Teledyne PEM 9002 Sensor Replacement
Remove tubing
Remove screws.
Lift the plate and remove battery harnesses.
The plate can now be turned over to make it easier to work on the unit.
Five sensors are connected to a clear plastic manifold

Each sensor assembly is held in place by two screws. One is located in the upper left and the other in the lower right.
Remove the screws and then remove the sensor assembly by pulling straight up. You will actually be removing the sensor, circuit board and sensor holder.
Gently pull the circuit board away from the sensor. For the oxygen sensor, there will not be a circuit board but instead a two wire harness. Disconnect the harness from the main board before removing the oxygen sensor.
The sensor is held in place by a locking groove. Turn the sensor counterclockwise until the sensor can be removed. Remove old sensor
Insert the new sensor. Turn clockwise to lock the sensor into the sensor holder.
Line up the circuit board with the pins of the sensor and gently press the board into place.
Align the pins of the sensor PCB with the receptacle on the main analyzer board.
Replace and tighten the screws. For the lower screws, it is suggested to place the screw in the holder before aligning the sensor.
Calibrate the unit. See separate procedure.
