definitionofredundancyLayoffs,isshortforeconomiclayoffs,isduetothereasonofunitofchooseandemploypersonsremovelaborcontractReferstotheunitofchooseandemploypersonsduringthestatutoryspecificfocusfirestaffbehaviorinaccordancewiththelawImplementationeconomycuttingstaffofenterprise,canreducebecauseoftheconditionoftheproductionandbusinessoperationchangeandsurpluspersonnelTheprovisionsofarticleofthe"laborlawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina:otherSinglelayoffsofchooseandemploypersonswhoconductduringtheperiodofstatutoryconsolidationbankruptcyorseriousbusinessdifficulties,isreallynecessary,theworkersshallbetothetradeunionorstaffdaysinadvance,listentotheopinionsofthetradeunionsorworkers,afterthereporttotheadministrativedepartmentforlabor,canbecuttingstaffUnitofchooseandemploypersonsaccordingtotheprovisionsoftheworkers,withinsixmonthsofpersonnelemployed,shallgiveprioritytobereemployedThroughouttheHereotherThereportlsquoThemeaningofmeansonlythat,withoutapprovalThroughoutthePriorityotherPrioritytorefertothesameconditionsUnitofchooseandemploypersonsthelegalconditionsforeconomiclayoffshastwo,aslongasmeetoneoftheconditionsthatcanimplementeconomiclayoffs:oneisduetotheseriousbusinessdifficulties,onthevergeofbankruptcy,declaredbyapeople'scourttoenterduringtheperiodofstatutoryconsolidationotherDuringthestatutoryconsolidationthroughoutReferstotheenterpriseinordertorestoreone'scapacitytopayoffthedebt,inaccordancewiththelawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonbankruptcylawandthecivilprocedurelawofbankruptcy,debtrestructuringandtheenterprisetobuildatypeofbankruptcysystemSuchasthepoormanagementofenterprise,difficulttorepaydebtsthataredue,itislikelythattheywillbethecreditorstofileforbankruptcySuchasenterpriseisonlyatemporarydifficulties,afteraperiodofoperationcanrestoresolvency,theenterprisecanreachareconciliation,andcreditorsandbythecourttodeclareaconsolidationperiodConsolidationinourcountrybyfilingforbankruptcyenterpriseputforwardandthecompetentdepartmentinchargeSuchasconsolidationperiodends,theenterpriseisstillunabletorepaydebts,isbythecourttodeclarebankruptcyotherIntolegalrectificationperiodthroughoutBusinessisverydifficultitisaseriousdifficultiesinproductionandmanagement,reachthestandardofseveredifficultenterprisestipulatedbythelocalgovernment,isreallynecessary,theworkerscanbecutLayoffsareconcentratedfirestaff,sosomeoftheindividualemployeeterminatethelaborcontractconditionisnotapplicableAtthesametimeduetolargelayoffsofteninterlock,thereforeontheprogramisstrictlylimitedbylawLayoffsareconcentratedfirestaff,sosomeoftheindividualemployeeterminatethelaborcontractconditionisnotapplicableAtthesametimeduetolargelayoffsofteninterlock,thereforeontheprogramisstrictlylimitedbylawDuetoredundancyiscausedbythereasonofunitofchooseandemploypersons,laborerhasnofault,soifworkerscomplywithoneofthefollowingfourconditionsshallnotbecut:(a)occupationaldiseaseorinjuredatworkandwasconfirmedlossorpartiallylosthiscapacitytowork()illnessorinjury,theprescribedperiodofmedicaltreatment()femaleworkerisinpregnancy,produceperiod,lactation()othercircumstancesstipulatedbylawsandadministrativeregulationsLayoffsreasonWhenitcomestolayoffs,themosteasytorelatetopeopleis:thecompanyfinishedRecently,however,includingIBM,kodak,etc,manylargemultinationalcompaniescut,letpeoplefoundthatperformanceisverygoodcompanywillbelargescalefiringpeopleExpertssaid,inadditiontothepoorperformance,businessadjustment,companymergerandacquisitionisoneofthereasonswhythecompanylayoffsSuchas:Eastmankodakcompanyissuedfinancialperformanceinthefourthquarterof,thesameday,kodakalsoannouncedthatthenextthreeyearstocutjobsworldwideOnesideisadigitalastheleadingdevelopmentstrategyhasbeengratifyingprogresshasbeenmadeintheperformance,workersontheothersideisoftheplan,itmakesalotofwillotherCutthroughoutAsotherWeretocollapsethroughoutChinesemysteryofsignalsKodakcompanytoreporterexplanationforthisisthat,Becauseofthenewbusinessofdominatedbydigitaleffective,thecompanydecidedto,cutthetraditionalfilmfacilitiesandstaff,morepowertothedigitaldomainCutneAgrimMrHaoWangChangjiangbambooheadhuntingcentertotellareporter,althoughmostofthecompanyisthemajorcauseofthelayoffsperformancedecline,butmergersandacquisitionsandthefactorsoflocalbusinessadjustmentisalsocausethecompanylayoffsCompaniescutjobsduetothebadperformance,itisnotlikemostpeoplethink,enterpriseisgoingtodie,forthemostpartistheenterprisetosavedeclineandadoptmeasurestosavethecostofnormalLayoffs,therefore,isnotascourgeforlayoffs,especiallylargedownsizing,andpeopleshouldhaveacalm,rationalstateofmindThereasonwethinkotherLayoffs=dismalsalesthroughoutBecausestillusethetraditionalconceptoflaborandpersonnelthinkmultinationalcompanyofmodernhumanresourcesmanagement,anddidn'trecognizetheothercauseoflayoffsThesereasonsinclude:economicsentimentornotBusinessisgoodorbadCorporatestrategyadjustmentandchangeMultinationalbusinessdirectionandthesizeoftheglobalchange(mainlyreferstotheregionbetweenthebusinesssuchasstrengtheningChinaandEuropeanbusinesswillleadtotheEuropeanjobscuts)OrganizationstructurechangesininternaladjustmentImproveproductivity,savetheprogressofscienceandtechnologybringshumancapitalandsoonCompanymergersandacquisitionsleadtojobcutsBefore,twoAmericanITcompanyndashndashPeoplesoftandJDEdwardscombineddofirstthinginthelayoffsAccordingtoareportintheWallStreetjournal,peoplesoftCFOKevinParker(KevinParker),saidatapriceof$billiontobuyJDEdwards,afterthebusinesssoftwaremakerfiringemployees,thepurposeistosolvetheproblemoftworepeatedsetupbusinessAndhumanresourcesexpertssay,becauseofmergersandacquisitionsandjobcutsthemosttypicalexampleistheHPandcompaqmerged,bothforthepurposeofcombinationofamerger,facedwithlargeNumbersofpeopleandinstitutionsoverlap,layoffswillbecometheinevitablechoice,accordingtoarecentreportinJanuaryUScompaniesannouncedplanstocutthenumberofmorethanpeople,themainreasonisthatmergersandacquisitionsactivitycausedsomeextrapositions,responsibleforthesurveypointedoutthatthecompanymergerandacquisitionactivitythisyeartorise,amergerwillleadtootherCutuptopeople,becauseoftheextrajobstobecutThroughouttheBusinessadjustmentcausedlayoffsbecauseofmarketing,theIBMrecentlyannouncedthatitwouldlayoffemployees,softwareisdesignedtouselessfacetofacesalesstaff,andtoincreasethenumberofemployeesbyphoneorInternetforpromotional,IBMsaid,thisshiftisamust,becausethetelephoneandInternetpromotionobjectismoreofsmallandmediumsizedenterprises,andthisareaistheIBMsoftwarecompany'sfastestgrowingmarketIBM'smovewiththekodaktoturnfromthetraditionalfilmtodigitalandlayoffsallroadsleadtoRomeWhilemanycompanieslayoffshavegreatrelationshipwithbusinessperformancedecline,butamultinationalgroup,adeclineinabusinessisnotthesameasthegroup'soverallbusinessdecline,onthecontrary,manycompanieswhentheyfallinoverallperformancehasnotbeenkeenlyfeelthechangeofthemarketcontrolledbymeansoflayoffs,andsoon,makestheoverallfinancialconditionsremainaswellExpertssaidthatbesidescutduetobusinessadjustment,marketorbusinessregionaladjustmentcanalsoleadtothecompanylocaljobsGermanindustrialgiantSiemensICNtelecommunicationsequipmentdepartmentinGermanyoncecut,andthemanufacturingtolowercostregions,maybeChina'sSimilarly,basedinLondon,theBritishHSBCannouncedthatinthenextthreeyears,therealjobcutswillgiveaglobalotherJobmigrationthroughoutPlanandcutjobsintheUK,andwillbepartofthispositiontoAsiaSomecompaniesinordertomakethemainbusiness,willalsoimplementcuts
