Application and character of cable chains
Applied to use in reciprocating motion so as to have traction and protection effects on built-in cables, inner oil tubes, gas tubes,
water tubes, etc.;
Each segmental part of the engineering plastic cable chain can be opened for easy installation and maintaining;
While working, the engineering plastic chain is in low noise, anti-abrasion, high speed movement;
Widely applied to numerically controlled machine tools, electronic devices, dimension stone mechanism, glass mechanism,
door-window mechanism, plastic jetting-moulding machine, manipulator, weight handling equipment, auto warehouse, etc.

The engineering plastic cable chain consists of numerous unit links which can round up smoothly between each other;
In the same series of chains, they are seized of the same inner height(Hi), same outer height(Ha), same pitch(T); However, there
are different choices for inner width (Bi) and bending radius(R).
Unit link of the 10 series can not be opened, while unit link of 15 series, 18 series and 25 series can be opened by one side;
Unit link of 26 series and above , which is made up of right-and-left link joint and both cover plate (upper and lower),can be
opened by both upper and lower sides. Each unit can not only be opened
but also installed and dismantled without threading. After opening the cover, putting the cables, oil tubes, and gas tubes into
the chain. (Except 10 series);
Otherwise, the shim may be provided to compart the space within the chain in terms of need
Some constructing plastic chains for special movement and particular application can be provided.

1. Standard way of order (“m” or “mm” as length unit)
Example: Non-closed cable chains which are 35mm in inner height, 75mm in inner width, 100mm in bending radius
2500mm in length match the corresponding fixed connector of the chain.
Way of order: type: 35.75.100 amount: 2500mm(2.5m), corresponding connector: 35.75.12PZ one suite
2. Way of order in accordance with link (“link” as length unit)
Example: Closed cable chains which are 35mm in inner height, 75mm in inner width, 100mm in bending radius
2500mm in length match the corresponding fixed connector of the chain.
Way of order: type: 35C.75.100 amount: 45 links, corresponding connector: 35C.75.12PZ one suite

Principle of Choice to Chains

Inner height: From the built-in cables, oil tube, gas tube, water tube, choose one thickest tube as reference height, and added at
least 10% room of height. If superposing, take the actual height as reference height.
Inner width: Choose the thicker tube from cables, oil tube, gas tube, and water tube, then the sum of outer diameter is consid
ered as the reference of inner width for chains, and there remains at least 10% room of width.
Bending radius: Choose the maximum bending radius from the built-in cable, oil tube, gas tube, water tube and so on as the
reference value, and moreover there remains above 10% room.

There should be 10% residual room for free movement of inner cables and oil tubes without pulls to chains in the radius direction
in operation.
The leads that cover with big differences in diameter should be placed separately, and the weight should be distributed in
average level. If necessary, they shall be separated by separators.
As movement in high frequency or high speed, the leads may be separated between each other as soon as possible in the
horizontal level and can not be superposed. It is suggested to be separated by separators when there are more cables, gas
tubes and oil tubes.

allation of Cable Chains
Fix the connectors to the chains in the right direction, and fix them depending on your needs.
Press on the both side of open holes in vertical level by suitable flat headed screw driver; open the cover and put the cables,
oil tubes into the chains in terms of lay principles. Finally, close the cover. In addition, the fixed end and unfixed end of the wire
should be placed and fixed with tensile force releasing equipment.
For the opening, closing, connection and disassembly of the cable chains ,please refer to our installation instruction of each
type.
When sliding in long distance, the guide path is advised to be used. For the detailed information of its usage and installation,
please consult our professional technicians.
When sliding in long distance, three segmental parts of the chains in the movable end should be installed in reverse direction.
