Results of two small The number. 5, allows the analysis of personnel simultaneously or 5 四是SES和防火防灾诊断。公司从2005年开始~陆续导入日产的防灾诊断和SES诊断。防灾诊断主要是针对涂装作业现场进行的安全检查和诊断~每季度进行一次。SES诊断是日产的针对生产现场的一种安全诊断评价系统~主要是对现场的物的不安全状态、人的不安全行为和管理方面的缺陷进行诊断、评价~指摘出存在的问题~并提出整改 意见 文理分科指导河道管理范围浙江建筑工程概算定额教材专家评审意见党员教师互相批评意见 或建议~根据问题的严重度~由不同的部门主导实施整改。 五是TOP安全诊断。TOP安全诊断是公司最高级别的安全诊断~由公司领导参与~一般每月进行2次,月中月末各一次,~每次抽查2,3个生产班组~以现场安全和5S,整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养,为主~对诊断指摘的问题以整改计划书的形式发放到责任部门~由责任部门按照要求进行整改~安技科对整改结果进行跟踪确认。 安全检查或诊断只是一种手段~通过这五种形式的检查或诊断~关键是要排查出现场存在的各种安全隐患~并及时予以整改~才能预防事故的发生。 6、 持续开展KYT,危险预知训练,活动 公司从2005年开始导入日产的KYT活动~通过培训、试点、全面展开和标准化等阶段~危险预知活动已经日常化和标准化。危险预知活动已经纳入到班组安全管理的重要内容~在各班组定型作业和非定型作业时~都要开展危险预知~作业前要进行危险预知确认~并填写KY确认卡。通过4年多的危险预知活动的开展~员工作业的安全意识和安全技能得到了较大提升。 7、 推进现场5S改善及人机工程改善 )% (v/vl standard solution.
