广东狮子会新服务队创立指引 一、目的: 为确保广东狮子会能快速有序、健康稳定地发展，并确保组织在成长过程中的规范 运作，特制订《广东狮子会新服务队创立指引》。 二、适用范围: 由广东狮子会会员为发起人的新服务队创队或由社会人士为发起人的加入广东狮 子会的新服务队创队。 三、创队流程: 3a、审核不通过，程序终止 1、召集人提交创队申请 2、广东狮子会审核及批复 3b、确定指导狮友 4、创队说明会 5、第一次筹备会 6、第二次筹备会 7、第三次筹备会 8、新服务队成立典礼 四、创队条件: 1、 一群有着共同理念，以热心助人为本，合力为社会献出力量的志同道合者。 2、 最少20名创队会员(理想人数为25人以上)，建议其中有 75% 以上是新会员。 3、 确定指导狮友二人(由广东狮子会和创队召集人协商决定)。 4、 确定讲师团受邀讲师(由广东狮子会讲师团和创队召集人协商决定)。 5、 应安排一次说明会(准会员招募)和三次筹备会议 ，建议在新服务队成立之前安 排一次服务活动。 五、会员入会条件: 1、拥护中国狮子联会、广东狮子会的章程。 2、出心:有服务社会的奉献之心，愿意为有需要的人伸出援手。 installation to be familiar with the drawings, and to be familiar with to order materials, know exactly what each part of the mullions used to avoid misattribution.
