甘肃万名毕业生下基层最新政策(Gansumilliongraduatesunderthegrassrootsnewpolicy)甘肃万名毕业生下基层最新政策(Gansumilliongraduatesunderthegrassrootsnewpolicy)GandoesnoThepeople'sgovernmentsofthemunicipalitiesandautonomousprefecturesandtherelevantdepartmentsoftheprovincialgovernment:"urbanandruralresidentsvocationalskillstrainingprojectimplementationplan"and"tosupporttheimplementationofthousandcollegegraduatesemploymentplan"hasbeenagreedbytheprovincialgovernment,isnowissued,pleaseearnestlycomplywiththeimplementationGeneralOfficeofGansuProvincialPeople'sGovernmentTwo,oneortwo,MarchrdtosupporttheimplementationofthousandcollegegraduatesemploymentprogramTheProvincialBureauofeducation,theprovincialsupervisiondepartment,theprovincialfinancedepartment,theprovincialagricultureandanimalhusbandrydepartment,theprovincialculturaldepartment,theProvincialHealthBureau,theProvincialTourismBureau,andtheProvincialTourismBureauinMarch,two,oneortwo,ProjectbackgroundInordertocarryouttheCentralCommittee's"theemploymentofcollegegraduatesintheemploymentofthefirst"requirements,focusontheemploymentofcollegegraduates,tofurtherimproveourprovincetownshipprimaryandsecondaryschoolsinruralareas,townshiphospitals,animalhusbandryandveterinarystation,agriculturalextensionstationandbasicsocialsecurity,culturalandtourismprofessionaltechnicalpersonnelquality,optimizethestructureoftalentteamatthegrassrootslevel,tosolvethedifficultyofgraduateemployment,alleviatetheemploymentpressure,intosupporttheimplementationofthousandcollegegraduatesemploymentprojectTwo,objectivesandtasksTheselectionofcollegegraduatestoworkatthegrassrootslevel,whichrecruitedcollegegraduatestothegrassrootslevelschools(includingtheselectionofqualifiedruralprimaryandsecondaryschoolssubstitutepersonneltoteachinruralprimaryandsecondaryschools)recruitingmedicineclass(includingnursing)ofordinarycollegegraduatestoworkinTownshipHospitalrecruitinganimalhusbandryandveterinarymedicine,AgronomyCollegeGraduatestotheTownshipanimalhusbandryandveterinary,agriculturalextensionstation()recruitingrelevantprofessionalcollegegraduatesengagedingrassrootssocialworkstrokesrecordedrelatedprofessionalcollegegraduatestoworkintownshipculturalstationsrecruitingprofessionalcollegegraduatestothegrassrootsleveloftourismunitofworkThree,thescopeandconditionsofselection()selectionscopeGraduatesfromGansuinandaftergraduation,notyetemployed,specialist(includinghighervocationaleducation)highereducationinstitutions,thepreviousgraduates(two)conditionsforselection,lovethemotherland,lawabiding,healthy,Ivolunteeredandsuitableforruralprimaryandsecondaryschoolteaching,townshiphealthcenterworkandtothegrassrootsanimalhusbandryandveterinary,agriculturaltechnologypromotion,socialsecurity,tourismandculturalworkcomplywithworkneedsandorganizationalallocationmeettheprofessionalrequirementsoftherecruitmentpostrequirements(specificrequirementstotheprovincialpeople'sandsocialwelfaredepartmentsandotherdepartmentsissuedin"supportingtheemploymentofcollegegraduatesprojectimplementationrules"shallprevailFour,selectionmethodsandtimescheduleAdopttheunifiedexaminationmethodofthewholeprovincetoselectInJanuary,thecitystatereportingrequirementsplanningandallocationplaninApril,announcedtherecruitingplantothesocietyinMay,July,theprovince'sregistrationorganizationunifiedorganizationoftheexaminationexaminationandapprovalinAugust,September,theorganizationhiredprejobtraining,jobplacement,andinspectionandacceptanceFive,indexallocationandresettlementmeasures()indexallocationAccordingtotheProvincialDepartmentofhumanresourcesandsocialdemandandapplicationsituationandprimaryteachers,medicalpersonnel,animalhusbandryandveterinary,agricultural,social,culturalandtourismjobs,splittingtheselectionindexcityandstatetothecountyurbandecompositionindex(two)unifiedexaminationRecruitmentandselectionbytheprovincialpeople'sandsocialorganizationsunifiedexaminationorganizationTheexaminationsubjectsaredividedintopublicbasicknowledge(points)andprofessionalbasicknowledge(points),andthetwoscoresareaddedtothetotalscore(MinorityNationalityAutonomousPrefectureandMinorityAutonomousCountyofminoritycandidatesinthetotalscorepluspoints)Amongthem,ruralprimaryandsecondaryschoolteacherstoincreasetheinterviewprocess(three)primaryelection,physicalexamination,publicityAccordingtothedistributionindexandthetotalscore,thecountiesaresortedfromhightolow,DeterminethelistofcandidatestobeadmittedAfterthelistofpersonneltobeconfirmed,referringtothenewmedicalstandardsforcivilservantsorganizethephysicalexamination,eligible,bythecitystatereviewandpublicitytothepublic,publicityperiodofdays(four)examinationandapproval,trainingandappointmentThequalifiedcandidatesshallbeexaminedandapprovedbytheprovincialpeople'sandsocialwelfaredepartmentinconjunctionwiththerelevantdepartments,andformallynotifythecitiesandprefecturesTheurbanareasshouldbestrictlyinaccordancewiththecandidatesforposts,timelyplacementoftheadmissionsstaffBeforethejob,therelevantdepartmentstocarryoutprejobtrainingfortheenrolledpersonnelSix,safeguardmeasuresAfterselectingandemployingordinarycollegegraduates,theirwagesareimplementedinaccordancewiththeunifiednationalregulations,andthenewemployees'wagepolicystandardsinlocalinstitutionsareincludedintheprovincialfinancialtransferpaymentAftertheemploymentofcollegegraduates,accordingtothegrassrootsunitsofstaffmanagement,respectively,withthelocalurbanandcountyeducation,health,agriculture,animalhusbandry,culture,tourismandhumansocietydepartmentstosignemployment(work)contractAftertheprobationperiod,inprinciple,shallnotbetransferredfromjobswithinyearsTheexpensesoforganizingexaminationareclassifiedbytheprovincialandmunicipalfinanceTheexpensesoftheorganizationexaminationoftheprovincialauthoritiesshallbepaidbytheprovincialfinance,andtheexpensesoftheexaminationofthecityandstateorganizationsshallbebornebythemunicipalgovernmentSeven,jobrequirements()projectorganizationTheunifiedleadershipoftheprovinceofcollegegraduatesemploymentworkleadinggroup,ledbytheprovincialOfficeofhumanresources,withtheprovincialeducationdepartment,theprovincialsupervisiondepartment,theProvincialDepartmentoffinance,theprovincialanimalhusbandrydepartment,theProvincialDepartmentofculture,Ministryofhealth,theProvincialTourismBureauandotherrelevantdepartments,inconjunctionwithurbanmunicipalities,countygovernmentjointlyorganizedtheimplementationoftheworkAmongthem,thequalificationauditofsubstitutepersonnelisledbytheeducationdepartment,andthecooperationbetweenpeopleandsocialdepartmentsiscompleted(two)workdisciplinestrictdisciplineRecruitmentworkshouldadheretotheprincipleof"openness,equality,competition,selection"principle,thepublicshouldbeopen,enhancethetransparencyandcredibilityoftheexaminationworkAlllocalitiesanddepartmentsandstaffshouldstrictlyabidebytherelevantpoliciesandregulations,strictworkdiscipline,strictworkingproceduresPeopleandthingsthatviolatedisciplinemustbedealtwithseriouslystrengthensupervisionThedisciplineinspectionandsupervisiondepartmentsatalllevelsshouldearnestlyperformtheirdutiesandsupervisetherecruitmentworkTostrengthenthesupervisionofpublicopinion,theimportantpartoftherecruitmentwork,youcaninvitedeputiestothepeople'sCongress,CPPCCmembersandthemediatosupervisepaycloseattentiontoimplementationMunicipalitiesandprefecturesshouldstrictlyimplementtheprovincialpoliciesandregulationsrelatedtorecruitingwork,andmustnotchangeandformulateadditionalpointsandotherpoliciesItisnecessarytostrengthencoordinationandcooperation,earnestlyimplementtherelevantrequirementsandensurethecompletionoftasksaccordingtoscheduleEight,acceptancemethodsTherecruitingworkiscompleted,bytheprovincialagencyofficeintheprovincialeducationdepartment,theprovincialsupervisiondepartment,theProvincialDepartmentoffinance,theprovincialanimalhusbandrydepartment,theProvincialDepartmentofculture,Ministryofhealth,theProvincialTourismBureauandotherdepartmentstoimplementtheworkofinspection,andsubmitawrittenreporttotheprovincialgovernmentNine,responsibilityimplementationOrganizer:ProvincialPeople'sandsocialwelfaredepartmentCooperationunits:ProvincialEducationDepartment,provincialsupervisiondepartment,provincialfinancedepartment,provincialagricultureandanimalhusbandrydepartment,provincialculturaldepartment,ProvincialHealthBureau,provincialtourismbureauImplementationunits:municipalities,prefecturesandcounties,urbangovernments
