Before the disaster, and township Party Committee team members, party members and cadres reserve militia, armed police officers and men, the courage to dash the danger zone, dared to 一是，扎根西南内陆VS做进口贸易;二是，水果摊商贩VS有影响力的进口水果贸易商。换句话说，金果源克服了地域的不利，从一个领域的低层杀入了顶层，如何实现这种跨越? 再进一步追问，从产业链上看，单个产品受季节影响，有局限性，农产品企业必须靠丰富的产品线和整体规模产生效益。而要在竞争中取胜，最终考量的是从原产地到终端每个环节的运营，而不仅仅是产品的运营。 也就是说,即便金果源掌握了泰国龙眼的进口定价权，但其在全品类上如何突围制胜? 黄正权的答案是，不断追求掌握主动权。 梳理国内水果行业的销售链条，会清晰地勾画出一个金字塔式的结构。位于塔尖的是面向全国批发水果的广州批发市场，接下来是各个区域的批发商，他们在广州进货，将不同果品运回区域批发点，再以此批发点为中心散向周边城市。 20世纪90年代初，黄正权通过零售水果，积累到第一桶金，向更具有话语权的水果批发商转型，成为西南片区的重庆批发商。据此，她发现前来重庆拿货的零售商，不仅来自重庆周边郊县，还有邻省贵州、四川等地。 没过多久，黄正权就分别在贵阳、成都、昆明开设了批发点。这不但方便了当地零售商，还实现了金果源西南地区批发点的全面布局，更让金果源形成了规模优势。 先是拿货量越大，能争取到的进货价就越低。再就是通过分销布局，黄正权发现可以进一步降低物流成本。打个比方:之前只需要从广州运货到重庆，现在理论上需要从广州运货到重庆再分销，既然如此，何不用 大型车运货，先在昆明、贵阳卸一部分，再到重庆卸一部分，最后一部分运到成都?物流路线可能增长，但这样一来，平摊到每一箱货的运输成本相对减少。更重要的是，金果源因此加强了风险控制能力。 类似水果这样的农产品生鲜，通常从销售方接盘的那一刻起，售价就呈下跌趋势——时间越久、新鲜度越差、价格就越低。当一车货不是集中销售，而是分散到四个批发点销售时，金果源就能在前期较高的价格区间内，立即将货售罄。若遇到哪个批发点行情不好，也能及时、灵活调货。 再往上走，黄正权意识到广州不仅是一个批发市场，国内水果业最优秀的资源都集中在此，“不论最近流行哪种新果品，金果源都能得到第一手信息，成为西南片区第一家供货商”。正因为此,金果源又在广州布局了一个批发点，从扎根西南转向进军全国市场。 而这前25年打下的一切根基，才是2007年，黄正权出走泰国投资原产地的真正起点。 如今在泰国，金果园承包有大大小小2600多个果园，每年可产出4万吨龙眼。不仅如此，金果源以泰国经验为样板，全球采购水果，形成了丰富的产品线。2015年初，金果源还取得了世界水果巨头佳沛新西兰奇异果的西南四省独家进口代理权。 而在泰国，金果源建有自己的冷链仓储，可储存70柜龙眼，一柜25吨。在国内西南地区则分别设有周转仓库，以成都规模最大。此外，金果源还使用第三方仓储重庆凯尔国际的冷库，一次性可进入12柜，已是凯尔国际最大客户。 helping build the team, set up an accurate poverty alleviation mechanisms, implementing the requirements of accurate poverty alleviation.
