12V系列胶体阀控密封蓄电池 12V Series Gel VRLA Battery 一、产品执行标准Product Standards 12v系列胶体阀控密封蓄电池从50—200Ah共9个规格,性能指标达到或部分超过德国DIN 43534、43539-5标准。 Regarding 12v series gel VRLA battery, there are 9 specifications from 50 to 200Ah in total, the performance parameters reach or partially exceed German Standard DIN 43534 and 43539-5. 二、产品主要用途Main Applications ☆ 电信、移动、铁道等各种通信、信号系统备用电源; Backup power supply for communication and signal systems such as telecommunication, China mobile and railway etc. ☆ 电力系统、核电站备用电源,太阳能、风能发电储能; Backup power supply for electric power system and nuclear power plant, energy storage of solar and wind power generation; ☆ UPS、医疗设备、应急照明等备用电源; Backup power supply for UPS, medical equipment and emergency illumination etc.; ☆ 舰船、海事等备用电源; Backup power supply for vessels and maritime affairs; ☆ 电动车辆用动力电源; Power supply for driving electric vehicles. 三、产品特点Product Characteristics ☆ 电池的电解质含有气相二氧化硅的胶体物质,呈凝胶状态,不流动、无漏露、无酸液分层现象,电池槽、盖采用ABS材料热封方式,使用、运输中无漏液的危险,安全可靠。 The battery electrolyte contains fumed silica, and there is no flow, no leakage or no gradation of acid liquor.  The battery slot and cover is made of ABS materials through hot seal.  There is no risk of leakage during the utilization and transportation, and it is safe and reliable. ☆ 胶体电解质注入时为稀溶胶状态,采用过量电解质,可充满电池内所有的空间。电池在高温及过充电的情况下,不易出现干涸现象,胶体电池热容量大,散热性好,不易产生热失控现象,电池可在较为恶劣的环境下工作。 The gel electrolyte is in dilute sol state when being injected.  Excessive electrolyte can fill in all the space inside battery.  Under circumstance of high-temperature and overcharge, the battery will not dry out.  The gel battery has large heat capacity and good radiation  performance.  It is not easy to appear thermal runaway.  The battery can work under severe environment. ☆ 极板板栅结构为放射状结构,有利于提高活物质的利用率。合金采用铅钙锡铝合金,正极板耐腐蚀性能好,负极板析氢电位高,铅膏配方独特,电池深放电后再充电的恢复能力极佳,有很好的循环耐久能力,容量足,寿命长。   The grid of electrode plate is in radial structure, which is favorable for improving the utilization rate of active materials.  Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy makes the positive plate have a good performance of corrosion proof and makes the negative plate have a high over-voltage of hydrogen evolution.  Unique lead paste formula enables perfect recovery performance of battery recharging after deep discharging.  The battery has strong cycle and duration performance, sufficient capacity and long life.  ☆ 隔板采用进口的胶体电池专用PVC-SiO2隔板,其隔板孔率高,电阻低,电池内阻小。   Imported PVC-SiO2 separator is used, which is clapboard special for gel battery.  It has porous structure and low resistance and the internal resistance of battery is low. ☆ 极柱端子为镀锡铜端子结构,有利于电池的大电流的放电及电池间连接的可靠性。极柱的密封采用熔焊及树脂封合剂二次封合,密封可靠性高。 The terminal is in the structure of tin electrodeposited copper terminal, which is favorable for discharging battery with large current and is favorable for the reliability of connection between batteries.  The terminal is sealed through fusion welding and second seal of resin sealant, and the seal reliability is high. ☆ 接线端封闭式连接软线能有效防止因意外而发生的短路和遭受电击的危险。 The closed connection soft thread of terminal post can effectively prevent short circuit due to accidents or avoid risk of suffering from electric shock. 四、使用环境要求Environment  Requirements  ☆ 海拔高度不超过4000m(海拔高度超过4000m使用时,需在订货时说明)   The altitude shall not exceed 4000m(If the utilization altitude exceeds 4000m, it should be remarked during order.) ☆  环境温度:-20℃~+50℃(最佳使用环境温度+20℃~+30℃) Environmental temperature: -20℃~+50℃(environmental temperature for best utilization +20℃~+30℃) ☆ 相对湿度≤90% Relative humidity≤90% ☆ 电池应远离火源、有机溶剂,避免阳光直晒、同组电池使用环境温度一致。 The battery shall be far away from fire and organic solvent, and shall be protected from the sunshine.  The batteries in the same group shall be utilized at the same environmental temperature. ☆ 浮充电压:20℃条件下 13.38—13.80V/unit,温度调节系数为-18mV/℃/unit Float charging voltage: below 20℃, 13.38—13.80V/unit, the temperature adjustment coefficient is -18mV/℃/unit ☆ 均充电压:14.28—14.52V/unit Average charging voltage: 14.28—14.52V/unit ☆ 最大充电电流:0.20C10A。 Max. charging current: 0.20C10A。 五、主要技术指标Main Technical Parameters ☆ 电池具有长使用寿命的特点,浮充运行8~10年(25℃),循环使用寿命长。 The battery has a long service life, it can operate under float charging for 8~10 years(25℃), and the cycle service life is long. ☆ 电池的自放电极低,在20℃时放置两年,自放电量小于额定容量的40%。 The self-discharge rate of the battery is very low.  When the battery is put aside for two years at 20℃, the self-discharged capacity is lower than 40% of the rated capacity. ☆ 电池具有良好的深放电恢复能力,电池深放电后12小时内,可再充电到额定容量的95%。 The battery has strong ability to recover from deep discharging.  Within 12 hours after deep discharging, the battery can be charged to 95% of the rated capacity. ☆ 气体复合效率高于99%。 The gas recombination efficiency
