Depending on the circumstances, 沙坝煤矿水泵联合试运转报告 根据《煤矿安全规程》第二百七十八条的有关要求,矿井必须有工作水泵、备用水泵、检修水泵。水泵的能力,应能在20小时内排出矿井24小时的正常涌水量,备用水泵的能力应不小于工作水泵的70%,工作水泵和备用水泵的总能力应能在20小时内排出矿井24小时的最大涌水量。结合我矿的实际情况,在雨季来临之际,对我矿井排水系统的排能力进行了联合试运转,现将水泵联合试运转情况报告如下: 一、成立了矿井联合排水试验领导小组 为保证我矿井下排水系统运转顺利进行,我矿成立了设备联合排水试验领导小组。 1、领导小组组成情况 组长:张敬连 副组长:蔡 波 王 菲 成员:机电运输部全体和排水工。 2、领导小组分工情况 张敬连:负责整体试运转组织、实施工作。 蔡波:负责井下中央变电所和水泵房的供电设备,确保主排水 设备正常工作。 王菲:负责地面供电保障和所有管道的维护检查检修工作。 二、沙坝矿井概况 沙坝煤矿位于贵州省惠水县断杉镇,矿井 设计 领导形象设计圆作业设计ao工艺污水处理厂设计附属工程施工组织设计清扫机器人结构设计 生产能力为9万吨/年,属低瓦斯,水患较为严重矿井,斜井开拓,二级提升,一级排 slightly lowered the field side, the steam end rotor weight transfer to the Middle slider. Depending on the circumstances,3 水;矿井现配备有D155-67×5型主排水泵6台,直径为200mm的无缝钢管排水管道2趟,属10KV双回路供电系统,由于网电不稳定,备用电源为一台800KW/10KV高压柴油发电机组,采用双电源双回路高压入井,井下设有中央变电所。 沙坝煤矿矿井实测数据如下:矿井正常涌水量为240m?/h,矿井最大涌水量为340m?/h;单趟排水管路长度为650米,排水高度为230米。 主排水泵(D155-67×5型)排水能力为155m?/h,排水扬程为335米;配套电机功率为220KW,额定电压为660V。矿井井下设有主副水仓,水仓有效容量不清楚,根据矿上总工程师梁华文提供的估算依据:正常涌水量时,如果停2个小时不抽水,就回出现淹没设备现象,为此,估算现有水仓有效容量为:Q=2Q=2×240=480m?。 估min 三、联合排水试运转情况 我矿于4月15日由机电部门、运输部门组织人员,对工作、备用、检修水泵及管路进行了一次全面排查、维修,共查出漏水点2处,及时对该处管路进行更换。对检修水泵漏水阀门进行了维修处理。 运输部门对主排水路线进行了全面的清理,清理排水路线为:主水泵房——运输暗斜井——暗斜井上车场——井底车场——主斜井——地面污水池。 排水路线水沟共清理淤泥3矿车,同日中班在抽干副水仓的前提下,对副仓进行了清理,共清出淤泥共7矿车,夜班在抽干主水仓的前提下,对主水仓进行了清理,共清出淤泥12矿车。一切准备工作slightly lowered the field side, the steam end rotor weight transfer to the Middle slider.
