Student NO:1301201048(Afternoon) At present,protecting intellectual property is more and more important.With Internet developing rapidly and 3G spreading quickly,people have gotten large information and convenience.But these advantages have an awful effect on the model of the copyright management.For example,the pirate is popular with our Chinese people.In our country,softs,books,video,mobile phones,cars,even food is possibly pirated.
What can the intellectual property create positive influence for the society development?No rule of intellectual property,no creative industry or culture industry!So,how do we keep our copyright safe?Firstly,we should establish the consciousness about guarding intellectual property. At the same time,the copyright industry as main industry takes up 22% in the total economy of America.Besides,we should register trademark and patent in time so that we can get trademark and patent rights which they only belong to ourselves.At last but most important,if finding tort,we will deal with it timely.We should actively do with intellectual property rights for the record and take part in trademark,patent review process dissent or dispute procedures,make full use of the law to provide protection.
In my concept,we are aware of the intellectual property safety is primary.And one person is not all-powerful.The enterprise,relative association and government should make new policy about intellectual property and improve the copyright system.In addition,much more need to regulate the market,set up technology platform,so our copyright is more safe.
