The outskirts of the town has left, "Huang Chi", originally Yue water hides 6.3 生產首件製作 6.3.1 按照MPC的生產按排在規定的日期內開始生產。 6.3.2 生產前,SMT科文,組長以<生產通知>通知物料員,PIE,QA等相 關人員。 6.3.3 PIE技術人員根據<生產通知>生產出首件,SMT組長,品質部QC, PIE等相關人員依據此型號產品之SMT生產樣板,[工程更改通知 書ECO] ,[工程通告EN]及[操作指示],對首件進行外觀或功能 確認。 6.3.4 生產出的首件不正常時,把具体情況記錄于<首件生產報告>內, 找出和分析其異常原因,並重新調整貼片机程序以及生產線,直 至生產出合格的首件為止。 6.3.5 生產出的首件合格後,由SMT組長,品質部QC,PIE技術人員簽 名確認合格。同時簽訂樣板卡,供生產和檢驗使用。 6.4 錫膏印刷 按照[印刷操作指示]進行作業,并進行自主檢查,發現异常通知PIE技術員進行調整。 6.5 貼片機生產運作 貼片機操作員依據PIE的[貼片機操作指示]上的內容,對貼片機之供 料器進行換料,并填妥[貼片机換料記錄],再交由組長檢查并簽名。 換料完成后,通知QC進行檢查。經QC簽名并判定為合格后,方可開 机進行生產;如判定為不合格,則重新換料,直至合格止。該工序的 換料控制是防止錯誤的關鍵。 6.6 在制品處理 生產線操作員將經QC,QA檢查合格后的SMT制品按照相關的包裝[操作指示]進行包裝裝箱,并填妥及標貼[物料/在制品存放/裝箱標簽],存放于合格品區由物料員將合格產品移交給COB,貨倉或其他部門。 to West rear, to County Shen Liqun report guerrillas breakout Hou of action situation, boat via Zhejiang wuxing daughter town Shi, six people has a NI surname "spies" (enemy) midway tuogu landing tipsters, away from small town three in Xu, was day Elves Li Taishan Department captured, five people all killed, broken corpse sank Yu River in the.
