挖掘机动臂优先功能失效的原因及维修(Excavatorarmpriorityfunctionfailurereasonandmaintenance)挖掘机动臂优先功能失效的原因及维修(Excavatorarmpriorityfunctionfailurereasonandmaintenance)Causesandmaintenanceofthefailureofthepriorityfunctionofexcavator'sboomThemainworkingconditionsofhydraulicexcavatorsareminingandloadingForthesetwoconditions,theliftingspeedoftheboomisthemainfactortodeterminethecycletimeThefastertheboomlifting,theshorterthecycletime,andthehighertheefficiencyofthemachineInordertoimprovetheboomliftingspeed,CaterpillarOBseriesexcavatorboomlifting,inadditiontostickoutandarmadductionmovementsdesignedbydoublepumpconfluenceiscompleted,throughtheelectroniccontrolmodeneedsquickliftingarmbucketrodcancelledadductionfunctioninthemachinecombinedjointaction,tofurtheracceleratethemovethespeedoftheliftingarmThecontrolmodeofthemovingarmiscalledtheboomprioritymodeTheprincipleofmovingarmpriorityandtheconditionsforitsrealizationIntheloadingorditchingexcavator,boomliftingandbucketarmadductionisgenerallyperformedatthesametime,becauseoftheboomandthebucketrodhasdoublepumpconfluence,twopumpwillalsosticktothecylinderandthecylinderoilboom,theenginepowerconditionsallowed,whichactionneedsoftheoilmuch,giveitsomemoreforoilwhileintheboomofquickliftingwhentheengineisclosetothefullload,thentoboomliftingfaster,youhavetoreducetheamountofoiltothebucketrodcylinder,namely"boompriority"modeButthe"boomfirst"modeofoperationisnottheboomhasbeenworkinginthe"priority",butonlywhentheboomisrequiredtomovethearmina"priority"state"HydraulicactuatorwithboompriorityWhenthemovablearmlifting,hoistingarmfrompilotoilpilotcontrolvalveoftheboomcontrolvalvemoves,theuppermainoilpumpdrivenboomcylindercavitywhenthepilotoilpressureisgreaterthankPa,thearmwillmoveunderthemainconfluencevalve,pumpoilguidearmcylinderalargecavity,themovingarmcylinderattheconfluenceoftwopumpoilsupply,theboomisrisingfastInthecontrolsystem,pressthe"boompriority"button,whenthemovablearmliftinghydraulicpilotoilisgreaterthankPa,installedinthepilotpiperoadboomprioritypressureswitchisclosed,closedthecomputertoreceivethesignal,thefinecontrolwaselectricsolenoidvalve,thepilotvalveofthebucketrodcombinedcontrolcircuitconnectthesystembacktotheoil,thebucketrodconfluenceinreadingThus,theboomcanberaisedrapidlyevenduringtherapidliftingoftheboomReasonsforthefailureofthemobilearmpriorityfunctionandthewaystoeliminateitThesymptomsoffailuretomovethearmfirstaregenerallycharacterizedbyanincreaseinthespeedoftheliftingofthearm,whileothermovementsofthemachineremainpermanentThisshowsthatthepublicpartofthehydraulicsystemhasnoproblem,thecauseofthefailurecanbereducedinthehydrauliccylinderoftheboomcylinder,thepilotcontrolpart,andthe"mobilearmpriority"electroniccontrolparthydrauliccylindermastersystemandpilotcontrolpart()boomliftingpilotcontrolvalveisnotworkingwellThepilotoilcannotbeaccuratelydeliveredtotheboomcontrolvalveandtheboommanifoldvalveTheoilpressureofthepilotoilcircuitcanbedeterminedbymeasuringtheoilpressureofthepilotoilpathwhenthepilothandleisoperatedslowly,theoutputoilpressureofthepilotexcavatingvalveshallbecontinuouslychangedbetweenkPaIfnot,theboomshallberemoved,thepilotpilotvalveshallbeinspected,andthecomponentsshallbeworn,damagedorjammedAndthemeasuringspringshallbecheckedtomeettherequirements()theboomcontrolvalveisnotworkingwellwithitsmanifoldvalveCheckthespoolmovement,whetherthehairpinphenomenon,thespool,themiddleofthespringandfixedpartshaveproblems,ifnecessary,forrepairandreplacement()seriousleakageintheboomcylinderAccuratediagnosiscanbemadebyflowtestordisassemblethecylinderdirectlyandreplacerelevantpartsifnecessary()thereisaproblemwiththepressurereliefvalveofthemovablearmcylinderUsingthepressuregaugetomeasurethesettingpressurevalueofthesafetyvalve,ifnotintherangeofkPa,itshouldbeadjustedorreplaced()thearmantidropvalveisaproblemCheckthecoreforanyhairpinordamageandrepairorreplaceifnecessary()improperoperationAtthesametime,whentheboomisrapidlyliftedandthebucketisrapidlyclosed,theboomwillcontrolthepilotoiltopushthevalvecoreofthemovablearmintotheneutralpositionsothattheboomcylinderisinasinglepumpfeedingconditionelectroniccontrolsectionof"boompriority"()thereisaproblemwiththemonitorboardPressthe"movearmpriority"buttononthemonitorboardtomakesurethearmpriorityindicatorisonIftheindicatorlightisnotbrightorunstable,replacethemonitorboard()thepressureswitchcannotsendthecorrectsignaltothecomputerThecomputercanshowtheworkingstateoftheswitchingelementpart,soastoinspecttheswitch,canalsobeusedmultimeterbetweentheswitchandthecomputertocheckthepressurelineifthereisashortcircuitoropencircuitphenomenon,andtheswitchitselfisnoproblem,ifthereisaproblemshouldbeexcludedIfyouuseamultimeterandapressuregauge,
