或依赖于教师的共同参与,这一定程度受传统教育观念影响缺少主体觉醒;三是模式建设需做好阶段性整理,为下阶段工作发展调整细节完善机制。具体可以从以下三方面采取措施。 increasingly high, potential advantage. First, enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation work, play a leading role in technology innovation innovation development as "five concept" first, we will further deal ,一,加大宣传力度,帮助学生了解模式的内涵外延 认知是参与的前提,参与是最有效的认知。想要使人参与、深度参与,认知的深度是关键。对于宣传的营造上主要有三点:第一,对于参与型学生教育管理模式内涵与模式体系的宣传,加强学生对参与型模式本身的认识;第二,对模式外延途径与其具体活动或学生组织间关系的宣传,这正如学生个人成长成才目标的分解与实施途径步骤的对应,能使得学生更有主动意识地参与到模式具体内容中;第三,对模式实践期间学校与学生荣誉的宣传,以成果鼓舞人参与,以荣誉证明模式成效。 学校可以从入学教育、军训等学生入校初级大力宣传该模式。 (二)加强平台建设,促进实践 对各学院参与型模式中比较成熟的项目要大力推广,使该平台延伸到全校。提倡以系统性的信息交流平台来构建学生之间,师生之间,校生之间参与型的交流渠道。相互交流,发现改进弊病,推广实施新举措,共谋学校参与性教育管理模式的新发展。加强学生与外界的交流,使得学生视野开阔,在更广泛信息的分析对比下,促进学生对自身的参与能力、对模式的参与效果评价更加客观。并且能帮助其树立信心,作为模式的主体,借鉴其他学校好的做法,运用于学校模式实践的发展建设。 ,三,完善机制,激励参与 分析学校参与型教育管理模式的内涵,学生的主体地位必然要求主体的广泛参与、深度参与、参与有效。为此对主体的激励机制尤为重要。 为了更好地吸引参与,那就需要有更强的激励。这种加强可以是,第一,不管是大还是小的项目内容,参与者只要具备获得荣誉的条件就应该给予颁发荣誉的过程,同时这种颁发荣誉的过程应该是一种公开而为人知的颁发;第二,一种荣誉的获得是参与第二种活动的参与条件,奖荣誉分为三六九等来激发参与者的竞争意思;第三,激励的方式应该多样化,例如加大学生的自主选择权利等。 increasingly high, potential advantage.
