、实施计划任务和自我检查评价的能力训练，以及团队工作的协作配合，锻炼学生自己今后职业场应有的团队工作能力。每个学生经历综合实训项目完整工作过程的训练，将掌握完成汽车发动机和底盘项目应具备的核心能力和关键能力。具体要求如下:充分了解指导手册规定拟填写的项目各阶段作业文件与作业记录;充分了解自己的学习能力，针对拟完成项目的拆装和检修要求与工作规范，查阅资料，了解相关产品或技术情况，主动参与团队各阶段的讨论，表达自己的观点和见解;在综合实训学习过程中，认真刻苦，在关键问题与环节上下功夫，充分发挥自己的主动性、创造性来解决技术上与工作上的问题，并培养自己在整个过程中的团队协作意识;认真填写与撰写从咨询、方案、计划、实施、检查、到评估各阶段按规范要求完成的相关作业文件与工作记录，并学会根据学习与工作过程的作业文件和记录及时反省与总结。
在此次实训周内，严格按照老师的给我们的安排与计划，按照工厂的5S管理要求同时实训时一步一步地对汽车各部件进行拆装，并对照资料熟悉各个机构的作用、工作原理与拆装的注意点。每个学生小组安排轮值担任安全员，负责每天实训室的维修工具检查和关闭电源，以及工作场所中的安全问题;每天学生离开时必须要打扫环境卫生，地面、桌面、抽屉里都要打扫干净并保持整洁。工作时间不得吃东西，喝水必须到指定区域;设考勤员每天负责考勤，并报告考勤情况，在告知清楚的前提下迟到3次实训成绩最高只能及格，旷课1次，实训成绩无效;按照企业工作现场要求规范学生的言行行为，注重安全、节能、环保和环境整洁，工具、附件、仪器设备摆放规范;明确告知学生在实训场所的纪律，包括工作态度、交流方式、工作程序、作业要求与作业记录等要求。

前 言
随着社会科技地迅猛发展，经济的迅猛增长，现代汽车技术的发展非常迅速，新结构、新材料、新
工艺

层出不穷。汽车结构复杂、种类繁多，不同公司、不同时代、各种类型和级别的汽车具有各不相同的配置和结构，采用不同技术的发动机。作为汽车心脏的发动机越来越复杂，其性能越来越优越。在使用过程中，对发动机的使用、维护、故障诊断和维修要求越来越高，发动机的维修能力已是汽车类职业人才能力评价的重要方面。某些传统的修理工艺和作业内容已经淘汰，汽车发动机维修技术已驶入机电一体化、检测诊断和维修一条龙的快速轨道。从事汽车运用、故障诊断与检测维修等工作的各类职业人员日益增多，而作为培养汽车专业人才的职业技术教育处于发展阶段。适合汽车运用与维修等专业职业技能培训的教材较少，特别是新技术、新结构在汽车发动机上的应用，使得现代汽车发动机的检测维修内容发生了很大的变化。
因此对于我们高职院校的学生来说，汽车构造综合实训是非常有必要的，我们只有通过不断的实训不断的思考再不断的实训，从这一系列的过程中找出自己不懂或还不是很了解的东西，只有这样我们才能够不断的丰富自己的经验以至于在日后的工作中能够很好的去面对并解决一些现实的问题。这样才能让我们在这个充满挑战的21世纪中有一席之地。
所以我们要充分把握住这次的实训机会，不仅要做到动手，同时也要多思考多找些为什么，为什么这个部件是这个作用而那个零件却是另外一个作用呢。这样的问题还有很多，都等着我们通过实训来发现并解决它呢。我们只有通过不断的动手来提高自己的职业技能。所以，在这里我本人非常希望各位同学能在此次的实训中能以积极端正的心态，脚踏实地的行为是这次实训在同学们能真正学到东西的欢呼声中圆满的结束～我想这也不是能靠某个人就能实现的那需要我们大家共同的努力，同学们，让我们一起加油携手共进吧～

第一篇 汽车发动机构造与检修
第1章 实训准备与咨询工作 1.1 汽车构造实训工作资料的查询，仪器工具的查询
1)实训工作资料的查询
(1)汽车维修中人身伤害因素
?服装按要求，如不穿拖鞋工作。
?在车间内抽烟，容易引发火灾或爆炸事件。
?不按章操作。
?高空作业要注意人身安全。
(2)汽车维修人员进入车间工作的必备要求
?不穿拖鞋，穿工作服。
?易燃易爆物品应按规定使用和存放。
?学会正确使用灭火器材。
?工作时间不得擅离岗位。
2)仪器工具查询
(1)套筒(如图1)

这种工具利用一套套筒扳手夹持住螺栓 /螺母，将其拆下或更换。 ?套筒尺寸
有大和小两种尺寸。 大的一种可以获得比小的一种更大的扭矩。尺寸单位有两种，
公制的为mm，英制的为英寸。
?有两种类型——

的和深的，后者比标准的深2至3倍。较深的套筒可用于螺栓突出的螺帽，而不适于用标准型套筒。
(2)梅花扳手(如图2)

应用:用在补充拧紧和类似操作中，因其可以对螺栓/螺母施加大扭矩。
?因为扳手钳口是双六角形的，可以容易地装配螺栓/螺母。这可以在一个有限空间内重新安装。
?由于螺栓/螺母的六角形表面被包住，因此没有损坏螺栓角的危险，并可施加大扭矩。
?由于轴是有角度的，因此可用于在凹进空间里或在平面上旋转螺栓/螺母。
(3)开口扳手(见图3)

