Offshoreimaginglogginganddrillstemtest lechnologies OffshorepetroleumlogginginChinausedtorely heavilyonimportedapparatusandequipments,resulting inhighoperationcostandlowcompetitivenessinthe internationalmarket.Tochangethesituation,Chinahas begundevelopingitsownimagingloggingtechnology since1995.WithaclosecooperationamongTsinghua University,ChineseAcademyofSciences,andother institutesontheresearchofNational863Programduring the9thFive.YearPlanperiod.fiveadvanceddownhole apparatusandequipments,includingOctagonalDiplog Tool(OCTDIP)andmultiply—ordersubarraySonic LoggingTool,hadbeensuccessfullydeveloped.Inorder tosupporttheloggingoperation,studiesalsocarriedout onthedevelopmentofgroundsystemforimaginglogging andtheprototypewasdesignedandmanufactured. Theexperimentresultsrevealtheapparatus'fine performanceinpressuremeasurementsandsampling. DuringDecember10to12,2005,afieldexperimenthas beencarriedoutwiththeprototypeofthesetinJing9—22 ofNorthChinaOilFieldandinatestingwellofHuizhou oilfield.Fourinnovations,includinghigh—pressuremixed— fluidpump,hadbeenmadewith2InventionPatents and3UtilityModelPatents.Itissafetosaythatthe achievementsoftheprojecthaveanexcellentapplication prospects. Simplified modelfort marineplatformand"threeones" hedevelopmentofmarginalfields Theapplicationofsimplifiedmarineplatform madeleapingprogressinthedevelopmentofmarginal fields.Theanti.iceandshockattenuationdevice,an achievementoftheresearchonnew..typeanti.?iceplatform undertheNational863Program,weresuccessfully employedinplatformsofJinzhouNorth20-2fieldand theinstallationoftheNorthGaodianplatform,China's firstsimplifiedandlightest(weightsonly610tons) unmannedmarineplatformwithasinglepillarandthree supportinganchors,hadalsobeencompletedinthefield. ThesimplifiedunmannedplatforminEastGaodianof Oikou17.2fieldisthefirstgenuineunmannedplatform inBohaiarea.ProducersinWeizhou11-4Nfieldand6—1 fieldacceleratedthedevelopmentofitsmarginalfields byreducingthelegsoftheplatformsfrom4to2or1 withthreesupportinganchors.Basedonthesimplified platforms,theresearcherdesignedthethreeonesmodel (onesimplifiedplatformplusonesubmarinepipeline andonesubmarinecable)formarginalfielddevelopment andapplieditinWeizhoufield,SouthChinaSea.Asa result,themarginalfields,includingWeizhou111—1,6—1, and11—4N.hadbeenwelldevelopedwithhelpofthe newtechnologiesandalsobydependingonthehandling capacityofoldplatformsandexistingsubmarinecables. FPSOandsubseaproductiontechnologies Thefloatingproductionstorageandoffioading(FPSO) systemisalarge—scaleproductionsystemthatintegrated oilproduction,storage,andexporting,livingfacilitiesfor employees.anddrivingforcesinoffshoreoilindustry. InordertoeffectivelydevelopmentChina'soffshore petroleumandtacklethetechnologicaldifficultiesin thedevelopmentofoilandgasfieldswithproducing problems,CNOOCLimitedhasstartedthedevelopment ofFPSOsince1980sandputtheBohaiFriendshipFPSO intoproductionin1989.Afterl5yearsoftenaciOUS effortsandhardwork,thecompanydevelopedonits own8EPSOsandputthemintooperationin10fieldsin BohaiandSouthChinaSea.Currently,thetechnology hasalreadybecomeastrategictechnologvf0rthe developmentofChina'smarineoilandgasfields.In 2004,75%ofthecompany'sannualtotalproductioncan successdevelopmentofthetechnologyisaccomplished throughthejointeffortsofmanyinstitutes,universities, andmanufacturers,involvinghardworksmadebydozens ofassistantcompaniesandthousandsofemployees.As majortechnologicalequipment,theFPSOhasalready