公司日常管理规范 日常行为管理条例 第一章 总则 为规范员工行为，培养员工的职业道德和文明习惯，增强员工的组织纪律观念，强化 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 管理，实行“奖优罚劣，优胜劣汰”的竞争机制;维护正常工作秩序，树立公司良好对外形象，特制定本管理条例。 第二章 适用范围 本条例适用于善林(上海)金融信息服务有限公司长春西安大路分公司所有员工。 第三章 日常行为管理条例 第一条 考勤 一丶工作时间:夏季9:00——12:00，午休一个半小时，下午13:30——18:00;冬季早9:00——12:00，午休一个半小时，下午13:30——17:30;一周五个工作日，即周一到周五;每天按时打卡考勤，如不能正常考勤，需告知各团队经理，再汇总到人事; 二丶所有员工必须准时上班，不得无故缺勤丶矿工丶迟到丶早退;延迟15分钟之内上班的为迟到行为;提前15分钟下班的为早退行为; 三、没有外出展业的员工，下班需打卡考勤，否则视为旷工; 四丶当月累计迟到次数达到1次，记口头警告，不予处罚;达到2次(含2次)不足5次者，每次处以20元罚款;达到5次以上者，扣除当月基本工资20%; 五、无故旷工一次扣除当天薪资3倍，无故旷工累计达3次者，公司视为其自动离职，且当月工资与不发放; 六丶事假须提前请假，到人事领请假申请单，1天以内，由团队经理签字;1天以上由营业部经理签字批准;病假须附医院诊断，补填请假单; 七、如有外出工作不能及时打卡的员工，及时与团队经理沟通，填写好驻点考勤 表 关于同志近三年现实表现材料材料类招标技术评分表图表与交易pdf视力表打印pdf用图表说话 pdf ，各团队development in order to protect a host of attractions and historical sites, as well as to maintain the economic vitality of the downtown area.