应用:用在不能用成套套筒扳手或梅花扳手拆除或更换螺栓/螺母的位置。
?扳手钳口以一定角度与手柄相连。这意味着通过转动开口扳手，可以在有限空间中进一步旋转。
?为防止相对的零件也转动，如在拧松一根燃油管时，用两个开口扳手去拧松一个螺母。

南京工业职业技术学院 项目技术报告 ?扳手不能提供较大扭矩，由此不能用于最终拧紧。
(4)螺丝刀
?使用尺寸合适的螺丝刀，与螺钉的槽大小合适。
?保持螺丝刀与螺钉尾端成直线，边用力边旋转。
(5)鲤鱼钳(见图4)

应用:用以夹东西。改变支点上的位置使钳口打开的程度可以调节。 ?可用钳口加紧或拉动。
?可在颈部切断细导线。
(6)锤子
可通过敲击来拆卸和更换零件，并根据声音来测试螺栓的松紧度。 有以下类型可供使用，它取决于应用或材料。
?球头销锤子 有铸铁头部
?塑料锤 有塑料头部，用于避免撞击物件的地方。
?检修用锤 用带有细长柄的小锤子，根据敲击时的声音和振动来测试螺栓/螺母
的松紧度。
(7)黄铜棒
防止锤子损坏的支撑工具。(用黄铜制成，比较软，所以不会损坏工件)

应用:用以拧紧螺栓/螺母达到规定的扭矩。
?预置型
通过旋转套筒可预设所要求的扭矩。当螺栓在这些条件下拧紧时，会听到咔嗒声它表明已达到规定的扭矩。
?板簧式
扭矩扳手通过弯曲梁板，借助作用到旋转手柄上的力进行操作，此梁由钢板弹簧制成。作用力可通过指针与刻度读出，以便取得规定的转矩。
(9)游标卡尺(见图6)

游标卡尺可测量长度，外径，内径和深度。
量程0-150，200，300mm 测量精度0.05mm
(10)螺旋测微器
应用:通过计算手柄方向上轴的均衡旋转来测量零件的外径/厚度。

特征:探头的伸长或收缩可用表盘指示器读出数值。
测微计也用于测量缸径的尺寸。
1.2 仪器工具的选用
(1)根据工作的类型选择工具。
为拆下和更换螺栓/螺母或拆下零件。汽车修理中使用成套套筒扳手比较普遍。如果由于工作空间限制不能使用成套套筒扳手，可按其顺序选用一梅花扳手或开口扳手。
(2)根据工作进行的速度选择工具。
?套筒扳手的用处在于它能旋转螺栓/螺母不需要重新调整。这就可以迅速转动螺栓/螺母。

?套筒扳手可以根据所装的手柄以各种方式工作。
注意:
?棘轮手柄适合在狭窄空间中使用。然而，由于棘轮的结构，它不可能获得很高的扭矩。
?滑动手柄要求极大的工作空间，但它能提供最快的工作速度。
?旋转手柄在调整好手柄后可以迅速工作。但此手柄很长，很难再狭窄空间使用。
(3)根据旋转扭矩的大小选用工具。
*如果最后拧紧或开始拧松螺栓/螺母要大扭矩，那么使用允许施加大的扳手。
注意:
?可以施加的力的大小取决于扳手柄的长度。手柄越长，用较小的力得到的扭矩越大。
?如果使用了超长手柄，就有扭矩过大的危险，螺栓有可能折断。
1.3操作时的注意事项
(1)工具的大小和应用
螺母的头部大小合适。 ?确保工具的直径与螺栓/
?使工具与螺栓/螺母完全配合。
(2)用力强度
?始终转动工具，以便拉动它。
?如果由于空间限制无法拉动工具，用手掌推它。已经拧的很紧的螺栓/螺母可以施加冲击力轻松松开。但是不能使用锤子和管子(用来加长轴)来增加扭矩。
(3)使用扭力扳手
最后的拧紧始终用扭力扳手来完成，以便将其拧紧到标准值。

第2章 发动机总成的拆装及检修
2.1 发动机外围部件的拆装顺序
(1)如表1所示拆装顺序

1 从蓄电池上拆下接地搭铁线
2 拆卸蓄电池上正极线，此发动机供油3根，分别是发动机开关，起动机和发电机。 3 由接在水泵进口处低位的冷却液软管放出冷却液，用容器收集好。拆卸软管时使用鲤
鱼钳。
4 从气缸盖上出水口拔掉冷却液连接软管
5 拆下热敏开关和电扇上的连接电线
6 放松散热器支架，将散热器连同风扇和护风罩整体取出。
7 拆掉交流发电机连接线。
8 从分电器上拔下高压线及其它接线
9 盖住化油器
10 取下所有电线，放置在清洁干燥的场所。
11 拆卸下化油器，缸盖接管上的冷却液软管。
12 松开张紧带.松张紧带时注意先松开紧固齿形螺栓的外螺栓，再顺时间旋转齿形螺栓，
拆下V带。
13 拆下发电机。
14 拆下带轮
15 拆下进水胶管，出水管及小循环水管。
16 拔掉点火高压线及分火高压线，分火高压线需使用钳子夹取。并注意分电器的点火顺
序是1-3-4-2.
17 拆下分电器，注意分电器是由中间轴驱动，其下部驱动机油泵 18 拆下汽油泵。该发动机使用的是膜片式机械泵。
19 拆下机油滤清器。拆卸滤清器时使用专用工具。实际汽修时应更换及滤清器。 20 拆下起动电机及引线。注意观察启动电机与飞轮齿圈的配合。 21 拆下水泵总成
22 拆下火花塞。
23 拔下机油刻度尺。
注意:拆卸顺序与安装顺序是相互逆反的步骤

