加制氢装置共8台压缩机组，其中循环氢压缩机(901-K-101)为离心压缩机组，安装方案另出，其余7台均为往复式压缩机。本方案针对7台往复式压缩机的安装施工进行考虑，电仪控制、单机试运方案另出。 7台往复式压缩机均为卧式，双层布置，气缸为水平布置双作用，进、排气口为上进、下出布置。流量采用余隙腔和卸荷控制器进行控制，实现0,、25,、50,、75,、85,、100,的流量控制。气缸设干式缸套，气缸和缸盖设独立的夹套，气缸和填料函无油润滑 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 A 确认 分施工完具备试车条件 4.3、关键工序、重要工序的工艺控制要求 4.3.1 设备到货验收 设备到货检验必须由供货单位、监理单位、总承包单位、施工单位有关人员共同参加，按照以下项目进行核查，对于检验过程中出现不符合设计图纸要求的不合格检查项目，由四方根据实际情况确定处理意见及补救措施并形成文字说明，处理合格后再次进行共检并填写设备开箱检验记录。 1>、设备随机资料检查 ?.机组出厂合格证书及下列技术检验证明书: ?机身、中体、气缸、主轴、连杆、活塞杆等主要部件的时效或调质处理证明书。 ?机身试漏合格证明书。 ?气缸本体及水冷夹套的水压试验合格证明书。 ?高压缸体、主轴、连杆和活塞杆等部件的无损探伤合格证明书。 ?压力容器的质量证明书。 ?高压件(管件、阀门及紧固件)的无损探伤合格证明书,应符合《钢制焊接压力容器技术条件》(JB4730,94)的要求。 ?按照图纸、技术资料及装箱清单等对机器进行外观检查，并核对机器及其零、部件、附件的名称、型号、规格、数量。 ?参加验收的各方代表，应在整理好的验收记录上签字。 4.3.2 基础验收 ?土建施工单位将基础提交给安装施工单位时，必须提交基础复检记录。基础上必须标出设备就位纵横中心墨线及标高基准点; ?按有关土建基础施工图及压缩机技术资料，对压缩机基础尺寸及位置进行复测验收，其允许偏差应符合表1的规定。 (2)全长 全长 10 中心位置 ?10 深度 +20 预埋地脚螺栓孔 10 孔壁铅垂度 10 4.3.3 机组就位安装及找正、找平 ?、机身的煤油渗漏试验 压缩机在安装前应进行机身试漏，用煤油注入机身之油标窗上规定的油面高度，经4小时，无渗漏为合格(若厂家已做此项试验，且机器在运输过程中无损伤，包装完好，可不做此项试验)。 ?、机身就位 ?基础表面进行铲麻处理，麻点应分布均匀，深度不宜小于10mm; ?机身安装采用垫铁安装。垫铁应平整，无翘曲、卷边，每组垫铁不宜超过四块， 其中仅允许有一对斜垫铁(垫铁详见图1)。 中国石化集团第五建设公司海南炼油项目部 第 8 页 共54页 海南炼化续建项目第二装置区 往复式压缩机安装施工方案 12.56.3 20 8080 200200 ?在基础的地脚螺栓旁放上调整垫铁，找正垫铁与垫铁组之间的水平度。垫铁与基础表面的接触面应大于50,，垫铁间距应不大于500mm，且应分布均匀; 12 ?机身就位后，其主轴、气缸中心线应与基础上的墨线相重合，允许偏差为 5 毫米。标高应符合设计要求，允许偏差为?5 毫米; ?机身列向水平度在滑道前、中、后三点位置上测量;轴向水平度在机身轴承座处测量，测量值均以两端为准，中间供参考; ?机身的列向及轴向不水平度均不得超过0.05毫米/米; ?机身的列向水平度应根据各列的列向水平度综合考虑调整,在要求范围内宜高向气缸端; ?轴向水平度的倾向,对于电动机采用双独立轴承的,在要求范围内宜高向电动机端; 6?在拧紧地脚螺栓时，机身的水平度不应发生变化。否则，应松开地脚螺栓，重新调整各垫铁组; 11?主轴就位后，应在主轴颈上复查轴向水平度，其允许偏差应不大于0.10毫米/米。 ?、一次灌浆 ?复测机身纵向及横向水平度，确认合格后，对地脚螺栓进行一次灌浆; ?