Vessel is to be     maximum 25                 (twenty-five) years of ship age.  Before chartering, the Seller will advice the                 Buyer the vessel’s particulars by E-mail, such as name of shipping company,                 vessel name, nationality, classification and age, capacity of the crane, number of                 holds and position etc.  The chartered vessel shall to be confirmed by the Buyer             and inform the Seller by E-mail within 48 (forty-eight) hours of nomination.