?拆卸时注意发动机安放平稳，注意人身安全。
?保持作业场地清洁和整齐。
?正确使用拆卸工具，保重安全操作。
?注意零部件之间的配合关系和装配记号，必要时应作记号。
?拆卸的零部件按要求清洗、装配、存放。
?正式是修理时，应更换所有的自锁螺母，密封圈，衬垫。
?安装时应注意按要求的力矩紧固螺母。
(3)发电机外围主要部件名称及作用

2.2 配气机构的认识以及拆装
如图9是配气机构的整体构造组成
(1)配气机构的作用
配器机构的作用是按照发动机每一工作循环和发火次序的要求，定时开启和关闭气缸的进、排气门，使新鲜空气(柴油机)或可燃混合和气(汽油机)及时充分地近日气缸，使废气及时从气缸排出。

(2)配气机构的的构造如下表所示

(3)拆卸气缸盖螺栓的步骤与注意事项
用扭力扳手从1~10的顺序，松开气缸盖螺栓，将气缸盖和汽缸垫取下，如图10所示的对角拆卸顺序，并且注意分2~3次松开气缸盖螺栓，防止因拆卸不当使气缸盖变形。而且缸盖螺栓要分3次扭松，扭紧力矩分别是第一次40N.m,第二次60N.m,第三次75N.m。

(4)拆装正时皮带的步骤与注意事项
1)拆卸
1.转动发动机至第1缸TDC，使用飞轮定位工具NO.11.2.300来固定曲轴。 2.松开并拆下曲轴避震器/皮带轮定位螺栓并拆下避震器/皮带轮。 3拆下上下正时皮带轮罩。
4.松开凸轮轴齿带轮定位螺栓。
5.松开张紧器定位螺栓释放皮带张力。
6.拆下正时皮带。
2)安装
1.使用工具No.11.3.190来固定凸轮轴
2.检查凸轮轴齿带轮刚好能够用手来转动。
3.检查飞轮是否位于TDC位置。
4.向曲轴齿带轮装上新的皮带，然后再装上凸轮轴齿带轮使齿带轮间的皮带张紧。5.安装皮带到张紧器和导向齿带轮上。
6.在处安装张力计并调零。
7.逆时针转张紧器至读数达到32?2。
8.拧紧张紧器螺栓至22N?m。
9.拧紧凸轮轴齿轮螺栓到63N?m。
10.拆下张力计，凸轮轴固定工具及飞轮锁紧工具。
11.重新装上上下皮带罩。
12.重新装上曲轴避震/皮带轮，确保定位销正确定位并拧紧定位螺栓至23N?m。 13.将其余的部件按照拆卸的相反顺序安装好。

(4)凸轮轴的拆装步骤及注意事项
1.安装好筒式液力挺柱，装好凸轮半圆键，将凸轮轴劲涂少许润滑油放入缸盖各轴承盖上。
2(安装凸轮轴时，第一缸凸轮必须朝上。
3(安装凸轮轴承盖时注意轴孔上下两半对准。
4(先对角交替拧紧3，2轴承盖，然后再拧紧4，1轴承盖，拧紧力矩为20 N?m
5(注意安装凸轮时，第一缸的凸轮必须朝上，凸轮转动时曲轴不可置于上止点，否则会损坏气门或活塞顶部。
(5)气门的拆装方法与注意事项
气门导管装上新的气门油封，安装气门油封时，要套上塑料管，在用专业工具压入。然后装上气门弹簧座，在气门杆部涂以机油，插入气门导管，注意不要损伤油封，最后装上气门弹簧(弹簧旋向相反)和锁片，锁片装好后，用塑料锤轻敲几下，以确保锁止可靠。
(6)液压挺柱的结构与工作原理
液压挺柱的结构简图如图11所示，其工作原理是当气门关闭时，弹簧推起柱塞和外壳，消除间隙，保持与凸轮轴接触，同时润滑油由缸盖上供油孔进入B室(储油室)，幷通过单向阀(球阀)补充道A室(工作室)。当凸轮旋转要开启气门时，A室油压上升，关闭单向阀，此时凸轮经外壳，柱塞。通过液压在经过柱塞壳体，推开气门。

(2)拆装活塞连杆组件的步骤与注意事项
拆卸步骤及注意事项:?转到曲轴将准备拆卸的连杆对应的活塞转至下止点;?用扭力扳手拆卸连杆螺母，取下连杆轴承，幷按顺序装好;?用橡胶锤或手锤木柄推出活塞连杆组(应先刮去汽缸上的台阶，以免损坏活塞环);?取出活塞连杆组后，应将连杆轴承盖，螺栓，螺母按原位装回，幷注意连杆的装配标记。标记应朝向皮带盘，活塞，连杆和连杆轴承盖上打上对应的记号;?用活塞环装卸钳拆卸活塞环，观察活塞环上的记号，“top”朝向活塞顶;?将活塞连杆组件浸入60?热水中，幷在热的状态下拆下活