基础预留孔应清除干净，各地脚螺栓孔应充分的润湿; ?预留螺栓孔灌浆选用灌浆料进行浇灌;锚板地脚螺栓灌浆时，应在锚板上面先灌入150mm厚的比基础高一号的混凝土，然后向孔内充以密实的干砂至二次灌浆层下150mm，上部再用混凝土浇灌封闭; ?灌浆时，应有机组安装人员配合，使螺栓位于螺栓孔的中央，并保持螺栓的垂直度，以免在振动捣实时歪斜; ?、压缩机气缸的安装 ?对称均匀拧紧机身地脚螺栓，复测机身及滑道水平，然后进行气缸的安装; ?各级气缸水套必须进行水压试验。制造厂技术文件注明气缸本体已进行水压试验时，现场可不再进行。 ?各级气缸在安装前，应进行清洗、并仔细检查气缸镜面、气缸体、气阀腔孔及与中体连接面等处有无机械损伤和其它缺陷，如发现问题，应妥善处理。用内径千分尺测量各气缸的圆柱度，并作详细记录。如偏差超过规定，应根据情况研究处理。 ?气缸与中体连接时，要对称均匀地拧紧连接螺栓。气缸的支撑件必须与气缸接触良好，并且受力均匀。 中国石化集团第五建设公司海南炼油项目部 第 9 页 共54页 海南炼化续建项目第二装置区 往复式压缩机安装施工方案 ?安装气缸支承，粗找正气缸水平; ?气缸和滑道的同轴度和倾斜度应符合设备技术文件规定，且其倾斜方向与滑道倾斜方向一致; ?根据现场条件，可用“拉钢丝法”、塞尺测量法或激光找正仪复检气缸与中体的同轴度，当气缸的径向位移与倾斜度超出规定值时，应及时反馈至厂家代表，按厂家现场代表的处理方法进行调整。不得加入偏垫、偏紧螺栓或借外力强制定心的方法来校正; ?、压缩机内件的检查和组装 ?主轴瓦和曲轴的安装 00吊入曲轴，轴瓦与轴颈的接触状况用着色法检查，接触角为120，最少不得小于90，要求接触均匀(若接触不良，可略加修刮);轴承主要部分间隙应符合下列要求: ?检查测量点E应没有间隙; ?检查检测点A、B、C、D的间隙，四个点的读数之差不得大于0.04mm; ?检查检测点F，其间隙应符合厂家技术文件要求; 压缩机上轴瓦 测量点F 压缩机轴 测量点C 测量点D 测量点A 测量点B 压缩机下轴瓦 测量点E ?在主轴颈上复查轴向水平度，其值不得大于0.10mm/m，用压铅法(铅丝径应为所测间隙的1.5,2倍)测量各间隙，合格后拧紧轴承上瓦盖。在轴承盖紧固螺栓达到拧紧力矩的情况下，轴瓦间隙值应符合装配要求(见附表); ?将曲柄置于两个互相垂直的位置(0?，90?，180?，270?)，测量曲拐间隙差(如下图)，其偏差值以符合厂家技术文件要求(附表1)为合格。 内径千分尺 ?十字头的安装 ?将十字头体装入滑道，与连杆小头联接。用着色法检查十字头与滑道的接触面积，其接触面应均匀且应大于70,以上;在十字头体和滑履之间有调整垫，用于调整十字头与滑道的间隙，用塞尺检查十字头体与滑道的间隙，应符合装配要求; ?连杆的安装 中国石化集团第五建设公司海南炼油项目部 第 10 页 共54页 海南炼化续建项目第二装置区 往复式压缩机安装施工方案 ?用着色法检查连杆大头瓦与曲轴、小头瓦与十字头销配合的接触情况，其接触面应均匀且应大于70,以上; ?均匀拧紧连杆螺钉，用塞尺或用压铅法检查其配合间隙。曲轴与连杆大头瓦的径向间隙及十字头销与连杆小头瓦的径向间隙符合厂家技术文件要求(附表1)。 ?填料及刮油器的的安装 ?安装前，应全面按顺序拆开、检查，每组填料内各环安装次序不得互换，并注意检查刮油圈刃口的完整性，然后将各零件清洗干净，按原次序组装好; ?在装填料时，应特别注意以下两点:一是锁闭环和密封环的次序，不得装反，否 则会引起漏气;二是各填料小室应按原编号组装，否则会应起冷却水短路;此外还应注意各填料小室的橡胶圈不能残缺刮伤。 ?活塞环的安装 ?装配前，应先清洗和检查活塞、活塞环活塞环外表面及活塞环槽断面，不得有疏松，擦伤、锐边、凹痕、毛刺等缺陷，检查各活塞环的开口间隙，符合设备技术文件要求; ?