Organizational structure a. organization chart: 上海市质量技术监督网上办事平台 2.4 变更注册 请自行联系培训机构，由培训机构负责更新人员、证书、继续教育培训记录。最后自行请登录系统后同“首次注册”一样填写注册登记申请表即可，提交后打印注册登记单并粘贴到证书上即可(不需要打印申请表)。 2.5 补领 补领到证书后，请自行联系培训机构，由培训机构负责修改系统中的证书编号，使其与补领到的证书编号一致。最后请登录系统打印注册登记单并粘贴到证书上。 2.6 如果显示没有该类证书，无法操作的情况 如果您的质量工程师证书的页面显示为“没有该类证书”，无法操作的情况，如下图所示: 遇到这种情况，说明培训机构还未录入您的证书信息到系统中，请联系培训机构进行证书信息的添加。 第 7 页