安装步骤及注意事项:?将第一缸曲轴转到下止点位置，去第一缸的活塞连杆总成，在瓦片，活塞环处加注少许机油，转动各环使润滑油进入环，幷检验各环开口位置是否位于规定位置。?用夹具收紧各环，按活塞顶箭头方向将活塞连杆总成从汽缸顶部放入汽缸，用手引导连杆使其对准曲轴轴颈，用木槌柄将活塞推入。?取第一缸的连杆轴承盖，使标记朝前装在连杆上幷按规定力矩交替拧紧连杆螺母，扭紧力矩:M9?1;45N?m,M8?1;30N?m。?依同样的方法，将其余各缸的活塞连杆组件装入汽缸。
(3)曲轴的拆装步骤，定位以及注意事项
?将有油槽的上轴瓦装入缸体，使轴承上油槽与缸体上轴承座上的油道口对正。注意上下轴承不能装反，第三道轴承为推力轴承，然后将各道轴承涂上少许润滑油，?将曲轴平稳地放入缸体承孔?插入半圆推力环(曲轴第三道环主轴颈上。起到轴向固定)，注意上，下环不能装错，有开口的用于汽缸体且开口必须朝轴承?按轴承盖上打印的1、2、3、4、5标记。由前向后顺序安装?曲轴轴承盖螺栓应由中间向两边交叉、对称、分三次扭紧，最后紧固力矩为65N.m。轴承盖紧固后，曲轴转动应平滑自如?安装带轮端曲轴油封和飞轮端曲轴油封?装入中间轴?安装飞轮，使用涂有D6防松胶的螺栓紧固，紧固力矩为75N.m。
2.4 发动机主要部件的检修
(1)活塞环的检修过程
?活塞环的弹力检验
活塞环的弹力是保证气缸密封性的条件之一。弹力过大:增加摩擦损失，气缸壁容易早期磨损;弹力过小:活塞环在气缸内就不能起到良好的密封作用，容易使气缸漏气窜油。因此，活塞环的弹力必须符合技术性能要求。活塞环弹性的检验可以在专用检验器上进行，各车型均有具体要求。但随着活塞环制造技术的提高和制造质量的稳定，在修理中一般不做活塞环的弹力检验。
?漏光检验
为了保证活塞环的密封作用，要求活塞环的外表面处处与气缸壁贴合。漏光度过大，活塞环局部接触面积小，易造成漏气和机油上窜。在选配活塞时，最好进行漏光度的检查。
漏光度的简易检查方法:将活塞环平放在气缸内，在活塞环一边放一个灯泡，上面放一块盖板盖住活塞环的内圈，观察活塞环与缸壁之间的漏光缝隙。

要求:在活塞环开口端左右30?范围内不允许有漏光点存在，在同一个活塞环上漏光不应多于两处，其他部位每处的漏光弧长所对应的圆心角不得超过25?，同一活塞环上漏光弧长所对应的圆心角总和不得超过45 ?，漏光处的缝隙应不大于0.03mm。
?检查活塞环与活塞的侧隙
侧隙是指活塞环与活塞环槽上、下平面间的间隙。侧隙过大，将影响活塞环的密封作用，过小则可能卡死在环槽内，造成拉缸事故。检查方法如图13所示，新装时侧隙为0.02~0.05mm，极限间隙为0.15mm。超过极限间隙时，应更换活塞环。

?检查活塞环端隙
活塞环端隙是指将活塞环置入已镗好的气缸筒内，在活塞环开口处的间隙。它是防止活塞环受热膨胀而卡死在气缸里，端隙的大小与气缸直径有关。
检查方法:将活塞环平正地放入气缸，用一个活塞顶部将环推到环行程的底部，因为这里的磨损是最小的。然后取出活塞，用塞尺测量端口间隙。如间隙过大，则不能使用;如间隙过小，取出来可用细挫刀挫环口一端予以调整。其磨损极限为1.00mm
?检查活塞环的背隙
背隙是指活塞与活塞环装入气缸后，在活塞环背部与活塞环槽之间的间隙。常以槽深与环宽之差来表示，一般为0.10—0.35mm。如背隙过小，会使活塞环在气缸中卡死，这时可更换活塞环或车深活塞环槽(但有些发动机不允许车深环槽)。
(2)气缸磨损的检修
将被检验的气缸缸筒及上表面清洗擦干。
根据气缸直径大小选择合适的接杆，旋入量缸表下端。
根据被测气缸的标准尺寸用外径千分表校对量缸表，并留出测杆深长的适当数值(即预压1mm左右)旋转表盘，使“0”位对正指针，记住小指针指示毫米数，把连杆

测量时手应握住绝缘套，把量缸表斜向放入量缸被测出，轻微摆动量缸表，使指针走右摆动相等。当指针顺时针旋转时，表明缸径小于标准尺寸，如果逆时针，表明缸径大于标准尺寸，测量方法见图14。

测量部位:在气缸轴向选取三个横截面:即S(活塞在上止点时，第一道环所对应1
的缸壁附近)，S2(气缸中部)S3(距气缸下边缘10mm-15mm),在同一截面上进行多点测量，测出最大最小直径，如图15所示。

圆度和圆柱度的计算:被测气缸的圆度误差用各个横截面上最大和最小值直径的最大值表示，被测气缸体的圆度误差用各缸中的圆度最大表示。被测气缸的圆柱度误差用三个横截面上最大和最小值直径的最大值表示，气缸体的圆柱度用最大圆柱度气缸的数值表示。
(3)发动机排量的计算
沿气缸轴线方向测得上、中、下三个截面，上面相当于活塞的上止点，第一道活塞

南京工业职业技术学院 项目技术报告 环相对应得气缸处，中间取气缸中部，下面取活塞下止点时最后一道活塞环所对的气缸位置，测得的最大圆度误差就为该气缸的圆度误差。测量气缸圆柱度误差时一般在活塞行程内一股上去上中下三个，气缸的各个方向测量找出缸的磨损最大值。气缸磨损最大直径与活塞下止点时活塞环运动区域以外，即距离气缸套10MM范围内的气缸最小内径差值的一半，就是气缸的最大圆柱度。即发动机的排量也是根据这个计算获得。

