Tourism Agreement
Party A: __________________________
Party B: Beijing Private Services Co. Ltd.
Party B provides Party A with a private preservation service, dedicating to the principle “service the first, integrity with supremacy”, in order to avoid no basis when disputes
happen, both parties commonly sign this brief agreement. The matters that are not covered in this agreement could take the form of annex for supplementary explanation. The ultimate interpretation of the agreement is under the control of party B.
I.The obligations of party A
1. The various services requested by party A should be in conformity with the relevant laws and regulations, or the party A takes full responsibility for termination of the service. 2. In the service process, the various fees arising from party A for personal reasons should be paid party A.
3. In the service process, the termination of services arising from party A for personal reasons, party A bears full responsibility.
4. According to the specific reality of the situation, party A has the right of making adjustment tours and time arrangement in consultation with party B.
5. If dissatisfied with the quality of tourism services, party A can contact directly with the company, make replacement of vehicles and guides, and require the company to provide timely responses.
II. The obligations of party B
1. The services provided by party B must be in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, if part of agreement conflicts with laws and regulations, both parties must follow the interpretation of laws and regulations.
2. In the service process, party B completely makes customers the centric focus and actively protects the customer's personal interests and satisfies customer needs. 3. The tour guide service by party B for private will not have additional scenery spots and shopping spots.
4. The termination of services by party B unilaterally, it will bear the consequences itself, but if the termination of service is resulted by outside majeure, the two sides should make settlement by discussion.
5. Party B shall not plus attractions bring tourists into the tour shop, unless be allowed under the Party A.
6. As with the communication content of both sides, party B has the right of disposal.
III. Services and fees agreement
1. Party B provides Party A the following services: (Reference to the Additional Document I)
(1) Private tourism services in days and with persons accompanying;
(2) A private tour guide with French speaking;
(3) A full-time driver;
(4) The tour car is the Benz MB100 with 9 seats;
(5) The services include pick-up and send-off at hotel everyday.
(6) The tour services-time from 2011- - to 2011- - ;
2. Cost (Reference to the Additional Document II)
(1) The total cost of the tour is RMB YUAN.
(2) Party A should deliver 100% of the service charge after the Tourism Agreement signed. (3) Including and Excluding of the tour costs:

IV. Other notes:
1. Both parties must fulfill their respective obligations strictly according to the agreement and bear their respective responsibilities.
2. If services can not be implemented normally, the two parties should abide with the spirit of mutual equality principle, resolve problems in negotiation, and can also apply for the law court.
3. The agreement is prepared with two copies, and each party holds one.

Airport Pick Up/ The Red Theatre
When arriving in Beijing, you will be greeted by our professional tour guide and
private car at the Beijing International Airport and then transferred to the hotel.
If you like Chinese Kung Fu,18:00 pm, Private vehicle and English-speaking DAY 01 Beijing
tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, drive to the Beijing Red Theatre.
The Legend of Kung Fu from , a very wonderful performance about China kung
fu.Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.
Qianmen Street /Tiananmen Square / the National Great Theatre / National
History Museum /Forbidden City
Pick you up from hotel at 09:00 am by our professional tour guide and private
car. Drive to visit the th Qianmen Street/Tiananmen Square/National History DAY 02 Beijing
Museum/National Grand Theatre. Lunch at Dadong restaurant for Roast Duck.
After lunch, we will drive to the Forbidden City-also called Palace Museum, is
located at the center of Beijing. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and
Qing dynasties.Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.

Great Wall/ Ming Tombs
Pick you up from hotel at 08:30 am. Drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall in
Huairou District. Chinese food for lunch. After lunch, drive 30minutes to the
Ming Tombs--Changling, Located 60 Kilometers north of Beijing. Ming Tombs DAY 03 Beijing
consist of mausoleum of 13 Ming emperors. Changling is the most famous one.
Construction of the Changling was started in 1409 and completed in 1427.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. Dinner in the hotel.
Lama Tempel/Guozijian/Kong Tmpel/Summer Palace/ Olympic
Construction
Pick you up from hotel at 09:00 am. Drive to Lama Tempel/Guozijian-the
Imperial College, the highest educational administration in feudal China/Kong
Tmpel. The Donglaishun Hot pot for lunch. After lunch, drive 30minutes to the DAY 04 Beijing
Summer--20 kilometers northwest of downtown Beijing. Summer Palace is the
largest imperial garden of Ming and Qing dynasty. The whole Summer Palace
covers an area of over 290 hectares including more than 3,000 buildings, such
as halls, pavilions, towers, etc. On the road to your hotel we will see the 2008
Beijing Olympic Game main construction—The Water Cube and Bird's Nest.
Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour. Dinner in the hotel.
The Temple of Heaven / Liuli-chang / Hutong tour
Pick you up from hotel at 09:00 am. drive to the Temple of Heaven -built in Beijing
1420, Temple of Heaven is situated south of Beijing city. It is the best preserved ?
and largest sacrificial building complex in the world.Then go to the DAY 05 Xi’an
Liulichang-the famous antiques center in Beijing. Lunch is Chinese famous
snack. After lunch, we will drive to the ShiChaHai, then take rickshaw to visit
Hutong including local family, Drum Tower, Houhai Lake and Bar Street. Then

