Prior to 1971, Sapporo, Japan Hokkaido local Centre in the urban development process, in response to the rapidprocess combined with Center of construction of subway construction and residential development, and support the development 2 一(技术指标 (1)直流电源输入电压:+5 V、?15V (2)电路面板材料:玻纤。尺寸:长= 430mm ,宽= 310mm ,厚= 2 mm 二、实验箱电路面板结构 电路面板结构如图1所示。 ?15V电压+5V电压输实验箱名 4组共阴极 输入插座及入插座及开数码管显示 开关 关 电路过压报连续脉冲步进电机逻辑电平集成运放 逻辑笔 警及短路报信号源、单控制区 指示区 741 次脉冲源 警 R、C、二极16P 16P 16P 16P 管元件库、 555定时器 28P 16P 20P 插孔转换区 电位器 14P 14P 电 165×55 位 扩展电路板 器 (可拆卸和更换) 区 逻辑电平继电器输出区 控制区 图1 电路面板结构分布图 三、实验箱电路面板实物照片 实物照片见图2。 四、实验箱使用说明 (1)直流电源接线区:3组独立直流电压接线柱: +5V、GND、+15V、GND、,15V、GND。用于将外部直流电压引入到实验箱,外部直流电压通过电源保护二极管到达各个单元电路及面板中多个红色+5V电压输出插孔,因此红色+5V电压输出插孔中的电压通常比外部直流电压低0.3V左右。 此外,实验箱带有短路报警和过压报警功能。当电源开关处于“关”状态时,红色+5V电压输出插孔仍有低电压输出(短路报警电路的需要),如果接线过程中导致+5V和GND出现短路,则开始声、光报警,当电源开关处于“开”状态时,短路报警失效;当电源开关处于“开”状态时,如果外部直流电压超过6.5V,则开始声、光报警。 (2)数码管数字显示:2个七段数码管,引脚全部引出,可采用共阴极或共阳极数码管;另有2个BCD码输入七段数码管(安装了显示译码器CD4511)。为了更换方便,均采用了 1 IC插座。 (3)TTL逻辑电平显示:对输出电平的高、低进行显示。输出电平为高时,红色发光二极管亮;输出电平为低时,绿色发光二极管亮。 图2 电路面板实物照片 (4)TTL逻辑电平输出:提供12组TTL逻辑电平输出,采用拨码开关控制,拨上输出为高电平,拨下输出为低电平。 (5)单次脉冲、简单连续脉冲输出:脉冲输出均为TTL逻辑电平。单次脉冲分为正、负两种单脉冲输出,采用白色按钮控制,发光二极管指示;简单连续脉冲分别为2Hz、8Hz、128Hz和1024Hz ,发光二极管指示。 (6)集成电路插座:采用标准紧锁插座,28脚1个、20脚1个、16脚6个、14脚2个,可插8到28脚的各种IC。各IC插座的所有引脚(包括电源和地引脚)全部引出,各IC插座旁均有+5V、GND插座为集成电路供电。 (7)精密多圈可调电位器4个:分别为1K、10K、47K、100K,采取三个插孔输出。 (8)直流供电的四相步进电机、蜂鸣器、扬声器及驱动电路、直流继电器及驱动电路。 (9)元件库:提供了很多不同值的电阻和电容、1个32768 Hz晶振、2个二极管和1个555 定时器。 (10)逻辑笔功能:红色:高电平、绿色:低电平、橙色:高阻。 (11)扩展区:采用165×55 进口面包板1块,可拆卸和更换,主要用于安装其它电路。 (12)接插件:普通弹性插孔,配有高性能的插孔连接线;此外,在面包板旁配有与面包板接线兼容的黑色插座,同时黑色插座和部分弹性插孔已直接连接好,解决了电路面板上弹性插孔至面包板的连接问题。 process combined with Center of construction of subway construction and residential development, and support the development pment 2, hosted the 11th Winter Olympic Games. 3 JR Sapporo rail transit line 3 metro and 3 tram lines, Sapporo in the urban develomillion. Prior to 1971, Sapporo, Japan Hokkaido local Centre in the urban development process, in response to the rapid2 五、实验箱可开设的实验 该实验箱具有模块化、开放性的特点,利用该实验箱另配上直流稳压电源、信号发生器、示波器、万用表,可完成数字电路的所有基础实验及设计性、综合性实验。可满足不同学校、不同专业、不同学时的数字电路实验教学要求。 六、实验箱使用注意事项 (1)调节好直流稳压电源的输出电压为5.3V(通过电源保护二极管后约为5V)后接入到实验箱电源接线柱。 (2)连接电路时,电源开关置于“关”状态,切忌在实验中带电连接电路和插拔集成电路。 (3)连线插入时要垂直,切忌太用力,拔出时用手捏住连线靠近插孔的一端插头,左右旋转几下后拔出,切忌直接用力向上拉线,这样很容易造成连线和插孔的损坏。 (4)实验中不要随意乱动开关、芯片及其它元器件,以免造成实验箱的损坏。元件库中的二极管和数码管一定要注意极性。 (5)如果在实验过程中由于操作不当或其它原因而出现异常现象如:电路报警、数码管显示不稳、芯片发烫、直流稳压电源输出电压降低或为零等,应立即断电并报告老师,切忌无视此类现象,继续实验,以免造成严重后果。 3