第3章 发动机的调试
3.1 发电机的性能调试和检验
(1)地动发电机前需要做的检查项目
?给装配好的发动机添加机油，注意添加机油量的要求，检查有无机油泄露现象;
?给装配好的发动机添加冷却液，注意添加冷却液的要求，检查有冷却液泄露现象;
?添加燃油，检查有泄露现象;
?调整发动机点火正时，把发电机一缸调整至压缩上止点位置，调整分油器，使一缸的分缸线在与量缸表10度曲轴转角左右;
?检查蓄电池电压应不低于15度 同时检查各搭线连接情况;
?检查起动机是否能够正常转动;
?检查高压线是否跳火，跳火是否正常;
?启动发动机，视发动机工作情况，对发动机进行调整，直至发动机 工作正常。 3.2 点火正时的调整过程
1)松开分电器，固定螺栓，使分电器能够张力
2)断开分电器，真空提前调节器的真空软管
3)启动发动机使冷却液温度达到80?
4)保持发动机转速一定
5)用点火正时前点火提前角，并通过转动分电器外壳，使点火提前角达到规定值。 3.3 发电机启动不了的可能原因
?火花塞潮湿?点火器故障?点火信号发生器性能不良?断电器故障?电容击穿?点火开关损坏?点火线圈断电，短路?线路连接不良或搭铁?保险丝松动或熔断?分火头触电器盖漏电?分缸线漏电或内部断电?中央高压线绝缘性能下降，漏电。

第二篇 汽车底盘构造及检修
第1章 汽车底盘整体结构参数测量及布置
1.1 离合器的作用及结构

离合器的作用:(1)使汽车平稳起步。(2)中断给传动系的动力，配合换档。(3)防止传动系过载。
离合器的结构:离合器的主动部分和从动部分借接触面间的摩擦作用，使两者之间可以暂时分离，又可逐渐接合，在传动过程中又允许两部分相互转动。
液力偶合器利用工作液(油液)传递转矩，外壳与泵轮连为一体，是主动件;涡轮与泵轮相对，是从动件。当泵轮转速较低时，涡轮不能被带动，主动件与从动件之间处于分离状态;随着泵轮转速的提高，涡轮被带动，主动件与从动件之间处于接合状态。
电磁离合器利用线圈的通断电来控制离合器的接合与分离。在主动与从动件之间放置磁粉，可以加强两者之间的接合力，这样的离合器称为磁粉式电磁离合器。
离合器从动部分
从动部分是由单片、双片或多片从动盘所组成，它将主动部分通过摩擦传来的动力传给变速器的输入轴。从动盘由从动盘本体，摩擦片和从动盘毂三个基本部分组成。为了避免转动方向的共振，缓和传动系受到的冲击载荷，大多数汽车都在离合器的从动盘上附装有扭转减震器。为了使汽车能平稳起步，离合器应能柔和接合，这就需要从动盘在轴向具有一定弹性。为此，往往在动盘本体圆周部分，沿径向和周向切槽。再将分割

南京工业职业技术学院 项目技术报告 形成的扇形部分沿周向翘曲成波浪形，两侧的两片摩擦片分别与其对应的凸起部分相铆接，这样从动盘被压缩时，压紧力随翘曲的扇形部分被压平而逐渐增大，从而达到接合柔和的效果。
扭转减振器
离合器接合时，发动机发出的转矩经飞轮和压盘传给了动盘两侧的摩擦片，带动从动盘本体和与从动盘本体铆接在一起的减振器盘转动。动盘本体和减振器盘又通过六个减振器弹簧把转矩传给了从动盘毂。因为有弹性环节的作用，所以传动系受的转动冲击可以在此得到缓和。传动系中的扭转振动会使从动盘毂相对于动盘本体和减振器盘来回转动，夹在它们之间的阻尼片*摩擦消耗扭转振动的能量，将扭转振动衰减下来。

第2章 离合器的拆装与检修
2.1 离合器的整体构造及工作原理
(1)如图18所示是汽车摩擦式离合器的结构原理图。其工作原理是

1) 接合状态 离合器处于接合状态时，压紧弹簧使压盘、飞轮及从动盘互相压紧。发动机转矩经飞轮及压盘通过摩擦面的摩擦力矩传递到从动盘，再经变速器输入轴向传动系输入
2) 分离状态 踏下离合器踏板时，离合器分泵向前移动带动分离叉向前移动;分离叉内端则通过分离轴承推动分离杠杆内端向前移动;分离杠杆外端依靠安装在离合器盖上的支点拉动压盘向后移动，使其在进一步压缩压紧弹簧的同时解除对从动盘的压力。这样离合器的主动部分处于分离状态而中断动力的传递。
3) 接合状态 若要接合离合器，驾驭员应松开离合器踏板，控制操纵机构使分离轴承和分离叉向后移，压盘弹簧的张力迫使压盘和从动盘压向飞轮。发动机转矩再次作用在离合器从动盘摩擦面和带花键的榖上。
(2)离合器的结构特点
重量轻，转动惯量小，无须调整分离指高度，压紧力大，传递扭矩能力强，完全接合后，压紧均匀;从动盘磨损后压紧力上升，从动盘磨损后对分离间隙影响较小，无须经常调整分离间隙等优点。
2.2 离合器的拆装工序及操纵机构的检测和调整
(1)离合器的拆装流程
1)拆去变速器及其固连在第一轴上的分离轴承和分离套筒
2)拆去分离拉杆，分离叉及飞轮壳

