一、现状描述
供应商因管理不善，造成入库单被盗、被抢、丢失;生产公司对入库单发放管理没有统一管理标准，个别供应商长时间不领取入库单，造成入库单遗失。 二、存在问题
个别生产公司与供应商之间入库单传递没有可查询的依据;对补办手续把关不严、责任不明确。
三、建议措施
1、建议生产公司做到开单、发放票据要及时。
2、建议供应商做好票据的安全防盗措施。
3、对票据遗失的补办手续，各环节经办人要认真审核，如实填写审核结果，
