Situated on the outer Grafton Campus, Carlton Gore Flat gives you central access to Newmarket shopping areas and new Campus, Parnell, The City Campus and Auckland CBD. This residence is available to mature and postgraduate students only.
About Carlton Gore Student Flat
This flat is reserved for mature and postgraduate students who want to live in a mature, independent community.
Carlton Gore Student Flat is a two-storey building, housing 5 students in single bedrooms located on the outer Grafton Campus, giving it convenient access to the Grafton, City and Newmarket Campuses as well as a short walk to the Parnell and Newmarket shopping district.
There are 5 single fully-furnished rooms in the flat. There is a communal lounge area and furnished kitchen for residents to use.
The Resident Manager and Area Co-Ordinator are there to support you and are available during office hours. They are based at the nearby Huia Residence. While maintenance requests can be logged at the neighbouring Grafton Hall office. Carlton Gore Student Flat

Rooms
There are five furnished bedrooms in the flat. Each bedroom has access to wireless internet and you're provided with a mattress protector, sheets, pillow and duvet. Please note that you will need to supply your own towels.
Catering
Carlton Gore Student Flat is a self-catered residence, meaning you're responsible for your own meals.
The flat is equipped with a full kitchen, and a basic kitchen pack provided for use. Recreation
The lounge room is furnished and has a flat screen television with freeview.
You are welcome to use the lap pool that is located next to the house and shared with the neighbouring flats in the complex.
Membership to the University's Recreation Centre is included in your fees and is only a 17 minute walk away.
Auckland Domain is also nearby, being a 5 minute walk down the road.
You will be included and welcome to participate in functions shared with Park Rd Student Flats and The Royal apartments, which are the neighbouring post-graduate communities.
