论高校教学评估的优越性(OnthesuperiorityofteachingevaluationinCollegesandUniversities)论高校教学评估的优越性(OnthesuperiorityofteachingevaluationinCollegesandUniversities)OnthesuperiorityofteachingevaluationinCollegesandUniversitiesWenxiliangAtpresent,thegeneralteachingevaluationinCollegesanduniversitiesisintheascendantandhasachievedremarkableresultsInthesixyearstoparticipateintheevaluationworkofHeilongjiangUniversity,notonlywitnessedtheprocessofassessment,assessmentoftheunderlyingmechanismforthinking,thinkofteachingevaluationinCollegesanduniversities,notonlyhastherationality(theauthorhasdesignedthetalks),alsohasthesuperiorityBecauseoftherationalityandsuperiority,inafewshortyears,theevaluationactivitiescanbemushrooming,andthewholenation'scollegesanduniversitiescanflourishLet'stalkaboutthesuperiorityoftheteachingevaluationIprofessionalismAsanewthing,teachingevaluationhasitsunusualadvantageItisasystemconstructionIntheeraofplannedeconomy,mandatoryplanningdominateseverythingInallareasofsociallife,thecompletionofmandatoryplanningasaperformancegoal,theperformancegoaldependsonthestatusandextentoftheimplementationoftheplanThiskindofevaluationbelongstotheadministrativeevaluationbasically,andthebusinessandtheprofessionalessentialfactorareextremelyinsufficientEveniftheprofessionalactivitysuchastheteachingoftheuniversityisverystrong,itisstillmainlybasedontheadministrativeassessmentProfessionalactivities,ifnotprofessionalevaluationindicatorsandmethods,scienceandrationalityoftheevaluationisboundtobegreatlyreducedInteaching,teachersfromclasses,lectures,tothetitle,marking,thewholeprocessrunsthroughbusinessspecializedcontent,thisprocessisnotonlytheadministrativeevaluation,maybeputinplaceandaccurate,guidethedirectionofevaluationisnotcorrectandeffective,andthebusinessproblems,notintheevaluationcanbesolvedItisateachingevaluationsystem,itmakesupforthedefectsinthesystemplanofthetimes,professionalandevaluatetheprofessionalactivities,toovercomethegenerationofadministrativeservices,administrativeevaluationofeverythingdefectsThroughprofessionalevaluation,notonlyhastheyardstickandstandardofmeasuringbusinessactivities,butalsothestatusandfunctionofbusinessactivitieshavebeenfullyreflectedandconfirmedTheabsenceofprofessionalevaluationinthesystemreflectsthedeviationofpoliticalandbusinessroutesAtthattime,thebusinessactivitieswereexcludedandimpacted,andthesystemofprofessionalevaluationcouldnotbeestablishedToday,theupsurgeinassessmentbetweenuniversitiesisnolongeranexpedientmeasure,butareflectionofinstitutionalconstructionThespecializedfeaturesofteachingevaluationinCollegesanduniversitiesaremainlyembodiedintwoaspects()toassesstheprofessionalconnotationsofindicatorsOntheevaluationindexandthemakingprocess,givefullconsiderationtothecharacteristicsofdifferentmajorsanddifferentdisciplines,weredevelopedbytheInstituteoftechnology,humanities,languageofthreedifferenttypesofindexsystemEachkindofindexfollowsthelawofteaching,andthespecificevaluationcriteriaaredeterminedrespectivelyfromtheaspectsofteachingcontent,teachingmethods,teachingreformandcomprehensiveeffectsThesestandards,duetotheirfullprofessionalmeaning,maketheassessmentdistinctiveprofessionalorientationThroughtheevaluation,ithaseffectivelypromotedthefurtherdevelopmentofteaching(two)evaluatetheprofessionalstructureofthestaffProfessionalevaluation,assessmentpersonnelmusthavethecorrespondingprofessionalstandards,sotheselectionofhighprofessionalstandards,teachingexperience,expertteachersandtheevaluationteamcomposedofnoblecharacterandhighprestige,isinevitableThecombinationoftheabovetwoaspectsprovidesaguaranteefortheprofessionalrequirementsoftheevaluationIfevaluationisanewsysteminChineseuniversities,professionalismisundoubtedlythecoreofthissystemYaleUniversityPresidentRichardRavenbelievesthatthepresidentoftheuniversityismainlytwo:chooseanddetermineapressingmatterofthemoment(seeRichardRaven"University"ForeignLanguagesPress)Outstandingprofessionalassessment,openedupachannelforpromotion,asthefocusoftheworkoftheUniversityBecauseoftheestablishmentoftheknowledgesystemortheformationofpersonalityconsciousness,professionaltrainingshouldberealizedmainlythroughprofessionalmeansThisisthereasonwhyteachingandeducatingpeoplecannotbeseparatedNohighstandardofteachingmakesahighstandardofstudentsimpossibleHighlighttheprofessionalismoftheassessment,thepurposeistocreateafamousteacher,PromotethegeneralimprovementofteachingAdministrativeassessmentalonecannotproduceafamousteacher,thenameofafamousteacher,mustbesupportedbyexcellentbusinessabilityThisiswhereprofessionalteachingevaluationdiffersfromothertypesofevaluationStrengthentheprofessionalismofevaluation,butalsoreflectsthenewconceptofrunningcollegesanduniversitiesWhatpathdoesschoolrunWecannolongerrepeatthepathof"leadinganexpertwithoutamateurs",butweshouldfollowtheroadofrelyingonexpertsandrelyingonfamousteachersWeshouldrespectknowledge,respecttalent,respectingtheatmosphere,encouragingteacherstotheschooltodoso,establishreputationasanauthority,characteristic,advantage,advantagetolaythefoundationfortheintercollegiatecompetitionamongtheeliteTheprofessionalstatuscanbeestablishedandimprovedbyrelyingonexpertstorunschoolsandmanageschools,andthepurposeofstrengtheningtheprofessionalismofevaluationlieshereTwo,impartialityFairnessisthesoulofteachingevaluationWithoutjustice,therewillbenosocialjustice,whichwillinevitablyleadtoconfusionandmaketheevaluationgoastray,thuslosingthesignificanceofevaluationAssessmentactivities,onthefaceofit,areanappraisalofobjects,butinessencetheyarethepursuitofsocialjusticePeople'sabilityandcontributionarebigandsmallTheycannotseeordenythiskindofdifference,andtheylosetheirimpartiality,whichisadisregardforsocialjusticeTeachingevaluationistofacejustice,justice,andtheactualperformanceevaluationofeachteacherintheteachingaspect,makesurethatthey'reteachingabilityandteachingwiththedifference,inordertomaketheevaluationoftherealteachingsituationTheessenceofevaluationisdistinguishing,notevading,andnotafraidofdistinguishingWithoutdistinction,thenormalcompetitioninthefieldofteachingcannotbecarriedout,norcantherewardbefinedTheteacherisaverystrongindividualmentallabor,thepersonalizedroleofteachersontheirteachingisoftentoonarcissistic,selfevaluationistoohigh,itisdifficulttofindtheirownshortcomings,itisdifficulttolearnfromothersInviewofthissituation,itisveryimportanttocarryoutafairandauthoritativeevaluationThiswillenablethispartoftheteacherstolookatthemselvesandothersmorecalmlyandobjectively,andgetridofthefettersofselfrighteousnessThereisadifferencebetweenpublicandindividualevaluationsManypeopleareenthusiasticaboutselfevaluation,butsuchevaluationissubjectiveandofteninaccurateThepublicevaluationisduetomostpeopleafterrepeatedauthenticationtothestylizedprocessandattachesgreatimportancetotheevaluation,theoperationprincipleofstrictrules,throughtheprogram,completelydiscardingthesubjectivehumaninterferenceTherefore,itisobjectiveandmorepractical,andsuchevaluationisjustevaluationAtpresent,theteachingevaluationinCollegesanduniversitiesisonlytorealizetheimpartialityandauthorityofevaluationOnlythroughauthoritativeandstylizedevaluation,canmakethedistinctionintheevaluationmorereasonable,moreauthentic,morecredible,butalsotomaketheactualsituationofteachingmoreclearandclearHowcanthejusticeoftheassessmentbeachievedAsfarastheevaluationexperienceofHeilongjiangUniversityisconcerned,thefollowingtwoaspectsdeservespecialattention()respecttheassessmentconclusionsofthemajorityofexpertsInordertoachievethefairnessofevaluation,theevaluationconclusion(includinggradeconfirmation)cannotbedeterminedbyindividualsorminoritiesGenerallyspeaking,collegesanduniversitiesmostlyadopttwolevelsofschoolandcollegeevaluationThemajorityopinionofthetwolevelevaluationexpertcandecidetheconclusionoftheevaluationForexample,excellentteachersandtheselection,takefullydemocraticjusticewayTheexpertgroupbyexpertsandtheInstituteofvariousdisciplines(Department)partoftheexperts,foreachteacherlectures,scoringthespottoremovethehighestandthelowestscore,averagescoreofthefinalscoreis,accordingtothequeue,topelectedteachersThisapproachisundoubtedlydemocratic,transparentandfairbecauseitrepresentstheviewsofthemajorityofexpertjudgesThisapproachisnotonlyacceptedbytheteachersbutalsobymostteachersTheroleofanevaluationexpertistoevaluate,andthehighestlevelofevaluationisfairnessRelyingonexperts,andrespectingtheopinionsandconclusionsofmostexperts,istoachievetheimpartialityofevaluationTherefore,theconclusionofthemajorityformedbytheexpertsaccordingtotheevaluationindexreflectsthemaximumjustice(two)respectthestudents'righttospeakoftheassessmentStudentsaretheaudienceofteachingandthesubjectofteachingactivitiesTheyshouldhavetherighttospeakinteachingIgnoringthestudents'opinionsandquestioningtheaccuracyandimpartialityofthestudents'evaluationoftheteachinggroundsareinadequateInindividualstudents,theevaluationmaybeinaccurateandimpartial,buttheopinionsofthemainstreamstudentsmustbefairSuchattitudesarehighlyundesirablebecauseofthebiasofafewpeopleandthedisregardofmostpeople'sopinionsForteachers,howcanwetalkaboutrespectforstudentsifwefailtorespectthemAhealthyandhealthyrelationshipbetweenteachersandstudentsmustbeinharmonywitheachotherincommunicationandpromotionFromthepointofviewofaudience,itisnotonlyverynormalbutalsobeneficialforstudentstomakecommentsandcommentsontheteachingofteachersItisofgreatimportancetotheimprovementandimprovementofteachingIfrespectforstudentevaluationreflectsthefairnessofteachingevaluation,thenteachersrespectstudentevaluation,butalsoreflectstheteacher'srespectforstudentsThisisaquestionofbothsides,thestudentsparticipateinteachingevaluation,notonlyembodiesthefairnessoftheevaluation,butalsoreflectsthefairnessoftheassessmentofstudents,itisbecauseitenablesthestudentstoevaluatetheteachingrequirementsofthemostdirectexpression,students'learninginterestsbutalsohavethemostfullymanifestedGenerallyspeaking,mostoftheinstitutionswhichcarryouttheevaluationincludethestudents'evaluationofteachingintheevaluationmechanism,buttheproportionofstudents'evaluationisdifferentTheblack,inordertofullyreflectthestudents'willingnesstopayfullattentiontothestudents'opinionsexpressedoneducation,students'evaluationofteachinginaregularcard,eachstudent'sopinionsareexpressedontheotherhandstudentstoevaluateaconsiderableproportionofstudentshasbecomethemainbodyofteachingevaluationInfact,thecombinationofexperts'evaluationofteachingandstudents'evaluationofteachingnotonlymakesteachingevaluationmorefair,butalsomakesteachingevaluationmoreperfectExpertsoftenpayattentiontothecharacteristicsandlawsoftheirownprofessionTheyaremoreprofessionalandmoreconcernedwiththecontentAstheaudience,studentspaymoreattentiontotheactualeffectofteaching,thatistosay,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofteachingmethods,andtheyaremoresensitivetoteachingmethodsThus,thecombinationofexpertsandstudentscanmakeamorecompleteassessmentofteachingfromthetwoaspectsofteachingcontentandteachingmethodsOnlyinthiswaycantheteachingevaluationbemorereasonableandmorefairAtthesametime,teachingevaluationisaperiodiccycleofdynamicsystem,itsdynamicnaturedeterminestheevaluationconclusionofanypersonisnotimmutableandfrozen,periodicassessmenttoprovideaspacefordevelopmentandchange,cangivefullplaytothesubjectiveinitiativeofpeopleintheassessmentofthedynamicsystem,inthenewperiodofchangetheconclusionofevaluationThesystem'sdescriptionofpeopleisclearlymorerealistic,reasonable,andmorefairThree,incentiveTeachingevaluation,asanewmeansofteachingadministration,aimstoachievethegoalof"promotingreformbyassessment","promotingconstructionbyevaluation"andraisingtheteachinglevelThisobjectivemakestheevaluationhaveadistinctincentiveroleThroughevaluation,theteacherismotivated,whichistheoriginalintentionoftheevaluation,andalsomakestheassessmenthumanizedAlthoughthedistinctioninevaluationisunavoidable,itisonlyaproceduralandintuitiveresult,butbehindtheproceduralprocessthereisanassessmentoftheenthusiasmandloveofthemajorityofteachersThisisthemeaningoftheincentivetoassesstheappealThismakestheteachingevaluationandthegeneralexamination,evaluationhastheessentialdifference,thisalsomakestheteachingevaluationmoredifficultandmorecomplexFirst,caringforpeopleandcaringforteachersarethestartingpointofevaluationThepurposeoftheevaluationinthepeople,notthings,thehumanisticcaretopermeateallaspectsoftheassessmenttoreceivetwoeffects:(a)theassessmentandevaluationoffavorableobjectrelationshipincommunication,reducetheantagonism,maketheassessmentmoreharmonious,moresmoothly(two)moreimportantlyhelpandencouragementguidanceexpertsreflectthehumanisticconcernintheevaluationoftheobjectThisiswhatisexpectedoftheevaluationobjectTheuniversityteachingevaluationisdifferentfromthegeneralexpertidentificationorexpertproofhereTheintroductionofteachingevaluationsystemisnotpurelyformulaicactivityNotonlyadoctor,doesnotopen"Evaluationoftheexperts,"doctor"and"root","moreimportantis,noteventhelackofprescriptionSecondly,teachers,especiallyyoungteachers,becauseofthelackofteachingexperience,needtobeimprovedthroughtheassessment,theassessmentwithcare,theroleofnewyouthTiyeInrecentyears,moreandmoreyoungteachershavebeenaddedtocollegesanduniversities,andmanyhavesteppedontotheplatformtoundertaketeachingtasksTheimprovementoftheirbusinessandteachingabilityhasbecomeatoppriorityHowever,asforthepresentsituationofuniversities,thetrainingofyoungteachersisstillalongwaytogoItshouldbesaidthatyoungteachersarethebiggestbeneficiariesofteachingevaluationForthem,assessmentnotonlygivesthemguidance,butalsooftenbecomesexpertandteachinginstructorsInthissense,evaluationhasbecomeaschooltotrainyoungteachers,improveteachingabilityandtrainartAndformanyyearshasalwaysstressedtohelpintheassessmentoftheprincipleofequalityofteachers'enthusiasmfoundtheproblem,immediatelycommunicatewithme,timelyfeedbackBecausetheemphasison"evaluation"tobeaccurate,"help"tobeinplacetoassessthespirit,sothattheassessmenthasreceivedgratifyingresultsThemotivationofevaluationisalsoembodiedintheprocessofassessmentEvaluation,asasystem,hasbeeninvolvedintheregularfunctioningofschoolsandhasbecomeanintegralpartofschoolworkThisroutinemakesassessmentnolongeratemporarymove,andtheutilityofevaluationisnolongeraffectedbystages,butcanfunctioninanorderlywayineverydaylifeAndtheimplementationofthe""evaluationmodel,aperiodoftwoyears,thevariousaspectsofassessmentworktoinfiltratetheschoolForteachers,especiallyyoungteachers,theroutineofassessmentmeansthecontinuityandpersistenceofthemotivationofassessment,andtheycanbecontinuouslyencouragedbyrepeatedlecturesandfeedbacksSotheroutineistoassesstheincentiveroletoplaythatyoungteachersinthetrackingassessment,reallywillgetreliableandimprovetrainingTeachingevaluationoftheprofessionalism,impartialityandincentivefeatures,respectively,fromtheevaluationofthenature,rationality,humanisticcareatthreelevelsshowitssuperiorityTeachingevaluationisanewthingforcollegesanduniversities,buthasshownanoverwhelmingadvantageIbelievethatitwillgraduallyimproveinoperation,andplayamoreandmoreimportantroleintheconstructionanddevelopmentofcollegesanduniversitiesinchina(expert,Professor,expertinhumanities,Departmentofhumanities,Departmentofteachingandevaluation)OneOneItisnecessaryforteacherstolearnalittlereadingtheoryinordertoleadstudents'readingtotherighttrackFromtheperspectiveofhermeneutics,therearetwodifferentreadingtheorieswhichcanenlightenteachingWewanttobreakthefixedpatternofteachersteachingintheteaching,grasptheemotionalliteracyconcept,notnegatetheliteracyteachingmethodinthepast,theessenceoftraditionalteachingisveryvaluable,buttooureducators,intheprocessofteaching,thestudents'learningemotion,attitude,valuesplacedinfirst,studentsfocusontheprocessandmethodsofliteracy,payattentiontostudents'learningemotionisaconsciousbehaviorthroughthewholeprocessofourteaching,soastoopeninheritedsuccessfulliteracyteachingachievements,innovativewordmanagementliteracyteachingform,layagoodfoundationforthelifelongdevelopmentofstudents
