TULIP HARDENING Pág. 3 55146192.doc OPERATOR?S GUIDE 机床运行操作周期 首先是整个机床必须处于初始条件开始执行加工周期。经过初始条件设定,并且工件处于移动上料带上,运行开始情况如下: 工件移动停止挡板可以使工件一只接一只按顺序排列,并在前在固定间隔没有工件时 装载新的工件, 这种移运是沿着传输链按所设定传送间隔进行的。 当放置好的工件由第一个位置移动到第二个位置,即工件球道自动定位工位。 这动作根据工件的类型有两种形式: 其依据是工件是否需要进行旋转锁定(三柱槽壳 )或旋转启动(钟型壳)。 当你处理钟型壳(monoblocks) 时,上料机械手以15000毫米每分钟速度下降到球 道定位工位。到达后,张开卡爪, 稳固抓住工件,再以15000毫米每分钟的速度将工件送至对于旋转工作台及机械手相动安全位置. 当它处理三柱槽壳时时,机械手以15000毫米每分钟的数度下降卡爪能够抓取工件 的位置,当工件被紧紧握住时,下面的角度定位汽缸上升,当定位气缸上升到工件底 部时,开始旋转气缸左右转动,以致使定位气缸达到它最大行程的的高度 , 也就是说,它进入三柱槽壳的球道内部。 当举升气缸完全进入,机械手的卡抓会打开, 旋转定位气缸会切换机械停止位, 一旦旋转气缸到达这个位置,机械手卡抓又会合 拢, 工件会被紧紧地抓住, 定位气缸会下行回位,一旦机械手旋转及定位到安全 位置后, 机械手卡抓会以每分15000毫米的速度上移,并旋转到淬火工位。 当定位头上升, 槽道头旋转以配合槽道并定位。 当工件到达球道淬火工位, 将以预先设计的工艺程序会进行淬火。 这种工艺过程是根据是否处处理球道或整体球道 不同而不同, 三柱槽壳的处理程序如下:首先工件必须下至加热位, 该工位带有内部及外部冷却喷淋装置。 这些被打开后,工件会被加热到所设定的功率。 当加热过程完成后, 内部及外部冷却喷淋装置必须启动以冷却到所需要环境温度。 最后所有的冷却喷淋停止, 机械手卡抓上升至机械手所处的安全位置。 如果工件是球道扫描淬火, 是按以下过有程进行:工件先被送至初始加热位,工件被加热并旋转,接着 轻微加热以保其稳定,在最后淬火位,进行扫描淬火。 在结束所有加热过程后所有 的喷淋装置同时打开。最后喷淋结束, 进行手卡抓上升并旋转安全位置。 当角度定位卡抓上升时, 槽道机械手切换槽道位并进行定位。 当工件回到定位工位, 机械手卡抓以每分15000毫米速度下降至工件提取工位。 一旦它下降, 卡抓松开以放回工件至旋转盘上。 当工件放好以后, 卡抓回到安全位置, 机械手及旋转盘以每分15000毫米速度动动。 一旦卡抓在安全位, 工件往前至第三个工位, 这里是空闲工位,没有相关处理过 程。 T-11311 ? Press “POWER RUN”.打开电源 Press “AUTOMATIC INITIAL CONDITIONS” if the machine is fitted with this kind of feature. After solving the fault the steps to take are as follows: 出现故障后,操作者根据操作面板检测故障,解决故障后进行如下操作 Select Manual operating mode and press “Fault Reset”. 选择手动模式,按下“故障复位”按钮 Select Automatic operating mode and press “Start Cycle”. 选择自动模式,按下“周期开始”按钮 , The machine cycle stops with a total stoppage. 由于设备全部停止,机床加工周期停止 If the machine cycle stops through a breakdown or fault in the movement of some item. 如果因为设备故障或是单元动作运行不当,导致机床加工周期停止, The operator checks what the fault was on the Operator Panel. Steps to take : 操作者可在操作面板上检测故障,步骤如下 Select Manual Mode. 选择手动模式 The operator solves the breakdown. 操作者解决故障 Press “Fault Reset”. 按“复位”按钮 Press “AUTOMATIC INITIAL CONDITIONS” if the machine is fitted with this kind of feature. The status of each of the items is observed at a glance. 每一种状态都可以一目了然。 移动光标到MOVEMENT+或MOVEMENT- 按键可以转换到你需要的另外一种状态,”+”代表汽缸上升,马达启动, 反之”-“则相反动作. 把光标移到伺服驱动,可以选择:快速移动,慢速移动,参考点轴,伺服位置和速度的实际值.
