GB/T 8847-2003 月U 舀 本标准代替GB/T 8847-1988《压力铸造模具术语》 本标准与GB/T 8847-1988相比主要变化如下: — 根据行业习惯,标准名称改为“压铸模术语,’; -— 标准编排格式按GB/T 1. 1-2000的要求作了修改,并增加了前言、中文索引和英文索引; — 对术语结构进行了重新分类与编排,使其结构更趋合理; — 本标准于1988年2月首次发布,2003年第一次修订 www.17jzw.com www.17bzw.cn www.17jzw.net www.3x888.com GB/T 8847-2003 压 铸 模 术 语 范围 本标准界定了有关压铸模的常用术语。 本标准适用于压铸模常用术语的理解和使用。 2 一般术语 压力铸造 die casting 将熔融合金在高压、高速条件下填充模具型腔,并在高压下冷却凝固成型的铸造方法。 2. 2 压铸模 die-casting die 压力铸造成型工艺中,用以成型铸件所使用的模具。 2.3 定模 fixed die 固定在压铸机定模安装板上的模具部分。 2.4 动模 moving die 随压铸机动模安装板开合移动的模具部分 2.5 型腔 cavity 在室温下、模具型腔与铸件的对应线性尺寸之差和模具型腔对应线性尺寸之比 2. 9 锁模力 locking force 在充型过程中,为了保证动、定模相互紧密闭合而施加于模具上的力 2. 10 压力中心 pressure centre 在平行于锁模力的方向上,熔融合金传递给模具的压力合力的作用点 2. 11 充填速度 “Iling velocity 熔融合金在压力作用下通过内浇口的线速度。 GB/T 熔融合金在压力作用下充填模具型腔的通道,包括:直浇道、横浇道和内浇口 2. 19 直浇道 sprue 从模具浇注系统的人口至横浇道之间的通道(见图1中16) 2.20 横浇道 runner 从模具浇注系统的直浇道末端至内浇口之间的通道(见图1中15) 0 2.21 内浇口 gate 熔融合金进人模具型腔的人口(见图1中14) 2.22 溢流槽 overflow well 在模具中用以排溢、容纳氧化物及冷污熔融合金或用以积聚熔融合金以提高模具局部温度的凹槽。 2.23 抖卜气槽 air vent 为使压铸过程中J'j腔内气体排出模具而设置的气流沟槽。 3 零件术语 3.1 支承固定零件 3.1.1 定模座板 clamping plate of the fixed half 安装定模千压铸机定模安装板上的板件(见图1中10). 3. 1.2 动模座板 clamping bolster of the moving half 固定动模镶块、型芯、导柱或导套等零件的板件(见图1中4) e 3. 1.5 支承板 support plat 承受成型压力,并防止动模fig块、型芯、导柱或导套等零件位移的板件(见图1中3) 3. 1.6 垫块 space block 形成推出机构所需空间位''.,并调节模具闭合高度的块状零件(见图1中2) 0 3. 1.7 支承柱 support pillar 为增强动模刚度而设置的起支承作用的圆柱形零件(见图2中1) 3.2 成型零件 3.2. 1 型芯 core 成型铸件内表面的凸状零件。 3.2.2 活动型芯 movable core 借助于抽芯机构,能实现位移以完成抽芯、复位动作的型芯(见图1中12) 0 3.2.3 螺纹型芯 threaded plug 成型铸件内螺纹的零件。 3.2.4 螺纹型环 threaded ring 成型铸件外螺纹的零件。 3.2.5 镶块 die insert 与主体件分离制造并镶嵌在主体件上的局部成型零件 3.2.6 定模镶块 die insert of the fixed half 固定于定模套板中,组成模具型腔的主体零件(见图1中11)0 3.2.7 动模镶块 die insert of the moving half 固定于动模套板中,组成模具型腔的主体零件(见图1中20). 3.2.8 活动镶件(块)movable insert 根据工艺与结构要求,随铸件一起出模后,方能从铸件中取出的成型零件。 3.2.9 拼块 split 按工艺和结构要求,用以拼合组成型腔或型芯的若干分离制造的零件 CB/T 8847-2003 3. 3 抽芯零件 3.3. 1 斜销 angle pin 倾斜于锁模方向,随着模具的开合,使滑块作相对运动的圆柱形零件(见图1中7) 3. 3.2 弯销 angular cam 随着模具的开合,使滑块作相对运动的矩形截面的弯杆零件 3.3.3 滑块 slide 能沿导向结构滑动,带动活动型芯或镶块以完成抽芯、复位动作的零件(见图1中6) 3.3.4 型芯滑块 core slide 型芯和滑块制成一体的成型零件。 3.3.5 斜滑块 angled sliding split 利用与斜面的配合而产生滑动,往往兼有成型、推出和抽芯作用的拼块。 