3)将导向心轴插入离合器从动盘总成的花键榖中，起定位作用
4)按对角卸下离合器盖与飞轮间的联结螺栓，应先松一圈，然后逐渐卸下
5)卸下离合器压盘总成，若需要，则再在专业工具——压紧装置上继续分解
6)将从动盘总成和导向心轴一起取下
注意事项
1) 为了保持离合器的原有平衡，从飞轮上拆下离合器时，应检查其原来记号，如无拆装标志，应予补作后再开始拆卸。
2) 分离离合器时，为防止离合器盖变形和零件的弹出，必要的地方应用专门所谓工具压紧拆卸
3) 不得用油清洗摩擦片和分离轴承。其余零件清洗后，应放置整齐，以备检查
(2)操纵机构的检查与调整
1(从动盘的检修
1)检查时用小锤敲击摩擦片，若声音沙哑，则说明铆钉或更换铆钉即可。
2)从动盘表面存在烧焦、油污、开裂且减振器弹簧折断时，应更换新片。对有严重油污的，还应检查曲轴后油封与变速器一轴的密封情况。
2.离合器的调整
1)离合器踏板自由行程标准:15,25mm，調整方法为螺母調整，攺变拉索长度。
2)离合器踏板总行程标准:150?5mm，調整方法为驱动臂的調整。

第3章 变速器的拆装与检修
3.1手动变速器的工作原理

手动变速器，也称手动挡，即用手拨动变速杆才能改变变速器内的齿轮啮合位置，改变传动比，从而达到变速的目的。踩下离合时，方可拨得动变速杆。 3.2手动变速器的拆装流程
1、先卸下万向节螺钉，使变速器和传动轴的万向节分离;再卸下离合器罩螺钉，使变速器和离合器分离;如果是远程操纵的变速器，则将操纵机构与变速器本体分离最后将变速器从汽车上拆卸下来。相关阅读:“M”的妙用 手自一体变速器使用技巧 变速器使用过程中 车主易忽略的五大问题
2、清洗变速器外部的油泥和污物，注意保护前后的轴头。
3、拧下放油螺塞，放净变速器中的润滑油，再拧好油螺塞。
4、找一个干净无灰尘的场地，利用拆卸工具和铜棒，开始拆卸变速器。拆卸顺序一般是:变速器盖、第一轴、第二轴、中间轴、倒挡轴。
5、拆卸零件时，先看好零件原始的方向和位置后再拆卸，必要时，做好记录;拆下的零件按拆卸先后顺序，分部位排放整齐，必要时可用线或铁丝将各零件按顺序串在一起;齿轮可按原方向和位置套在轴上，以防装错或漏装。
6、拆卸的所有零件都应该清洗干净，并做相应检查，不能继续使用的应该予以更换;拆卸过的油封、密封垫一般不应该继续使用，应该更换。
7、装配前各轴承、油封、轴上的键槽、齿轮的内孔以及变速器箱体的轴承孔涂上齿轮油或机油，并将要更换的纸垫浸透机油。
8、装配顺序与拆卸顺序相反，即后拆下的零件先装，使全部零件都安装到原来的

南京工业职业技术学院 项目技术报告 位置上，安装过程中要常转动配合件，注意油封的方向且不得有破损。
9、在安装变速器盖前，应检查场地有无漏装的零件，各轴及固定齿轮是否有轴向窜动，各处纸垫是否完好，各对啮合齿轮是否在全部齿宽内啮合;用手拨动滑动齿轮，看能否轴向移动到全齿宽啮合;用手转动第一轴，分别试一下各挡，都应能灵活平稳转动，无卡涩现象。按规定在变速箱体内加入适量的润滑油。
10、将拨叉装入并固定到相应的拨叉轴上，再将该拨叉轴装入变速器盖相应的孔中。安装拨叉轴时要注意将自锁机构和互锁机构装入相应的孔中，拨叉轴有三个槽的一侧应对正自锁机构钢球的方向，拨叉轴上有一个槽的一侧对正互锁机构。各拨叉轴都安装到位以后，将其置于空挡位置，变速传动机构中的滑动齿轮也都置于空挡位置，将变速器盖装到变速器箱体上，此时，各拨叉正好安装到相应齿轮的拨槽中，装上连接螺栓，并按规定的次序和规定的力矩拧紧螺栓，用变速杆挂入不同的挡，依次检查能否顺利挂挡，若挂不上，可用手轻轻来回转动第一轴，若仍挂不上应拆下箱盖检查。
11、装好后，要进行试运转，各挡应能灵活转动，无渗油、漏油和卡涩现象，在任何挡位下不允许有跳挡、乱挡现象，换挡时应轻便自如，不得有不正常响声和过热现象。
3.3手动变速器的结构及传递路线

结构:变速器由传动机构和变速机构组成，可制成单独变速机构或与传动机构合装在同一壳体内。传动机构大多用普通齿轮传动，也有的用行星齿轮传动。普通齿轮传动

南京工业职业技术学院 项目技术报告 变速机构一般用滑移齿轮和离合器等。滑移齿轮有多联滑移齿轮和变位滑移齿轮之分。用三联滑移齿轮变速，轴向尺寸大;用变位滑移齿轮变速 ，结构紧凑 ，但传动比变化小。离合器有啮合式和摩擦式之分。用啮合式离合器时，变速应在停车或转速差很小时进行，用摩擦式离合器可在运转中任意转速差时进行变速，但承载能力小，且不能保证两轴严格同步。为克服这一缺点，在啮合式离合器上装以摩擦片，变速时先靠摩擦片把从动轮带到同步转速后再进行接合。行星齿轮传动变速器可用制动器控制变速。

