TEAM WORKING
· As part of my degree I work in small groups on projects. I am excellent at keeping the group focused on the task and ensuring that we get the work done on time. I do this through effective delegation and the sharing of common objectives. I have achieved an average of 78 % for my groupwork.
· In my role at Prayesh Dairies I work within a team of three and due to the rapid growth of the company I have worked well within the team to achieve significant individual and team reporting deadlines.
BUSINESS AWARENESS & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
· I have demonstrated leadership and initiative through the implementation of a new stock control system at Prayesh Dairies, which has reduced costs and increased accuracy.
· I have been pro-active in creating information sheets to calculate the weekly and monthly production of finished goods and raw materials, allowing for better use of resources and enhanced efficiency.

Prayesh Dairies – Accounts Assistant ( Part time and vacation)
· Daily manual audit of over 60 products of finished goods, reporting and resolving discrepancies in stock, requiring a sharp eye for detail.
· Use of Sage Line 50 to calculate sales and production, usage of raw materials and analysing the information to forecast demand.
· Working in a team of two matching delivery notes to purchase invoices and up to 50 invoice statements per day, interrogating any differences.

· Provided an efficient and accurate banking service through building effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
· Organised and facilitated team meetings to discuss targets and day to day operational issues.