3.3.6 斜槽导板 finger guide plate 具有斜导槽,用以使滑块随槽作抽芯和复位运动的板状零件。 3.3.7 限位块 stop block 限制滑块抽芯后的最终位置的块状零件(见图1中5), 3.3.8 楔紧块 wedge block 带有楔角,在合模时楔紧滑块的块状零件〔见图1中8) 3.3.9 滑块导板 slide guide plate 与滑块导滑面配合,起导滑作用的板件。 3. 3. 10 耐磨板 wear pad 镶在相对运动的零件滑动面上的淬硬板或嵌有润滑材料的板。 3.4 浇注系统、溢流系统、排气系统零件 3. 4. 1 浇口套 sprue bush 形成直浇道的圆套形零件(见图7中17), 3.4.2 分流锥 sprue spreader 正对直浇道装配,使熔融合金分流,并能平稳地改变流向的圆锥形零件。 3.4.3 导流块 baffle 能使熔融合金在模具浇注系统中平稳地改变流向的零件(见图1中19) 3.4.4 抖卜气塞 venting plug 为使压铸过程中型腔内的气体排出模具,带有排气微孔或沟槽的金属塞 4 www.17jzw.com www.17bzw.cn www.17jzw.net www.3x888.com GB/T 8847-2003 3.4.5 排气板 venting plate 为使压铸过程中型腔内的气体排出模具,开有排气槽的板件。 3.5 导向零件 3.5. 1 导柱 guide pillar 与导套相配合,确定动、定模相对位置的圆柱形导向零件(见图1中21)a 3.5.2 带头导柱 headed guide pillar 带有轴向定位台阶,固定段与导向段基本尺寸一致但公差带不同的导柱。 3.5.3 带肩导柱 shouldered guide pillar 带有轴向定位台阶,固定段基本尺寸大于导向段基本尺寸的导柱。 3.5.4 矩形导柱 square guide pillar 导向工作截面为矩形的导柱。 3.5.5 推板导柱 ejector guide pillar 与推板导套配合,用于推出机构的圆柱形导向零件(见图1中22), 3.5.6 导套 guide bush 与导柱相配合,确定动、定模的相对位置的圆套形导向零件(见图1中18). 3.5.7 直导套 straight guide bush 不带轴向定位台阶的导套。 3.5.8 带头导套 headed guide bush 带有轴向定位台阶的导套。 3.5.9 推板导套 ejector guide bush 与推板导柱配合,用于推出机构的圆套形导向零件(见图1中23). 3.5. 10 导板 guide plate 与矩形导柱形成对应滑动副的导向板件。 3.6 推出和复位零件 3.6. 1 推杆 ejector pin 用于推出铸件、浇注系统及溢流系统凝料的杆件(见图1中24). 3.6.2 圆柱头推杆 ejector pin with a cylindrical head 带圆柱形固定台阶的推杆。 3.6. 3 带肩推杆 shouldered ejector pin 为提高轴向刚度而增大非工作段直径的推杆。 3.6.4 扁推杆 Plat ejector pin GB/T 8847-2003 工作截面为矩形的推杆。 3.6.5 成型推杆 forming ejector pin 端面为铸件所需形状的推杆。 3.6.6 推管 ejector sleeve 用于推出铸件的管状零件。 3.6.7 带肩推管 shouldered ejector sleeve 为提高轴向刚度而增大非工作段直径的推管。 3.6.8 推块 ejector pad 在型腔内起部分成型作用,并在开模时推出铸件的块状零件。 3.6.9 推件板 stripping plate 推出铸件的板件。 3.6. 10 推杆固定板 ejector retaining plate 固定推出、复位和导向等零件的板件(见图1中28). 3.6. 11 推板 ejector plate 支承推出和复位零件,并传递机床推出力的板件(见图1中27), 3.6. 12 限位钉 stop pin 限定推出机构复位位置的零件(见图1中26) 3.6. 13 复位杆 return pin 借助于模具的闭合动作使推出机构复位的杆件(见图1中25). 3.6. 14 连接推杆 ejector tie rod 连接推件板与推杆固定板,传递推力的杆件 3.6. 15 推板连接推杆 ejector plate tie rod 固定于推板,传递机床推出力的杆件(见图2中2) 3.6. 16 推板垫圈 ejector plate washer 在推板和推杆固定板之间设置的与推杆固定台阶等高的垫圈。 3.7 其它零件 3.7. 1 定位元件 locating element 用于动、定模精确定位的零件 3.7.2 冷却环 cooling ring 在浇〔!套外设置的环形冷却水套(见图2中3)。
