(八)协助合作公司为外籍工作人员办理所需的入境签证手续等; (九)办理合作公司委托的其他事宜。 第十五条乙方应负责完成的事项: (一)依照本合同第十一条第二款、第十三条的规定,提供现金、机器设备、工业产权……并负责将其作为出资的机械设备等运至中国港口; (二)办理合作公司委托在中国境外选购的机器设备、材料等有关事宜; (三)提供需要的设备安装、调试以及试产的技术人员、生产和检验技术人员; (四)培训公司的技术人员和工人;
