As a matter of fact, we have a feeling of inward happiness in the process of struggle as we can make friends with people congenial to us, absorb know knowledge that we can’t learn from books, gain a lot of experience and strengthen self-improvement.
Therefore, happiness is not a destination. It is a process, a process of enjoying what we are striving for. So,
Happiness is attainable.
Slow down and enjoy the scenery.
Enjoy the journey.
Grab every single morsel of happiness which comes your way.
1 With the rapid development of economy, the number of people facing huge pressures from employment, housing and living, is in a rising trend.