3.4变速器的检测与调整
a. 齿轮和轴承的检修
?目视检查齿面是否有斑点，如果斑点轻微可以用油石修磨;如果斑点面积超过15%，
?则应更换齿轮;
?检查齿厚，如果齿厚磨损超过0.2mm，则应更换齿轮;
?检查齿长的磨损，如果磨损超过15%，则应更换齿轮;
?装好轴承和内座圈后，用百分表检查齿轮与内座圈之间的间隙，如果超标应该更
换轴承。
注意:齿轮应成对更换。
b. 输入轴、输出轴的检修
?目视检查输入轴、输出轴，不应有裂纹，轴径及花键不应有严重磨损，轴上的齿轮不应有断齿和严重磨损，否则应更换;
?检查轴的径向圆跳动，不应超过0.05mm，否则应更换或校正。
c. 同步器的检修
将同步环压在各自齿轮的锥面上，按压转动同步环时要有阻力，用塞尺测量环齿与轮齿之间的间隙a，如果不符合规定，应更换同步环。

(1)结构:液力变矩器的结构与液力耦合器相似，它有3个工作轮即泵轮、涡轮和异轮。泵轮和涡轮的构造与液力耦合器基本相同;导轮则位于泵轮和涡轮之间，并与泵轮和涡轮保持一定的轴向间隙，通过导轮固定套固定于变速器壳体上。
(2)工作原理:发动机运转时带动液力变矩器的壳体和泵轮与之一同旋转，泵轮内的液压油在离心力的作用下，由泵轮叶片外缘冲向涡轮，并沿涡轮叶片流向导轮，再经导轮叶片内缘，形成循环的液流。导轮的作用是改变涡轮上的输出扭矩。由于从涡轮叶片下缘流向导轮的液压油仍有相当大的冲击力，只要将泵轮、涡轮和导轮的叶片设计成一定的形状和角度，就可以利用上述冲击力来提高涡轮的输出扭矩。

第4章 万向传动装置
4.1 万向传动装置的结构特点和工作原理
万向节的结构和作用有点象人体四肢上的关节，它允许被连接的零件之间的夹角在一定范围内变化。为满足动力传递、适应转向和汽车运行时所产生的上下跳动所造成的角度变化，前驱动汽车的驱动桥，半轴与轮轴之间常用万向节相连。但由于受轴向尺寸的限制，要求偏角又比较大，单个的万向节不能使输出轴与轴入轴的瞬时角速度相等，容易造成振动，加剧机件的损坏，产生很大的噪音，所以广泛采用各式各样的等速万向节。在前驱动汽车上，每个半轴用两个等速万向节，靠近变速驱动桥的万向节是半轴内侧万向节，靠近车轴的是半轴外侧万向节。在后驱动汽车上，发动机、离合器与变速器作为一个整体安装在车架上，而驱动桥通过弹性悬挂与车架连接，两者之间有一个距离，需要进行连接。

传动轴异响及振抖
传动轴异响及振抖主要表现在:在万向节与伸缩节及中间支承部分技术状况良好的情况下，传动轴在中、高速行驶时出现异响，且车速越高，响声越大。严重时车身及方向盘发出振抖，甚至握方向盘的手有麻木感，若此时脱挡滑行，则振抖更为强烈。导致这种现象的原因主要有:
1、传动轴弯曲、轴管凹陷、传动轴装配时未将标记对正或传动轴万向节叉和花键轴与轴管焊接时歪斜，破坏了原件的动平衡。
2、传动轴上的平衡片失落或原件未进行动平衡补偿。
3、装配时，同一传动轴两个万向节叉不在同一平面。
4、中间支承橡胶圆环磨损、松旷、紧固方法不当，或吊架固定螺栓及万向节凸缘盘连接螺栓松动，使传动轴位置发生偏斜
5、传动轴花键轴与套管叉的花键磨损过甚，间隙过大。
诊断传动轴异响及振抖的方法是:
1、首先检查中间支承吊架螺栓、万向节凸缘盘连接螺栓是否松动，视情况以紧固。
2、如果响声非以上原因造成，则检查传动轴油管是否有磕碰凹陷，平衡片是否失落。平衡片的失落需要在原焊点位置重新焊接相似的平衡片。如果传动轴管有明显凹陷使传动轴本身失去平衡，应将花键轴和万向节叉在车床上切下，在轴管中穿入一根比轴管内径细的心轴，在凹陷处垫上型锤敲击修复。然后将切下的花键轴和万向节叉焊回原位。为了保证质量，施焊时，应将轴管放在专用架上，先在圆周对称点焊数点，然后校正其偏摆量，经校正后再沿圆周焊复。焊完冷却后，再复查一次，若摆差过大应重新焊接。该项工艺过程较为复杂。如果传动轴大面积凹陷损伤则需更换该节传动轴。
3、如果异响和振抖仍未排除，则要检查伸缩节是否对准标记安装，如果安装正确，则要支起驱动桥，启动发动机，以怠速低挡运转，若传动轴摆动量大，可用大型划针测出偏摆部垃、方向、偏摆量，如果传动轴两端不正或弯曲，则要在压条上垫以与轴管相吻合的软质金属进行冷压校正,
4、如果传动轴无偏摆现象，则要拆检中间支承轴承的夹紧橡胶圆环，视情况更换新件，待传动轴转动若干圈后，再重新紧固。
5、如果故障现象仍未消失，则要拆下传动轴总成，在平衡机上进行平衡试验。不平衡度超差者，要进行平衡片补偿。