generatedgoodeconomicbenefitforthedevelopmentof China'seconomy. TheinnovationsinkeytechnologiesofFPSObv CNOOCLimitedandotherdomesticcompanieshave promotedtheoveralltechnologicallevelofFPSOtoan internationallyadvanced1eve1andformedmainstream technologieswithindependentintellectualproperty rightsforthedevelopmentofChinesemarinefields.The companyhasalreadysubmittedl2patentapplications, amongwhich3areInventionPatentsand3areUtility ModelPatents.TheachievementsoftheproJecthavebeen commercializedandimplementedintheproductionof marinefields.Withitsadvantagesovertheconventional half-landandhalf-offshoreproductionplatforms,FPSO hasbeensuccessfullyemployedinthedevelopmentof10 mid—andlarge—scaledoffshoreoilandgasfields(including Chaofeidiaooilandgasfield)withhard—to—getoilandgas, accumulativelyproducing730milliontonsofpetroleum reservesandincreasingoilandgasproductionby124 milliontons,andyieldingeconomicbenefitsofnearly 200billionRMBf0rChineseoffshoreoilindustry.Italso beattributedtotheapplicationofthetechnology.ThestrengthenedthecompetitivenessofChi neseindustry, CHINAOIL&GAS/No.1200731 TE甜删andEQUIPMENT suchasshipbuildingandmechanicalandelectricalsectors. facilitatesChinatoacountrywithstrongcapacityof manufacturingFPSOwithadvancedtechnologies. Thecompanyalsousedforthefirsttimetheoffshore productionsysteminanoffshorecondensateoilfield. thephaseIIofChunxiaodevelopmentengineeringplan, andinLedong22一lgasfieldofshallowlayer.InPanyu gasfielddevelopment,thesystemwasagainemployed bytyingitbacktothegasfieldof35kilometersaway. Presently,thesystemhasbeenchoseninthedevelopment ofthephaseIIofChunxiaoinproject.Ledong22一lgas field,andPanyugasfield.Theresearchofthesystemhas savedenormousamountofmoneyforCNOOCLimited initsgasfielddevelopment.AndwithChina'soffshore petroleumexplorationgoingfurther,thesystemhasavery brilliantfutureforitsapplication. IntroductionandutilizationofLNGtechnologies TheseeminglyendlessbusinesschainforLiquified NaturalGas(LNG)includesgasproduction(from gasfields),pipelinetransportation(fromgasfieldto liquefactionfactoriesandthentoLNGshipsinoil— producingcountries),shipment(fromfactorytothe LNGterminalsofimportingcountries),andpipeline distributiontoendcustomers, includingpowerstationor otherenergyusers.Thechainis closelyconnectedandcannot workproperlywithevenone segmentmissing,thereforerisks areinevitable. TheintrOductiOnofLNG meansacomPrehensiVe introductionfromforeign countriesofresources, techno1ogY,theory,and managementwithChina— designedandconstructedLNG terminals.Thestoragetanks forLNGshallbeequipped withdeep—coolingfacilities.By combiningtheintroductionofforeignhi—techtechnologies withindependentresearchanddevelopment,China's coolingtechnologieshadbeengreatlyimproved.LNG transportationrelaysmainlyonshipping.Through introductionofforeignshipbuildinganddesignforLNG transportation.theEastShanghaiShipYardsuccessfully builtChina'sfirstLNGcarder.Gradually,thetechnology concerningLNGshipbuildingandoperationwillbe localizedandChina'sshippingtechnologywillbegreatly improvedtospurthedevelopmentofChineseshipbuilding industry. Theappraisementshowsthattheproducingprocedure fortheasphaltproductiswelldesignedandtheproducts isofstablequality,reachingtheinternationallyadvanced levelofthesimilarproducts,andmeetingtheGB/ T15180AH一50specificationandspecificationsmadeby Australia,Britain,Canada,andAmerica.Theexperiments andtrialpavingshowthatZhonghaiAH一15performswell inhightemperatureandstaysstableinwat?
