天津快速路志成道立交工程设计浅述(TianjinExpresswayZhichengRoadInterchangeProjectonDesign)天津快速路志成道立交工程设计浅述(TianjinExpresswayZhichengRoadInterchangeProjectonDesign)TianjinExpresswayZhichengRoadInterchangeProjectonDesignAbstract:TianjinisoneofthefourmunicipalitiesinChina,andthepartoftheeventsoftheOlympicgamesInordertosolvetheTianjincitytrafficproblemfundamentally,tobetterservetheOlympicGames,TianjincityexpresswaysystemintheimplementationoftheprojectstartedinTheexpresswaynetworkplanningfortheconstructionof"twohorizontal""twoverticalandfourexpresswayschannel,thusformingafastchannelnorthsouthandeastwestthroughthecityZhichengRoadInterchangeProjectforEastWestExpresswaysystempartoftheNorthernCross,fromnorthtoSouthaspartofarapidsystemvertical,formedafterthecompletionofanimportantpartofexpresswayrunsthroughthecenterofthenortherncityofTianjin,caneffectivelyalleviatethetrafficpressureintheregionKeywords:ExpresswayprojectoverviewdesignprinciplesofZhichengdesignroadinterchangeprojectaccordingtotheoverallplanningofTianjincityfastroadnetwork,andconsiderthelimitofinvestment,constructionperiod,groundtransportation,constructionsiteconditions,withaslittleaspossibledemolition,lessland,tosavetheprojectinvestment,toachieverapidtransitastheprinciple,andactivelycarryoutthepractical,economicalandbeautifulbuildingpolicyFocusontheoveralllayoutofthebridgeconstructionandthemainstructure,structuretheoverallappearanceofattentionandurbanlandscapespace,proportionofcoordination,inordertomeetthetrafficstandards,andstrivetoadvancedtechnology,beautifulappearance,savethecost,maketheprojectafterthecompletionofTianjincityhasbecomeabeautifullandscapetrafficorganizationZhichengRoadEastfromtheZiyaRiverBridgetotheendpointtotheouterring,atotallengthofmetersInordertoensurethetrafficsmooth,fast,ZhichengroaddesignwillbelocatedonthethirdfloorOnthesouthsideroadmetersacrosstoclearance,JinpurailwayandJingshanrailway,uptothirdlayers,successivelyacrossthefastEastLongitudinalandthestatusquoofTuosaltbridge,felltothegroundZhichengRoadInterchangeBandClineforZhichengRoadInterchangesecond,theneastacrossthelongitudinalstartingpoint,andaftertheXinkaiRiverEastlongitudinalrailroadviaductbridgeThetwomaindirectionswithelevatedform,completelyseparatedfromtheroadsurfacetoensurethesmoothflowofexpresswayInadditionintheinterchangealsosetD,E,F,G,H,JandIrespectivelyinterchangeramp,communicationlinkandverticaltothedirectionoftheZiyaRiverandroadtrafficandrailOntherampNline,southsideroadintersectionEastrampsettingtheMline,theexpresswayandauxiliaryroadandSouthRoadcommunicationDuetotheconstructionofoverpasssolves,mostofNorthEastlongitudinalcrosstraffic,travelalongthevehicleandlinktosomeoftheirvehicles,nonmotorvehiclesandpedestrianscanbesolvedbygroundtransportation,therefore,tosetuponthenorthsideofmainlineroadinChi,roadwearringanduseofsaltfieldsonbothsidesofthebridgeauxiliaryroadcommunicationwiththecentrallineTheoveralldesignoftheoverpassbridgeTheoverpassspanmustmeettheclearanceacrosstheroad,railwayandriverrequirements,andstrivetodesignbeautiful,affordable,graduallytransitionsizespanfromhightolow,topreventthebeamheightdifferenceistoolarge,inordertokeepthelinesofsymmetryandcontinuityAccordingtotheaboveprinciples,theoverpasscrossingpositionexceptforspecialneeds,generallytometersofmediumspan,bothlinescorrespondtopierlayoutprinciples,ensuretheoveralllayoutofthebridgepierinorder,togivepeopleagoodvisualexperience,andensurethatallthepiersarelocatedintheintersectionofroadclearanceunderthebridgeoutsidebridgestructuredesigntheupperstructuredesignofboxgirdersectionoverallstiffness,deflection,bendingandtorsionalproperties,especiallytheadvantagesinthedesignofcurvegirderbridgeismoreprominentAndthebeautifulappearance,strongapplicability,hasexperienceinthedesignandconstructionofadvancedandmature,theconstructionmethodismoreflexibleandelevatedstructurewidelyusedathomeandabroadTheprojectislocatedintheurbanarea,landscaperequirementshigher,curvebeam,mainlineandrampconnection,shouldadopttheconstructiontechnologyofcastinsituconcretestructureandcastinplaceconstruction,simultaneouslyworkingfacetocarryoutthework,fastconstructionprogressSo,Inthisdesign,inadditiontotheupperstructureofthebridgecrossingtherailwaylocationusingprestressedreinforcedconcreteprecastslabbeam,otherpositionswereusingcastinplacecontinuousboxgirderstructureA,B,Cstandardsinglesectionlinebridgewidthofmeters,theupperstructurewithsingleboxdoubleroomsection,consideringthelandscaperequirementsandoverallcoordinationacrosstheoverpass,inadditiontotheauxiliaryroadlocation(spanmeters)beamismeterstall,crosslinkposition(spanmetersbymetershighbeam)outside,therestpositioninastandardspanofmeters,metersheightofthebeamAlineacrosstheJinpurailway,Jingshanrailwaylocation,combinedwiththecurrentsituationofrailwaysuperstructure,usingposttensionedprestressedconcretesimplysupportedhollowslab,inordertomeettherequirementsofnormaltrafficduringtheconstructionofrailwayEightrampbridgewidthismeters,theupperstructurewithsinglecellboxsection,consideringtherequirementsandtheoveralllandscapeint hedesignofthebridgeisrelativelysmall,throughtheresearchontheeffectofthefinalproject,forthisprojecttoimproveeconomicefficiency,ensurethestructurequality,hasabeneficialeffectAtpresent,ZhichengRoadoverpasshasbeenfullycompleted,theauxiliaryroadlightingandgreeningfacilitiesconstructionisperfectManypeoplehaveexperienceditfortheconvenienceoflife,timeandspacedistanceofthewholecitycenterisalsoshortenedAlongwiththeTianjinexpresswaynetworkwasbuilttoimprovetheurbantraffictension,improveoperationalefficiencyofvehicleswillbeofgreatsignificance