第5章 驱动桥
5.1 驱动桥的工作原理和结构特点

主传动器由两部分组成:一部分是由主动螺旋锥齿轮和从动大螺旋锥齿轮组成的主传动;另一部分是由差速器左壳、差速器右壳、锥齿轮、半轴锥齿轮、十字轴等组成的差速器。托架为主传动及差速器的支承体。主动螺旋锥齿轮直接安装在托架上，从动大螺旋锥齿轮安装在差速器右壳上，与差速器总成一起也安装在托架上。动力由变速器通过传动轴传到主动螺旋锥齿轮上，驱动大螺旋锥齿轮带动差速器总成一起旋转，再通过差速器的半轴齿轮将动力传给与半轴齿轮用花键相连的半轴上，完成主传动的动力传递。同时，改变了动力的传递方向，将主动螺旋锥齿轮的直线运动传给与之轴线成90?的大螺旋锥齿轮的横向运动。
5.2 驱动桥的检测与调整
1、齿轮磨损挖掘机行驶时，驱动桥的减速器(主减速器和轮边减速器)和差速器齿轮就会发生磨损，润滑不良时，齿轮磨损速度更快。齿轮的轮齿磨损后失去渐开线外廓几何形状，齿轮啮合时，滚动磨擦减少，滑动磨擦增加，这不仅增大了齿轮的的啮合间隙，同时进一步加速了齿轮的磨损进程，产生了噪声，即异响。此外，齿轮轮齿就向一根悬臂梁，受载后齿根处产生的弯曲应力最大，加之交变荷载的影响，齿轮根部多会产生疲劳裂纹。随着工作时间的延长，疲劳程度增加而裂纹扩展;齿轮轮齿啮合时润滑油会被挤压在啮合齿的裂纹内，裂纹在油液压力的作用下，向深度和长度延伸。当齿轮承载力小于荷载时就会折断，俗称打齿。打齿后异响声会更大，甚至还会中断传动或破坏其他机件。

2、差速器的半轴齿轮和行星齿轮的背后都垫有衬垫。这些衬垫磨损变薄，会使差速器齿轮啮合间隙增大，于是工作时出现不正常的啮合而发出响声。
3、半轴花键齿磨损，也会使配合间隙增大。传动时，当两配合机件发生转速差，即会产生花键与键槽撞击发出异响声。
4、轴承的影响轴承多承受交变荷载，工作时不仅会产生磨损，同时还会使滚动体与滚道表面疲劳;当润滑不良时，损坏速度加快而损坏程度更加恶化，因而轴承的滚动体在滚动时，产生不规则的滚动而发出的振动响声;圆锥轴承的预紧度是靠垫片或螺纹(差速器轴承)来调整的，如果调整的预紧度过小，将会使圆锥齿轮轴向窜动造成啮合间隙时大时小，丧失正确啮合而发出异响。损坏时响声更大，甚至会将运动机件卡死。
5、减速器和差速器的紧固(螺栓)松动，多会产生异响。
6、润滑不良，齿轮传动时必须要润滑，如果缺油或油品低劣形不成油膜，齿轮轮齿啮合时形成干摩擦，就会发出异响。
5.3 差速器的工作原理及拆装与调整
一般差速器主要由行星齿轮、行星轮架(差速器壳)、半轴齿轮等零件组成，发动机的动力经传动轴进入差速器，直接驱动差速器壳，再由行星轮带动左、右两条半轴，分别驱动左、右车轮。当车辆转弯时，内侧车轮会产生更大的阻力，两侧半轴受力不同会使得中间的行星齿轮产生自转，两侧半轴就会有转速差。外侧比内侧车轮转的更快，这样车辆就能够顺利的转弯了。
拆装与调整
?拆卸差速器壳轴承:如图5-7所示，用专用工具(09950,20014)将差速器壳轴承拆下。
?拆下从动锥齿轮:撬开从动锥齿轮与差速器壳连接螺栓的锁紧垫片，在从动锥齿轮与差速器壳上做好装配记号，用塑料或铜锤敲下从动锥齿轮。
?差速器的分解:用锤子和冲子将行星齿轮轴锁销敲出，然后拆下行星齿轮轴、两个行星齿轮和垫片、两个半轴齿轮和垫片。

实训总结

我们通过本次综合实训项目课程的学习，培养自己系统、完整、具体地完成一个汽车发动机或底盘项目所需要的工作能力，通过汽车发动机、底盘方面信息的收集处理、制定了拆装汽车的方案和决策:制定行动计划对小组人员进行分工、实施计划任务和自我检查评价的能力训练，以及团队工作的协作配合，锻炼学生自己今后职业场应有的团队工作能力。每个同学经历综合实训项目完整工作过程的训练，掌握完成汽车发动机和底盘项目应具备的核心能力和关键能力。
在此次实训周内，严格按照老师的给我们的安排与计划，按照工厂的5S管理要求同时实训时一步一步地对汽车各部件进行拆装，并对照资料熟悉各个机构的作用、工作原理与拆装的注意点。这次实训给了我们一次理论联系实际的动手能力，我们在实训中学习了测量仪器套筒、梅花扳手、开口扳手、螺丝刀、鲤鱼钳、扭矩扳手、量缸表的使用方法，测量了汽车底盘点一些参数如长、宽、高、前轮距、后轮距、前悬距、后悬距、轴距接近角、离去角、最小离地局，拆装了离合器、变速器、驱动桥、自动变速器、辛普森氏自动变速器、拉维纳式自动变速器、万向节、驱动桥的等，在老师的指导下对汽车发动机进行了拆装、研究、讨论，其中我们拆了V型6缸发动机和直列4缸发动机，我们经过激烈的讨论在老师的点评下，熟悉的掌握了汽车发动机的燃料更机系统、润滑系、点火系、冷却系、启动系、曲轴连杆机构、配气机构的组成和工作原理，我们会更加努力争取早日为做过人民服务。