Airport Pick Up /Shaanxi Provincial History Museum/ Big Goose Pagoda/
Tang Dynasty Show
Met at Xian Train Station, after lunch, first visit Shanxi Provincial History DAY 06 Xi’an
Museum. If you love Chinese history, Shanxi Provincial Museum is a must on
your Xian trip. It is one of the four largest museums in China. Then move on to
Big Goose Pagoda for a visit. Big Goose Pagoda is one of the oldest structures
in China. Originally Big Goose Pagoda consisted of a brick structure of five
storeys and was about 60 meters high. It is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xian today. After the day tour, get to the Shaanxi Grand Opera House around
6:00pm and our tour guide will help you find your seat for the Dumpling dinner within the Opera House. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.
Army of Terra Cotta Warrors and City Wall
Pick up from your hotel in Xian. First visit the Terra-cotta Warriors. To visit Army
of Terra Cotta Warriors is the main reason why you are here in Xian. It is
located about 50km east of the Xian City. The museum includes Pit 1, Pit 2 and
Pit 3 as well the exhibition hall of the chariots and horses. The Pit 1 is the
largest of the three. The museum and the mausoleum are listed the world's
cultural legacies as the UNESCO.Typical Xian local flavor lunch will be DAY 07 Xi’an
arranged in a nice restaurant in Lintong County on your way back to the
downtown Xian. You will see how chefs make noodles. After lunch, drive back to the city center of Xian and visit the City Wall. The main magnet of Xian is the city wall, which is the most complete city wall that has survived in China as well
being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. You can walk, even cycle on the wall. Its south gate is the most largest with a suspension bridge. Most of the tourists choose the south gate for sightseeing.

Qianling Tomb and Famen Temple Day Tour
Pick up from your hotel in Xian. First drive 120km west of Xian and get to
Famen Temple. The Famen Temple was first set up during East Han Dynasty.
After lunch, then visit Qianling Tomb, 85km west of Xian - the co-tomb of
Emperor Tang Gaozong ( Li Zhi, 628 A.D.- 683 A.D.) and Empress Wu Zetian DAY 08 Xi’an
(624 A.D.- 705 A.D.), the only Empress in Chinese history. An holy way flanked
by animal and human statues leading all the way to the tombs from the
southern approach. Be transferred back to your hotel after the whole day tour.
Take the flight for Chongqing, the largest industrial and commercial center in Xian
the southwest of China. Our tour guide will meet you at the airport and transfer DAY 09 ?

Chongqing - Fengdu (Ghost City)
The cruise starts at 9:00. Excursion to Fengdu (Ghost city), a must- shore
excursion site on the Yangtze cruise. Fengdu is where the devil lives,
according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes DAY 10 on board
to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King
of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
Yangtze Cruise
Excursion to Baidicheng. Passing Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, Sail through
the first of Three Gorges - Qutang Gorge ,the most awe-inspiring and the
narrowest of the three gorges. Then, cruise on through Wu Gorge, most on board DAY 11
famous for its 12 peaks. At Badong, transfer to a small ship for a mesmerizing
excursion on Shennong Stream to visit its breathtaking small gorges. Next
come back to your deluxe cruise ship and sail through Xiling Gorge, the last,
the longest and most scenic of all the gorges. Finally, pass through the
amazing Three Gorges 5-stage ship locks. The Three Gorges Dam will be the
largest hydropower station and dam in the world.
Passing Xiling Gorge. Arrival at Yichang, on the the middle and upper reaches Yichang
of the Yangtze River. Our local tour guide will meet you at the port. After lunch, DAY 12 ?
transferred to the Yichang Airport. Take the afternoon flight for Shanghai. Met Shanghai
and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai.