检查活塞与活塞杆的螺母是否拧紧锁好，活塞与十字头体连接好后，在活塞杆的垂直及水平方向架设百分表，盘动压缩机，在活塞杆往复运动时检查活塞杆的跳动，其最大跳动值不得大于厂家技术文件规定值; ?用随机工具(活塞杆保护套)套住活塞杆端部螺纹(保护套使用前检查，其刃口及外圆上不允许有毛刺等缺陷，如有碰毛现象，应先作修正。用完后妥善保管)，然后伸入气缸，穿过双隔室接筒，与十字头体连接; ?装上气缸盖，从气缸阀孔处压铅检查气缸的内外止点间隙，内外止点间隙可通过调节活塞杆与十字头连接处的调整垫片来调整。止点间隙调整完毕，应锁紧十字头处的活塞杆螺母并采取防松措施; ?活塞装上后检查活塞底部到气缸底部的间隙(即导向环高出活塞体的距离)。 ?检测气缸余隙 o?在气缸每端阀孔垂一条铅丝，确保铅丝穿过活塞面整个宽度，盘车360，铅丝被压平，挤压后的厚度就是间隙的实际值。 ?气阀的安装 ?彻底清洗气阀组件，检查各气阀组合情况和密封情况，套上阀垫，装入阀腔; ?装上制动器及密封垫片，然后再装阀盖，拧紧连接螺栓，最后拧紧顶丝和顶丝上的螺帽。 ?、电机安装 ?先套装电机联轴器，然后在电机基础的地脚螺栓孔旁放上调整垫铁并找正垫铁与垫铁组间的水平度; ?将电机吊放在基础上，按预设的压缩机与电机中心墨线就位; ?检查电机轴承间隙及空气余隙，其检测结果应符合厂家有关文件要求; ?以压缩机为基准，找正电机水平，允许偏差0.05mm/m，将电机轴调整至与曲轴同一标高面; ?调整联轴器间距离及联轴器的同轴度使电机组轴与压缩机曲轴的同轴度符合要求; ?对于散装到货的电机，应严格执行电机随机技术文件的规定及电机厂家现场技术人员的要求，配合厂方完成电机组装; ?电机安装就位、找正并二次灌浆后，在电机单试前，应复查电机的磁力中心，确保磁力中心线的偏差在厂家技术文件规定范围内(若出现偏差过大，超出厂家技术文件规定值的情况，应及时反馈至厂家代表处，按厂家代表处理方案执行)。 中国石化集团第五建设公司海南炼油项目部 第 11 页 共54页 海南炼化续建项目第二装置区 往复式压缩机安装施工方案 ?、二次灌浆 ?复测各部位找正记录，确认合格后，在24小时内进行二次灌浆; ?垫铁组用0.05mm塞尺检查，允许局部有间隙，但塞尺插入深度不得超过垫铁中 长(宽)的1/3，用0.5kg手锤敲打，每块垫铁应无松动现象，检查合格并点焊固定; ?灌浆采用灌浆料，灌浆前，基础表面的油污及杂质应清洗干净; ?一台压缩机应一次灌完，不得分次浇灌，灌浆层应与基础及设备底座结合紧密。 ?、联轴器螺栓精绞孔 ?在电动机轴和主轴找正完、平衡轮安装后，对联轴器螺栓孔进行精铰加工。螺孔 与螺栓采用过盈配合，过盈量为0.3/1000 D(D为螺栓直径); ?待装配好各联接螺栓后应对应编号标记，以便于下次拆装; ?铰孔与电机连接完毕后，应重新测量曲轴曲拐开度，应符合随机资料的要求，如 果超标应对联轴器重新进行对中找正。 4.3.4压缩机的附属设备及管路安装 ?、所有的压力容器安装前均应具有合格证和质量证明书，其气管路钢管应符合有关材 料 标准 excel标准偏差excel标准偏差函数exl标准差函数国标检验抽样标准表免费下载红头文件格式标准下载 并应有质量合格证明书; ?、所有容器、管道就位前，应按图纸核对管口方位和相应位置尺寸，并应彻底清洗干 净。现场配管、切割、焊接完毕后，管内应予以清理，不允许留有金属熔渣、残余 杂物或其他脏物; ?、对容器、管道的安装、焊接、试压、清洗，应保证其质量，并应按《压力容器安全 监察规程》执行; ?、循环油系统的接管焊口应采用氩弧焊进行底层焊接，焊口内表面的焊渣必须清除干 净。现场装配的所有油系统管道进行化学清洗处理，循环油系统的管道、阀门、过 滤器、油箱和冷却器等应用化学或机械方法除锈、除污、清除杂物;
