(3) Note 7月23日～企业实践正式开始～首先由福州市职教中心陈蔚主任做培训动员及介绍培训制度。陈蔚主要从此次青年教师企业实践的意义、工作流程、预期目标等方面做了介绍～并且对星网锐捷网络公司对于此次承担教师实践所做的准备工作做了肯定。 从2012年7月23日~2013年1月18日～我们中职学校的10位老师在星网锐捷网络科技有限公司进行企业实践。 这次企业实践由以下几个过程组成:理论知识学习与行业综合实训～这部分与高职的骨干教师一起学习,岗位实践实训～主要由企业导师带领完成相关岗位的工作～岗位主要在技术服务部门,项目顶岗实训学习～在岗位学徒实训过程中～由锐捷公司正在进行的项目中的技术人员带领我们完成部分项目操作。 培训内容与收获: 第一部分:理论学习部分 我们的理论学习部分与福建省高职院校的骨干教学培训是放在一起的。主要进行网络基础知识、常用的网络软件wireshark,CRT,vmware的使用的学习,交换机3760、路由器RSR20-04、e网管EG1000C、AP、AP控制器等网络设备的配置,生成树、备份路由、静态路由、RIP、OSPF原理及应用、无线配置、流控原理及应用、链路聚合等知识的学习,金融网点项目案例学习、金融行业网络设计综合实践。 通过此次理论知识的学习与技能培训～加深了对交换机、路由器、无线、安全的网络设备的工作原理的理解,熟练了这些设备的应用配the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 置,通过同高职院校的老师和中职兄弟学校的交流～学习到了每个学校的办学的理念和教学管理中的一些好的处理办法和经验。 第二部分:岗位实践部分 我们被公司分配在售后保障部工作～在金山科技园14#4楼～主要工作在三个车间。分别是整改车间1:负责星网锐捷公司自主研发的设备的整改与版本更新工作～这些设备主要是各个项目维修时的备用机,整改车间2:主要负责OEM设备的维修工作～锐捷公司的售后部分也有承接福建地区的其他厂商的设备的维修工作～我见过最多的就是D-Link设备的,二级维修室:主要面向全国的锐捷设备的维修。锐捷在全国各个地区都有维修点～叫一级维修～一级维修做不了的～就要寄到福建总部这里进行二级维修。 维修车间工作流程如下:,进行待维修设备清单和设备的核对,,对一级维修点的维修过程进行分析核对,,对故障进行分析、检测,,故障维修～特殊故障的还要返回生产线,,维修后检测～主要进行端口的连通性检测～顺便将内核版本升级到最新,,设备零部件安装～部分老旧部件更换,,设备包装,,记录,,将维修心得录入到锐捷知道网站平台上～以利于其他维修工程师查阅学习。除第,,两点我们只能部分参与外～其他的我们都可以独立完成。 第三部分:项目实施部分 这个部分的工作时穿插在整个企业实践阶段的。每次根据锐捷公司正在实施的项目的特点～由外派工程师带领我们去项目地点进行项目实施～每次工作的内容都不同。工程师也向我们传授一些在工程实施过程中需要注意的问 题 快递公司问题件快递公司问题件货款处理关于圆的周长面积重点题型关于解方程组的题及答案关于南海问题 ～特别是和客户的沟通交流～很有技术含量the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on. (3) Note 的 。 参与过的公司实际的项目～大部分都是各个项目运行过程中的故障解决: 1、福建儿童发展职业学院 福建儿童发展职业学院仓山校区中心机房:进行整个网络实施 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 的检查验证,RG-Web Application Firewall,WG1000,故障维护～主要是更新过期的网络许可License和解决Http访问日志无内容故障。 2、福建中医药大学网络中心:调试S8606核心交换机～实现DHCP配置～路由配置等简单功能配置,进行校园网络IP地址表的统计汇总,方案实施过程学习。 3、福建师范大学大学城校区:IPV6测试,隧道测试,设备运行情况检查,上次没有处理完的故障事件的拓展处理,网络性能检查。 4、工程学院新校区项目1 项目方案实施过程学习,需求分析,设备互联地址表统计汇总,上传备份各设备的配置文件,检查各项功能是否满足要求。 5、工程学院新校区项目2 整体项目实施过程,目前出现故障点的分析与处理,故障的延伸处理,DHCP、路由、NAT、VPN等功能的检查,配置各个设备的管理IP与管理员密码,备份配置文件。按照整个项目的网络拓扑图将各种型号的设备归类放置,进行设备的加电运行,将实现做好的各个这个的配置文件进行tftp方式的下载,验证各功能配置。 the first level to consider when positioning security, roughly the same distance between the point and level to put the stand, can't be moved, dislocation, and so on.
