, Complementary Food (weaning foods or infant foods)
, Canned fish
, Margarine
, Soft Drinks
, Soy sauce
, Canned meat (Spam, corned beef)
, Turkey tails
, Processed meat (e.g. sausages)
, Hints on Fortification Status
, Often you will find this information in the list of ingredients and in the nutrition
information/facts panel.
, Note that in some cases there may be both fortified and unfortified versions of the
same product. When possible, please include both products on the data sheet.
