3. Registration certificate under SSI/NSIC.
4. Copy of registrar of company’s certificate/Factory License/ Municipal Shop’s/ Establishment
Certificate
5. Registration certificate with govt. undertaking/PSU/DGQA.

and QA/QC/NDE facilities.
14. Evidence of manufacturing methodology used for your products / Infrastructure and
standards & modalities used for packing.
15. Photo copies of products Test and Inspection certificates for last executed order. 16. Import license (if importer)/ Import Export Certificate.
17. Evidence of stock maintained for your products in Qty. and Value. 18. Evidence of your products confirm to BS/DIN/ASTM/ISS Standards.
