3、施工过程监控要点 3.1测量放线复核，重点对控制性轴线、桩位进行复查，满足要求后方可就位开机。 3.2水泥搅拌桩开钻之前，应用清水清洗整个管道并检验管道中有无堵塞现象，待水排尽后方可下钻。 3.2开机前检查导向架的垂直度，开机后随时观察控制其垂直度是否满足规范要求(搅拌桩垂直度偏差不得超过1%，桩位偏差不大于20mm)。 3.3水泥浆液须按设计配比拌制，搅拌均匀、不得离析;且输送连续、不得中断。 3.4为了确保桩体每米掺和量以及水泥浆用量达到设计要求，配备专人记录。现场配备水泥浆比重测定仪，以备随时抽查检验水泥浆水灰比是否满足设计要求。 3.5桩机搅拌转速、提升速度根据本工程的地质报告和桩机、注射泵的性能下沉搅拌1.0m/min，提升速度不大于1.3m/min左右为宜，空桩无需具体要求。 3.6为保证水泥搅拌桩桩端、桩顶及桩身质量，第一次提钻喷浆时应在桩底部停留1分钟，进行磨桩端。余浆上提过程中全部注入桩体。且在桩顶以下3m范围内应进行复搅。 3.7施工时应严格控制喷浆时间和停浆时间。每根桩开钻后应连续作业，不得中断喷浆。严禁在尚未喷浆的情况下进行钻杆提升作业，储浆罐内的储浆量不应小于一根桩的用量加50kg，若储浆量储浆量少于上述重量时，不得进行下一根桩的施工。施工中所用水泥浆存放的有效时间应符合下列 规定 关于下班后关闭电源的规定党章中关于入党时间的规定公务员考核规定下载规定办法文件下载宁波关于闷顶的规定 : 3.9施工中发现喷浆量不足，应按监理工程师要求整桩复搅，复喷的喷浆量不小于设计用量。如遇停电、机械故障原因，喷浆中断时应及时记录中断深度。在12小时内采取补喷措施，并将补喷情况填报于施工记录内。 3.10现场施工人员认真填写施工原始记录 3.11为控制好钻机钻入深度，在钻杆上表示出具体的长度尺寸，通过两者对照是否一致来控制钻机下钻深度。 3.12桩位的垂直度由桩机塔架上线垂球来控制，桩机调平通过桩机四只脚撑上的液压油泵调整。 3.13每米三轴搅拌桩桩体水泥用量为T=每米桩体体积(0.425*0.425*3.14*1*3)23m*土体比重(1.8t/m)*水泥掺量百分比(20%)=0.612t。 4、质量检验 每台班做一组7.07×7.07×7.07cm3水泥土试块，一组三块。试样来源于沟槽中的置换出的水泥土，按规定条件养护，到达龄期后送试验室做抗压强度试验，试验报告及时提交监理。 5、施工过程中必须严格按照施工用电安全及机械操作规程进行操作，作业人员上 岗必须持证上岗、佩戴安全帽。 6、施工过程中如有疑问请及时汇报。 技术负责人 交底人 接受交底人 ，具体的成桩 顺序如下图所示: 直线套打示意图 拐角处套打示意图 2.6各工 艺环节的技术要求 2.6.1障碍物清理 因该工法要求连续施工，故在施工前应对围护施工区域地下障碍物及管线进行清理或移位，以保证施工顺 利进行。 2.6.2测量放线 施工前，先根据设计图纸和业主提供的坐标基准点，计算出围护中心线角点坐标(或转角点坐标)，利用测量仪器精 确放样出围护中心线，并进行坐标数据复核，同时做好护桩，做好工程测量复核单，提请甲方验收。 2.6.3开沟槽 在三轴搅拌桩施工过程中会 涌出大量的置换土，为了保证桩机的安全移位和施工现场的整洁，需要使用挖机在搅拌桩桩位上预先开挖沟槽。 根据放样出的水泥土搅拌桩围护中心线，用 0.4m3小挖掘机沿围护中心线平行方向开掘工作沟槽，根据本工程搅拌桩直径，取槽宽约1.0m，深度约0.6,1.0m。 场地遇有地下障碍物 时，利用镐头机将地下障碍物破除干净，如破除后产生过大的空洞，则需回填压实，重新开挖沟槽。 开挖沟槽余土应及时处理，以保证工法正常施工，并达 到文明施工工地要求。 沟槽尺寸示意图 2.6.4设置导架与孔位放样 在垂直沟槽方向放置两根定位型钢，规格为200×200，长度 2.5m，再在平行沟槽方向放置两根定位型钢规格为300×300，长约8,12m，转角处H型钢采取与围护结构中心线成45?插入，H型钢定位采用H型 钢定位卡。 由现场技术员根据设计图纸和测量控制点放出桩位，桩位平面偏差不大于2cm。本工程使用的三轴搅拌机桩径为850mm，轴心距为 600mm，搅拌桩搭接250mm。三轴搅拌桩采用套打一孔工艺，因此桩心距为1200mm。在沟槽两侧定位型钢以1200mm为间距，用红色油漆做好标 记，保证搅拌桩每次准确定位。 2.6.5桩机就位与垂直度校正 用卷扬机和人力移动搅拌桩机到达作业位置，并调整桩架垂直度达到0.5%以 上。在桩机上焊接一半径为5cm的铁圈，10m高处悬挂一铅锤，利用经纬仪校直钻杆垂直度，使铅锤正好通过铁圈中心。每次施工前必须适当调节钻杆，使铅锤 位于铁圈内，即把钻杆垂直度误差控制在0.5%内。 桩机移位由当班机长统一指挥，移动前必须仔细观察现场情况，移位要作到平稳、安全。桩机定位 后，由当班机长负责对桩机桩位进行复核，偏差不得大于20mm。 为便于成桩深度的控制，施工前应在钻杆上做好标记，控制搅拌桩桩长不得小于设计桩 长，当桩长变化时擦去旧标记，做好新标记。 2.6.6水泥浆液拌制 施工前应搭建好拌浆施工平台，平台附近搭建水泥库，对全体工人做好详细 的施工技术交底工作，水泥采用P042.5级普通硅酸盐水泥，水泥浆液的水灰比严格控制在1.5,1.7，具体根据可现场实际情况调整，水泥总体掺量为 20%(重量)。 2.6.7喷浆、搅拌成桩 启动电动机，根据土质情况按计算速率，放松卷扬机使搅拌头自上而下切土拌和下沉，直到 钻头下沉钻进至桩底标高。按照搅拌桩施工工艺要求，钻杆在下沉和提升时均需注入水泥浆液，每次下降时喷浆60,，提升时喷浆40,。钻机钻进和提升速度宜 控制在0.6,1m/min，按照技术交底要求均匀、连续注入拌制好的水泥浆液，钻杆提升完毕时，设计水泥浆液全部注完。 2.6.7施工记录 施 工过程中，由工长负责填写施工记录，施工记录表中详细记录了桩位编号、桩长、断面面积、下沉(提升)搅拌喷 浆的时间及深度、水泥用量、试块编号、水泥掺入 比、水灰比。施工过程中质检员、技术负责人、监理工程师监督施工，施工记录报项目监理审批。 2.7质量检验 2.7.1施工前应检查水泥的质量、桩位、搅拌机工作性能及各种计量设备完好程度。水泥必须具有供应商提供的出厂合格证和质保书，并按批次取样送检测中心试验合格后方能使用。 2.7.2 施工中质量检验包括机械性能、材料质量、掺合比试验等资料的验证，以及逐量桩位、桩长、桩顶高程、桩身垂直度、桩身水泥掺量、喷浆速度、水灰比、搅拌和喷 浆起止时间、喷浆量的均匀度、搭接桩施工间歇时间等。 2.7.3施工结束后，应检查桩体强度、桩体直径、防渗效果及地基承载力。 2.7.4 水泥土搅拌桩桩身强度应符合设计要求 水泥土搅拌桩的桩身强度应采用试块试验确定，试块制作好后进行编号、记录、养护。试验数量方法:每天作一组试 块规格7.07×7.07×7.07cm，水泥土试块采用自然养护测定28天后无侧限抗压强度。测得的28天无侧限抗压强度应不小于1.0MPa。 2.8 检验批抽检计划 水泥土搅拌桩的成桩验收按100米施工段划分若干检验批，除桩体强度检验项目外，每一检验批至少抽查桩数的20%。检验批的质量验 收程序和组织应符合《建筑 工程施工 建筑工程施工承包1园林工程施工准备消防工程安全技术交底水电安装文明施工建筑工程施工成本控制 质量验收统一标准》(GB50300-2001)的有关规定。水泥土搅拌桩止水帷幕的检验批合格判定应符合《建筑地基基 2.9.3施工过程中， 如遇到停电或特殊情况造成停机导致成墙工艺中断时，均应将搅拌机下降至停浆点以下0.5m处，待恢复供浆时再喷浆钻搅，以防止出现不连续墙体;如因故停机 时间较长，宜先拆卸输浆管路，妥为清洗，以防止浆液硬结堵管。 2.9.4发现管道堵塞，应立即停泵处理。待处理结束后立即把搅拌钻具上提和下沉 1.0m后方能继续注浆，等10,20秒恢复向上提升搅拌，以防断桩发生。 2.9.5施工冷缝处理' 施工过程中一旦出现冷缝则采取在冷缝 处围护桩外侧补搅素桩方案，在围护桩达到一定强度后进行补桩，以防偏钻，保证补桩效果，素桩与围护桩搭接厚度约10cm。 2.9.6渗漏水处理 在 整个基坑开挖阶段，我公司将组织工地现场小组常驻工地并备好相应设备及材料，密切注视基坑开挖情况，一旦发 现墙体有漏点，及时进行封堵。具体采用以下两种 方法补漏。 引流管:在基坑渗水点插引流管，在引流管周围用速凝防水水泥砂浆封堵，待水泥砂浆达到强度后，再将引流管打结。 双液注浆: (1) 配制化学浆液。 (2)将配制拌合好的化学浆和水泥浆送入贮浆桶内备用。 (3)注浆时启动注浆泵，通过2台注浆泵2条管路同时接上Y型接头 从出口混合注入孔底被加固的土体部位。 (4)注浆过程中应尽可能控制流量和压力，防止浆液流失。 (5)施工参数。 注浆压 力:0.3-0.8
