After a quarrel with my parents, I often feel regret. I tend to think about all the care and concern they showered on me in the past, and then I will try my best to make up with them by all means. Sometimes I will simply apologize to them or give them a big hug so that we can quickly forget all the problems. If they are too angry, I may do some house chores such as tidying up the room or making a meal while waiting for their fury to calm down. Alternatively, I will buy a gift they like to please them. As a last resort, I will ask my grandparents to come to persuade my parents out of their rage.

To write good advertisements, you have to remember a number of things.You should always start with the greatest benefit to consumers. For example, you can mention such advantages as money-saving, satisfying effects, improved health, better appearance, greater self-esteem and so on.In an ad, you need to use pronouns properly. You can also include we, our and ours throughout your ad, but you should use I, me and mine very sparingly.Also, it is important to use accurate numbers if possible. For example, "101 uses for this cell phone" is more likely to attract people's attention than "Many things to do with this cell phone". If an exact number does not sound convincing, use a percentage instead. For instance, if consumers are unlikely to believe that they can make "10,000 dollars" out of the advertised product, you can tell them they will "see a 20 percent increase in sales within the first year".

T-Mobile is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telecom; it is Deutsche Telecom's global mobile phone operation. There are 900 people working at the company's call centre; 760 of them are employed in handling customer calls and they are managed by 70 team managers and 10 operations managers. Generally speaking, I prefer to work for a large company because it often has a good reputation, is less likely to go bankrupt, ensures you a fairly stable job, and sometimes gives you a good salary. But I may not say "no" to a small company if I can assume more responsibilities, have more opportunities for career development and promotion, or receive a higher salary.
VI. Furthering Listening and Speaking
In a role-play the company recruiters can look at the candidates' abilities and potential. To prepare for such a role-play, basically I can do two things. To begin with, I will make a list of the tasks required by the job as well as a list of the things I can say and do in order to demonstrate my customer service ability. Moreover, I can ask friends and family members to take part in a role-play with me so that I can become familiar with the situation and find out my problems. I can also video tape the role-play to further identify problems and make improvement.VII. Exercise:

The interviewer must make the interviewee feel at ease because otherwise he or she might end up in hiring someone who is completely wrong for the business. I might do the following to make myself less nervous in an interview:
