But to people who have to stay in the building every day will believe ordinary looking will be enough, whether the rooms are spacious, whether each inch of space is reasonably used, whether each part is easily identify is of their top concern. In summary, we have to admit people do like buildings that have aesthetic appeal, but it should not come at the cost of safety, the damage of the environment, the appropriate functions and waste of tax-payer?s money.
