Experimental Research on the Distance of Electronic Fan and Radiator 123LI Yi ?DON ?Lin ?ZHANG Yan- ?jing ( 1.South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China; 2. Guangdong Dahua Rensheng Scien- Tech Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510540,China; 3.Guangzhou Dahua Desheng Science & technology Co., Ltd.,Guangzhou 510540,China )Abstract??In order to making heat capacity of the cooling system and the overall heat balance of the machine receive good results, experimental research on reasonable distance from fan blades to the water radiator cores is studied. The results showed that the best distance from suction and blower- type fan blades to the water radiator cores are about 88 ~ 98mm and 78mm. But the best distance from the suction- type fan blades to the charge air cooler cores is about 168 mm, and the noise level of fan has nothing to suction or blower- type.
